SENZA Hotel

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Senza! It is a small hotel, but has everything that you need! We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of service during our stay, but other than that, everything was great! Staying with a view of the vineyard was an absolute plus!

Wonderful time at Senza! Beautiful grounds with numerous art installations, great pool, outstanding service by everyone there, delicious food, convenient ev charging, walking distance to a fantastic restaurant...do I need to keep going?

Beautiful property. Lovely rooms and bedding. Wonderful balcony overlooking vineyard. Cute snack bar on site with pleasant outdoor seating. Nice hot tub, and pool. Cabanas at pool looked dirty and dingy, so did not sit on them. Walking distance to a nice restaurant

The place was nice, but the room did not get serviced, which was a little disappointing on our last day. Further, I found out that the pool was out of commission upon check-in, which had been a big factor in why I had chosen the hotel. It was hot on Sunday and would have been nice to just take a dip. They offered to use a pool at a sister hotel, but it is not the same.

the staff was excellent and the hotel was very nice. It is close to Hwy 29 so there is some vehicle noise and headlights at night. One battery charging station which it would be better to have more or at least not allow people to plug in and leave their car in the charging spot far beyond when their car is fully charged. Unfortunately, there are those who are completely inconsiderate. It's all about them and the hell with others.

This is our fourth time staying in Senza, and we truly always loved our stay. But this time upon arriving the room/balcony wasn’t as clean and the pool was dirty (not to mention the dead mouse at the bottom of the pool). Needless to say I’d still stay here want to enjoy a nice swim and a bit cleaner room next time!

The hotel is amazingly located in Napa to get all around the valley. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. The team is beyond friendly. They are dog friendly! The gym is a little lacking, which could be a nice amenity for those trying to stay fit while traveling.

Fantastic starting point for Napa tour. Convenient and very comfortable stay. Spa and pool time were fantastic. Library and evening snacks were lovely. Will be back

The property is secluded and beautiful. The room was very large and spacious. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking! The staff was very kind and accommodating. We were able to go right up to the vineyard and grapes. The pool and cabana were nice and the hot tub was separate which we enjoyed. The workout room was small so we opted to go for a walk. The breakfast was delicious. 10/10 highly recommend!

Ignore previous reviews about constr noise , dirty pool area etc. this place is clean , noise free with a clean pool . Outstanding , friendly efficient service from all the staff working here

I don't expect a dirty floor with the amount paid , talk to front desk they say they cleaned it but still dirty and no house keeping on site

Hotel is very close to highway, very comfortable but we encountered an infestation of spiders in our room. We let them know but no response.

Clean and spacious

The property is right off a main street so it's noisy. We could see spider webs in the ceiling lights and the shutters were so dusty. The menu is very limited without gluten free options for those with celiacs.

The patio was dusty and had cobwebs on the furniture. The room was hot when we came in. I booked a garden view but there is no view. However, the staff were nice and friendly.

Sadly, I was greatly disappointed by my experience at Senza. The property was under construction, which was not advertised. The included breakfast was advertised as being from Bouchon, whereas what was put out looked like items you would purchase from Safeway. Access to electric chargers for vehicles were also problematic. There was no easy access to ice, due to the construction, and there were cobwebs in the corners of our room. Paying a resort fee in these conditions is somewhat laughable. The staff were very kind and as accommodating as they could be.

Great view with Vineyards right next to your door. Good size modern rooms and clean bathroom- well maintained. However, the property is right next to the highway which is busy right from 6am so even sitting in patio was not very relaxing. We had some very noisy upstairs neighbors/ thin walls so we were tracking loud noises and constant furniture movement through our vacation. Unfortunately the team didn’t move us to other available rooms which we saw were unoccupie/ available of the same size and style on the other end of the building so that was rather disappointing. Limited options for breakfast or dinner.

I’ve stayed at the hotel probably 8 times now and literally I don’t think the tv has worked once.

The King vineyard suite rooms are the perfect room for two people to enjoy. Well maintained,the right size, and good amenties. The whole property is beautiful and well maintained.

Hotel staff were amazing showing us directly to our room and accomodating with needs. I didnt realize the main road was so busy so there was some background motorcycle and truck noise. My only gripe was family checking in above us at 11:30 pm and spent 1 hr "stomping" (it seemed) and moving the heavy chairs. I explained thar felt pads on the feet may alleviate this for people on the bottom floor. Overall our vineyard suite room was amazing with great view, huge shower and unexpected heating bathroom floors. Would stay again.

SENZA hotel was a great stay in Napa. The hotel gives luxury boutique. We had a vineyard room that was so beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. There was enough parking. The hotel is about 6 min drive to Yountville and their yummy restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Great location. The Vineyard King Suite was spacious and had a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was modern, bright, comfortable. It also had the best pillows (firm) and shower (rain). We didn’t get to try pool, it was small but looked nice and is heated. The thing that made this place less desirable was that the room was on third floor and front desk didn’t ask about preferences. We are no spring chickens and I would have asked my guests if that was going to be a good fit. Think steep stairs and schlep heavy luggage. The tv remote was difficult to use and we could not figure out how to watch regular or local tv. We ended up watching Netflix. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast where we had a credit so can’t comment on food. Overall this place seemed about 50-75$ overpriced.

Came for my 60th birthday with my daughter and sister . I wanted to love this place based on the reviews but I am honestly confused about my experience and someone that visited 2 weeks ago and rated a 5. I gave my visit. 3 because the hotel is beautiful and well maintained and decorated but so are so many Hampton inns, smaller hotels. The service of this hotel was atrocious and the general manager, Erin should be ashamed. I asked to speak with her during my 3 day visit and never heard from her. The hotel is broken up into different buildings. We were shown the property. Advised about room service, evening wine …. Awesome. But none of that was true. Also the offering of breakfast was not true. Let’s start from check in. No wash cloths. Yep that’s right. Honestly thought they were washing them but we were told they didn’t have any. NONE😳😳 Next morning, was told everyone called off and no one was there to cook breakfast. Went out for the evening, decided to come and get a late night snack and no one was there, no room service . Asked for a cup of coffee and the night manager did not know how to work the machine for coffee. 🤔 Still no towels. Now other guests are also complaining. We stayed in the mansion with 24 stairs, no elevator and had to carry our bags up the stairs. No mention that on the website that there were no elevators. Surprised they did not have any complaints from ADA. Although not handicapped don’t want to lug my luggage up 24 stairs

Staff doesnt know what is going on. Cant get a glass of wine at check in because bartender called in sick, and there is no bar, just wine so not sure why front desk agent or someone else cant pour wine. We had no towels at check in, then next day 2 towels and one wash cloth no hand towels. No robes, but they did bring to the room, but no belts on robes. noisy room on the lower level you'll hear footsteps. Requested more pillows and towels for the next night and never delivered.

The grounds, room and over ambience of the hotel in of itself are amazing. The staff all around were some of the friendliest I've experienced in a long time. Kudos!

One of the best experiences in Napa and elsewhere. Impeccable property in a nice quiet location and with quick access to everything in Napa Valley. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Great breakfast and early evening wine tasting. Extremely well managed and staff is exceptional. This is tops on our list when visiting Napa.

Was here for a 5 day business trip. What a wonderful place to stay. Karen was so accommodating, and helpful. The beds are so comfortable, high end sheets just like home. The hot tub is wonderful, and the espresso machines in the room are quite a treat. Highly recommend staying here.

Customer service was excellent. When we checked in really late Fernando was so nice and walked us to our room. Jeremy, Miguel and Swilia were the best answering all our questions about the area and recommending places to eat. They treated us like family every day we saw them. Heated floors in bathroom were a luxury.

Every staff member at the Senza was friendly and helpful. We loved our room and bed but the staff made a difference in our stay.

Staff was excellent. Always available to help and very knowledgeable about the area, restaurants and wineries. They made our stay super wonderful. Big shout out to Karen, Kim, Mike, Jeromey and the cleaning staff. The complimentary wine tastings - nice touch. We will be back.

Quiet property with a lovely setting. Very large room with comfy bedding. 12 min from downtown Napa and next to many wineries.

Location is excellent

The hotel was a great place to stay in Napa. Great location for visiting the wineries. Room was clean and had plenty of room. The only issue that we had was that our room was on the third floor of the Parker Mansion. No elevator only stairs. I had recently had a knee replacement so I had some difficulty with walking up and downstairs. I did not ask for a room change and just treated as rehab. This might be an issue for some people so you might ask about it before making your reservation

Such a beautiful gem along the highway between Napa and Yountville! We stayed in the “mansion” with a lower floor porch with chairs. Very beautiful and quaint. This hotel is walkable to a very cool winery called Ashes and Diamonds”. Also walkable to a beautiful Italian restaurant. 5 minutes drive into downtown Napa. The property, staff and grounds were all kept to perfection every detail was paid attention to. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay. Close to the highway but never much traffic noise. Quick drive to downtown and wineries. Walking distance to Don Giovani restaurant. Limited food offerings, but what they had was solid.

This is a really pretty and peaceful location. It has the feel of a small spa resort with a cute pool area. The outdoor deck for dining is really relaxing in the morning for breakfast and it has string lights for the evening which adds a nice romantic feel. My room was up to date and very clean. I feel like this is a hidden away gem of a place. I was given a generous breakfast credit for the days I stayed and the breakfast selections were very nice (not just your usual continental breakfast). The staff in the dining area were very accommodating and went out of their way to assist me. Downsides are that the location is not close to downtown Napa. However, there is a nice restaurant in walking distance down the road. If you don't mind driving, this still may be a great place to stay due to it's quiet and serene location. I would certainly stay here again. The front desk could be a little friendlier!

Absolutely loved it. Amazing little breakfast in the am, room was lovely with huge bathroom. Our little balcony was so peaceful too. Quiet overall. Would definitely stay here again. What a nice surprise.

My stay felt like a perfect opportunity to experience resort amenities with a friendly BnB feel. It was a clean inviting experience with large individual rooms. Staff was friendly and welcoming, you didn’t have to ask anyone to go the extra mile for you, they already were before you even knew you needed something. Tasting offered was so fun! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Definitely coming back with entire family to share this experience!

Wonderful property! Very quiet with attentive and helpful staff. Bistro Don Giovanni is next door and was excellent! The only problem we had was the website says free breakfast which is no longer available.

The property is lovely with several buildings and multiple outdoor sculptures. The $40 breakfast voucher could be used for options like vegetable frittata or avocado toast. Room was spacious and comfortable.

It was really nice! Lovely view, all clean and Cousy. What we didn’t like was the food too expensive, few options and not good . All days most of the options where sold out. Could improve their food service and would be a 10/10

Love the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace was great. Bathroom had a large shower and was very clean. All the pillows were the same type which were similar to down and would sink down to nothing. Associates at the front desk were not very welcoming or friendly. Very limited restaurant and bar.
