Modern and stylish hotel which is very well located across the road from the main train station and a short uphill walk to the centre shopping area. Thai restaurant within the hotel offering great food. Comfortable rooms and fitness/sauna in the basement.

The sauna was broken. Not the first time either. The main reason i chose this hotel was because of the sauna. It was broken and didn't get fixed. This is easily fixed in a few hours even if it means installing a new unit. So I feel robbed.

Ótimo hotel. É uma ladeira da estação até ele mas nada impossível. Localização excelente, consegui visitar os pontos turísticos a pé! Boa sala de ginástica e tem até uma sauna.

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great facilities, in a good location, and very reasonably priced. Great value for money, I would stay here again. One area of improvement, I wish they had rooms with long beds as opposed to two twins, which can push apart when two people are sleeping together throughout the night and crate a gap between the beds… but otherwise no complaints at all

Chambre 105: très bruyante, prés de l'encenseur et beaucoup de rires et de trafic dans le couloir, je suspecte des activités de proxénétisme dans la chambre voisine, bruits scabreux jusque tard dans la nuit et des douches et bains pris plusieurs fois dans la soirée..... je reviens la semaine prochaine et ai déjà demandé une chambre dans les étages supérieurs..... de plus deux lampes ne fonctionnaient pas dans la chambre....

J’ai beaucoup aimé que votre hôtel soit si près de tout, vraiment beau et bien décoré! J’ai aimé avoir une chambre compacte et confortable avec un beau balcon. Par contre, l’accueil n’était pas très chaleureux. La chambre n’était pas très propre (poils sur le plancher dans la salle de bain, graines sur matelas), ampoule brûlée et pomme de douche brisée. J’ai tou de même apprécié ma visite. Merci!

Hôtel bien situé avec service de restauration correct. Avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont propres mais bien que déjà rénovées ne sont plus au gout du jour. Il faut savoir que l'hôtel est situé sur une pente raide qui demande un certain effort pour l'atteindre a pied.

Very cool hotel in a great area of town. Can walk to many places and very close to the main train station. Very clean, comfortable bed, and cool design. The front desk staff were pretty cold and not the most helpful unfortunately. Our room was on an upper floor on the main street and it was a little loud at night, but nothing that disturbed us much. We would stay there again.

Very convenient to train station and metro, about a five minute walk. The property is up a steep hill, so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. Room was quiet. I had an interior room facing the courtyard. I also booked a superior single, and it was comfortable, clean, and spacious. I would highly recommend for solo travelers. Will stay here again if I come back to Lausanne!

Nice hotel, very well located for the train station. Two good restaurants and the staff there were very friendly. Room was a bit basic for the price paid, a coffee machine would have been nice rather than instant coffee sachets. Another hotel that has moved to a self-check in process which is a real shame. Really disappointing, after having travelled all day, to be greeted by an IPad rather than a real person. It’s never any quicker or more convenient orfor the customer and just another way for the hotel to cut costs and service.

Hotel is up on a very steep hill from the train station so be mindful of that. Room was spacious, barebones amenity wise, but comfortable regardless. Paid for a garden view room but didn’t get one (unless they meant rock garden???). Good value despite all of this.

Noise! No way to sleep here. The waste pipes from above run behind the bathroom wall with no insulation, it like multiple showers and toilets flushed all night. Nice room but with no sleep I will never come back here. No one at checkout asking how the accommodation was or willing to listen.

The hotel was adequate for our stay of one night in Lausanne. LOCATION - Just outside of the train station so very convenient. It is up a steep hill and it could be an issue for some travelers. Not a problem for me but for someone coming with a lot of luggage, it may be difficult. SERVICE - Fine; we requested a toiletry we forgot to bring, and it was provided promptly, we just had to go down to the check-in. ROOM - Spacious and big enough for 3 people (we had 3 beds). The bathroom situation was weird as there were slats separating the bathroom / room, thankfully the toilet had a door. The faucet was totally wobbly and washing was difficult. The bathtub/shower combo was also strange as the shower head was in awkward. I am very petite and was uncomfortable; a larger person may not fit. FACILITIES - We did not use if there were any. HOTEL seemed to have some smoking rooms and the lobby smelled unpleasant. BREAKFAST - was offered at 25 CHF which seemed high so we did not use but the restaurant area looked nice.

Problemloser Check-In spät abends, freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereit mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln/Verbindungen. Schönes, großes Zimmer. Ich finde es persönlich immer schade, wenn für einen Alleinreisenden 2 Decken, 2 Kopfkissen, 4 Handtücher, 2 Waschlappen, 2 Shampoo-Fläschchen, 2 Duschgel-Fläschchen, etc. vorbereitet sind. Und auch wenn ich sie nicht benutze müssen sie gewaschen werden. Eine sinnlose Wasser- & Energievergeudung und Umweltbelastung. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Lage. WLAN gut und wichtig, da Handyempfang sehr schlecht (Swisscom). Restaurant habe ich nicht benutzt, kann ich nicht bewerten.

Very nice hotel in good location. I accidentally left valuables in the safe and the hotel retrieved them and kept them secured for a week before I could get back to claim them. I’m very impressed with their service and honesty.

Close to Lausanne station, very nice hotel with dining options in and around the hotel. Walkable area for shopping around St. Francis square and the Cathedral. Sticklers for checking in exactly on time and not earlier. Room was clean with a nice shower. Enjoyed my stay.

Very convenient to train station and metro, about a five minute walk. The property is up a steep hill, so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. Room was quiet. I had an interior room facing the courtyard. I also booked a superior single, and it was comfortable, clean, and spacious. I would highly recommend for solo travelers. Will stay here again if I come back to Lausanne!

The hotel was adequate for our stay of one night in Lausanne. LOCATION - Just outside of the train station so very convenient. It is up a steep hill and it could be an issue for some travelers. Not a problem for me but for someone coming with a lot of luggage, it may be difficult. SERVICE - Fine; we requested a toiletry we forgot to bring, and it was provided promptly, we just had to go down to the check-in. ROOM - Spacious and big enough for 3 people (we had 3 beds). The bathroom situation was weird as there were slats separating the bathroom / room, thankfully the toilet had a door. The faucet was totally wobbly and washing was difficult. The bathtub/shower combo was also strange as the shower head was in awkward. I am very petite and was uncomfortable; a larger person may not fit. FACILITIES - We did not use if there were any. Experience was beautiful and interesting. The only thing l would advice someone traveling to Lausanne by train and getting this hotel ya to travel light. The steepest hill you can find in the beautifully adorned city.

Belle découverte et 2 restaurants intégrés à l’hôtel. Personnel agréable et efficace. Très bel hôtel. Une déception, j’avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur jardin et me suis retrouvé dans une chambre avec vue sur le hall de l’étage inférieur et un petit espace réduit en bord de mur, certes avec vue sur quelques plantes. Un peu décevant par rapport à ce que j’escomptais (chambres de l’autre côté du couloir avec vraie vue sur le jardin). Précision à apporter peut être lors des réservations pour éviter cette déception.

The sauna was broken. Not the first time either. The main reason i chose this hotel was because of the sauna. It was broken and didn't get fixed. This is easily fixed in a few hours even if it means installing a new unit. So I feel robbed.

Nice hotel, very well located for the train station. Two good restaurants and the staff there were very friendly. Room was a bit basic for the price paid, a coffee machine would have been nice rather than instant coffee sachets. Another hotel that has moved to a self-check in process which is a real shame. Really disappointing, after having travelled all day, to be greeted by an IPad rather than a real person. It’s never any quicker or more convenient orfor the customer and just another way for the hotel to cut costs and service.
