The restaurant and the front desk looks 100% 5-star. However, the room is very normal and standard size. The room was a bit small, but good size to JP standard.

Overall a very excellent hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. It had a large selection. being very close to the train station made it very convenient. There was also access to other forms of transportation very close. If you have a rental car, there is a Parkade you must pay for behind the hotel. The rental car centres are also located very close to the hotel.

It is alright overall. Plus point is the convenience because is next to Kumamoto Station. Front desk know very basic English. They could not understand if you ask complicated question. I booked the Kumamoto themed room. The room is quite run down and old. I read other articles online that they used to offer souvenirs if you book the theme room but they no longer offer that now. Parking is behind the hotel for 1,000 JPY per day, which is considered cheap for Japan.

The two nights we spent at this hotel were the best thus far. The staff was attentive and spoke enough english to help us with anything. The hotel is right beside a mall. There a bunch of restaurants to choose from as well. The room itself was clean and we always had towels avaliable. The only part that was annoying was that drain for the shower was clogged.

The hotel is near to Kumamoto station and tram stop. Convenient and room is comfortable. Provided cleaning amenities too. The only thing that is the air conditioning is not controllable and it is too warm for us. Hotel is asking us to open the window to get the cold air.

This property needs to be updated. Rooms appear old and outdated. Room size was good but the carpet is old and appears dirty in the halls and in the rooms. The bed is hard and feels like you are sleeping on a box spring. I literally could feel the round springs. The pillows were hard. Also be careful when booking I did not realize I booked a smoking room and my room smelled like cigarettes. They did change it to a nonsmoking room for additional charges. The staff was very warm and friendly. The staff and location were the best part of the stay here. Right next to the rental car and train station.

The hotel is ideally located right next to Kumamoto station, making it very easy to take tram or to access Shinkansen. The lobby is nice. The hotel is relatively old so carpet is worn out. When I was assigned the room, the carpet was dirty. However the staff was kind to switch me to a large room, so I appreciate it. The breakfast was delicious, however, I feel a bit pricy compared with other hotels.

地點離JR熊本站非常近，購物用餐搭車都很方便。員工很親切且會一些中文，溝通更方便順利。因為旅程安排，會有一晚住在熊本市區外，飯店也同意幫忙保管2天的行李，十分貼心。房間應該是有整修過，乾淨舒適還有臥榻，走道空間雖然稍窄，但29吋的行李箱還是可以全開

We stayed in Kumamoto for three nights. Rooms were spacious and clean. It was sweet they provided a little bag for my son with slippers. The staff was friendly and spoke English. I enjoyed extra clean towels each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections for western type food but was more pricey than I would have liked to spend. This hotel was walking distance to the train station which was very convenient for us. Overall, I enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
