Firstly, it’s a very clean establishment, and the staff are friendly nice people. This review is to allow other people to know that if you’re offered a room on the end near an exit on the first floor, do not expect hot water at all. No showers, unless you like cold showers in winter. We stayed two nights, and on the morning of our departure my husband and I wanted to have a nice hot shower before heading out. I let the hot water run for 10 minutes, periodically checking to see if it had warmed up, it got colder. I informed the front desk as we checked out. She said they’d look into it, but that the water in the end units is that way. Wish I’d known. After 10 minutes, and it got colder, I think there’s something wrong with that. You certainly don’t expect to pay $357.08 for a hotel stay and not have hot water to take a shower. I also didn’t expect to pay for parking in their hotel parking lot. It was only $10 a night which doesn’t break the bank, but still kind of odd. Something like that should be included in your stay. After this, I’m not likely to recommend staying here. You have a lot of options for places to stay in the area, and nice ones that probably have hot water and free parking.

The room was nice, but they charge a $10 per night parking fee to stay in their own parking lot which is surprising since it is in the middle of Kansas, not in a big city. They also charge extra for breakfast.

The bed was amazing. Room was clean and warm. Only complaints would be that it said deep soaker tub and it was not that different from the one I have at home, the coffee in the room wasn't wonderful, and really wish the jets in the hot tub were working. I would definitely return and recommend

Family trip. everything was great. Had one complaint though. we took my 3yr old niece with us for the weekend and the pool and hot tube was closed the time we were there. I guess I need to start calling the hotel also to make sure. Seems to happen to us quite a bit. besides that the place was great and great location.

The bed was horrible...my oin and I both agree that the beds were terrible and we got no sleep. Then the parking at this location is less then ideal. There is streetside parking, but was all full. Then we tried the parking garage and it was sketchy at night and didn't feel safe parking there with my son and I. We will not be staying again....ever.

Room was not very clean. There was hair in the sink and tub. We happened to lift the cushions on the sofa and it was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken. It took 2-3 minutes to get hot water in the sink, the sink was very slow draining. For the price if the room we would not stay there again We should have complained while there, but did not.

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely polite and accommodating. Once we got into our room immediately I noticed hair on the tile entry. The bathroom also had hair on the floor and in the ai k. The caulking on the outside of the shower door was moldy and needs replaced. The pillows were horrible.

This is a non smoking hotel, yet eveytime my family goes in the hallway to walk to the elevator we have to smell a strong smell of smoke! We have complained to the concierge about it!

We have stayed here numerous times. The staff at the hotel was wonderful as always. The rooms need to be updated. The beds have become very soft. The A/C unit was so loud it woke me up every time it came on throughout the entire stay. It sounds like a loud toilet is running right next to the bed then begins to squeal. The Keurig was very dirty and the mirrors had obviously been wiped with the same cloth they wash the sinks with. I love the location of this hotel but we will be looking for a new place to stay.

I paid for a room three nights. the towels were replaced but my bed was not touched. Thank you for replacing the towels. I did like the electric blinds and the constant fan for background noise to sleep to.

Beds are hard as a rock, the shower didn't work, they nickle & dime you for everything. $10 for parking, $10 per person for the continental breakfast, they didn't have an extra blanket. I wish that we stayed at the hotel across the street.

When I booked our stay, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, I forgot to request the top floor. When we checked in, we mentioned it and our room was moved to the top corner away from elevators and convention goers. It had no view, but that didn't matter because quiet and a good few nights sleep are what we were really after. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again.

The front desk staff was super efficient, friendly and gave us the run down of all the amenities. He offered to give us suggestions of local restaurants and any information that might be helpful. We stay mostly at Hilton Garden Inns, and this is one of our favorites.

LOVE! The area around really is park-like and beautiful. The rooms are pristine. The mattresses and linens are decadent. There are several thoughtful details, but I most enjoy the lack of bright LEDs on the electronics. I'm a woman of size and the tub was large enough for me. It was a welcome respite after a very long drive. Finally, I was offered a made-to-order breakfast to accommodate my gluten and dairy issues. I will be looking to book with Hilton Garden Inns in the future. I was so comfy we got on the road late. ;-)

Check in was easy and fast. The man who checked us in was great! I paid $10 for the breakfast when i booked. It did not say if it was for everyone in the room or per person, but it would have been understandable if it were $10 per person. We came down for breakfast and was told we'd be given a ticket but it would be added to the room. When finishing breakfast, we were given a ticket for $46. The lady at the breakfast area was friendly, but didnt know how it would be credited. We asked the front desk and the girl working it had no idea. She stated that the 3rd party(hotels.com) would take care of it. I was charged $46 on top of the $10 I paid initially for breakfast. The breakfast was not worth $10 even if I had been charged correctly. I am now stuck going back and forth between Hotels and Hilton bc neither say they have control of the charge to my card on file. Other than that, the building was very nice, very clean, and close to a lot of places! I would stay again, but will be skipping the breakfast.
