Hotel ist grundsätzlich erwartungsgemäss für ein 5 Sternehotel. Staff ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Was schade ist, dass es im SPA keine Liegen gibt - d.h. mehrere Saunagänge sind unpraktikabel. Ebenfalls gibt es keinen direkten Zugang vom SPA-Bereich zum Pool - man muss durch die Hotellobby. Der Pool selbst ist riesig und gepflegt.

Hotel is situated around 30mins walking distance from Finikoduos beach, so not too bad. The property has quite a few restaurants and a couple of reasonable sized bars.. swimming pool is v.good and gym is well equipped. Breakfast was v.good with plenty of options and variety, we were mainly hosted by Mina who was exceptional when it comes to customer attentiveness and service, she always made us feel welcome at morning breakfast, she is a great asset to the company. Well done Mina! Overall I would defo stay at this hotel again it’s close to the airport and the shopping mall. Overall 10/10 Very happy !

Nice rooftop pool and breakfast, 2 of 3 restaurants were closed all stay. Randomly closed the pool bar for a day. The area is very city. The port is ugly. The staff are ok... not super reactive. We paid for a suite, it was ok. TV turend itself on at 2am waking us up. All in all ok

We stayed for one night during which there was a blackout and we had to climb -3 stories with little children by stairs. They said the generators aren’t working and they failed to bring power back for 3 hours. No compensation was offered. Would expect much more from an allegedly 5 stars hotel.

There was a party in the rooftop bar and the base was making it all the way through the top floors. Impossible to sleep. I had to change room. And, the hotel needs renovation. Breakfast was excellent.

The room did not have any shaving kit and one of the hand creams was already opened. Not what we expected of a five star hotel. The pool opening times are very limited from 0900-1800. The area where the hotel is located is not central, it is quite far from the attractions of Larnaca. The hotel is Scandinavian style and feels quite bizarre in Cyprus, it feels luxe but there needs a little more attention to the fine details. Finding used products from the amenities in a room on arrival is a complete no-no. Staff are very friendly and all speak English. Beds are super comfortable and have several choices of pillow. The room has an excellent Nespresso machine with pods as well as a selection of different types of tea and a kettle. The room we had was very spacious and had many faculties. Overall an excellent hotel but not in the best area.

The location was not good, nothing to do nearby, as it was mentioned as city center but actually it was 30 minutes walk distance from the city center! The room was very nice and clean, except the curtains and the hallway rugs!! The cleaning staff were really kind!!

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. I always wipe the room surfaces with my own dettol wipes but I couldn’t find a spec in this hotel room. Extremely friendly staff and outstanding services. Beach is a walkable distance. Close to airport. Great food available at the hotel restaurants itself but there are places nearby too.

Fantastic location if you need to catch a flight the next day or have just landed from one! Great sized family room with a balcony and sea view which was decent. Sadly the bathroom design cant really handle x4 people showering one after each other (the water takes an age to drain). The surrounding of the property is noisy and not too much about but for a night its more than suitable, clean, spacious and decent breakfast to boot too. Car parking is a nightmare; its a multistorey with the tinyest turning circle known to man. Small cars are fine, larger take some maneuvering!

The in room Refrigerator barely kept anything cool never cold. When in room Robes weren't present and phoned reception ... lol ... they argued that they were and insisted that we search empty closets and drawers for them. Sea View Room was of a dirt parking lots and a run down Harbor Laundered a basic assortment of T shirts, shorts, under garments and socks and got a service bill of 153 Euros . We could have bought new garments for the price. Very Disappointing

My first stay at a Radisson property exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted with a smile that set the tone for our entire experience. Alexei at reception was exceptionally professional and considerate, even offering a breakfast take-out option after knowing I'd be leaving early at 5AM. The housekeeping and maintenance teams also demonstrated outstanding service and good attitude when they addressed a minor issue with the shower drain. Throughout our visit to Cyprus, we stayed at three other hotels, but none matched the welcoming atmosphere and service at Radisson Blu. We look forward to returning. Thank you!

Alexie at check in was very Professional with a great attitude and smile. We booked Ma Peruvian Restaurant for dinner at 6pm as we were then going out to a show. The Restaurant was not busy but the food took a very long time to arrive and not in the correct order which was disappointing. The food though was very good and the serving Staff were very friendly polite and apologetic. Breakfast in the morning was good except for Tea, coffee and Cappuccino’s which definitely need to be improved.

Location was horrible…. Busy road, derelict buildings with squatters making us feel unsafe after dark, broken pavements, rubbish on pavements. Lovely large private balcony, but we could not use it. Noisy road below and interesting working harbour opposite, but the dust from loading the ships covered the whole balcony area, furniture and glass balustrade with a yellow film. Hotel layout was fragmented…..nothing flowed. Might work for some, but not me. Had a couple of maintenance problems in the room…. Top marks to the maintenance man, cannot praise him enough. The standard light did not work…. He exchanged for a new one. TV would not access the channels….. he fixed it. All other experiences were acceptable rather than good or better.

Everything within the property was perfect. The area it is in is not the best, but at least it is just a 20 minute walk from the centre of the city. I would suggest renting a car if you are staying here.
