We had booked 10 nights at the hotel. However, we were not so happy with the town (Ao Nang) too hectic and the beach is not nice. That's why we went away to an island for a few days. But the hotel itself was lovely. Incredibly sweet and warm-hearted staff, lovely pool with a breathtaking view of the cliffs. Fine breakfast. Shuttle service to the town was perfect. The only thing we were not happy with was the cleaning of the rooms. When you stay there for so long, it gets dirty. We asked to have the room cleaned every day, and they emptied the bins, changed the towels and made the beds. But our bathroom was not cleaned once, the floors were not cleaned and the same bed linen every 10 days. We also had to ask to have the minibar refilled. I don't think that's entirely in keeping with the price of the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond on service. They even decorated one of our rooms for our son's birthday. The two bedroom villa we stayed in was adequate but the living room area only had a rather small two seater sofa and a beanbag which was completely flat. Made it a bit difficult for us to sit and relax in the evening together when it was raining. The beds are also very hard and quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The rooms were kept clean but our main grumble is that the cleaners leave the door wide open during their clean which allows all the mosquitos into the villa. We were constantly having to spray the rooms with big spray from 7/22. The breakfast selection was quite small and as a result we only ate twice during the 4 day stay. There wasn't anything substantial for my wife who is gluten intolerant other than fruit.

Clean room and large. The rooms are dated but comfortable. No tv signal or wifi working which was disappointing., especially if peoole dont have an e-sim. Staff lovely and helpful.
