3 skønne overnatninger på et fantastisk hotel. Mere centralt kan man vist ikke bo. Nød tagpoolen flere dage, hvor vi i skøn sol kunne bade og dase. Alt kan nås på gå-ben eller med det fantastiske sporvognsnet i byen. Både morgenmadsrestauranten og de udendørs cafesiddepladser gjorde, at man kunne nyde hvert et minut på stedet. Kommer gerne igen - og så vil vil sikre os værelse med udsigt over byen.

3 skønne overnatninger på et fantastisk hotel. Mere centralt kan man vist ikke bo. Nød tagpoolen flere dage, hvor vi i skøn sol kunne bade og dase. Veldig sentralt beliggende hotell. Litt vanskelig å finne frem med bil. God service. Bilen ble parkert i parkeringshuset for oss mot betaling. Bilen ble også ladet da vi spurte om det. God frokost og hyggelige rom. Et lite badebasseng på taket.

The room was not clean- the bed was clean but the cabinet/ledge under the tv had food crumbs on it, the bathroom counter had toiletry bottle rings on it, and the floor was dirty with shoe prints. The bed was 2 small beds pushed together, separate blankets too, so not good for couples or for solo because you can't sleep in the middle so you basically just get a twin bed. Thin pillows. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Location is excellent for walking around in the pedestrian area.

Stylish hotel. Central to everything. Good breakfast. A little noisy on an evening from the bars outside but not too bad and they close at 1.00. The open plan bath and sinks wouldn’t be ideal for everyone sharing and glass doors on hotel bathrooms should be outlawed.

Väldigt daterat och slitet hotel som inte alls känns fyrstjärnigt, bodde på vån 5 men kändes lite som ett källarplan när man gick till rummet, ingen ac eller bra fläkt så väldigt varmt i rummet. Bad om en extra säng, då vår son följde med i sista stund men det kunde inte lösas, dock debiterade de snabbt för en extra gäst. Ingen room service/mat möjlig efter kl 22 (vi kom väldigt sent till hotellet) och frukost väldigt enkel i jämförelse med många andra hotel. Har bott på många bra hotell i GBG men detta var tyvärr inte ett av dom.

very nice design, comfortable beds and bathroom, location in the center! However it was hardly possible to sleep before 0130 due the the noice from the pubs and street. The sound insulated hotel doors was good but the windows towards the street was like paper. It needs to be fixed!

Bodde i ett Deluxe Panorama-rum och det var fantastiskt. Stort, rymligt och häftigt. Vi satt några timmar med varsitt glas vin och tittade på folk nere på Kungstorget i våra fåtöljer genom fönstren som sträckte sig från golv till tak. Sköna sängar, jättefin frukost. Ett hotell (och rum) att återvända till. Snart.

Fantastic stay - and would stay again without hesitation. The staff were the highlight - going over and above for every part of the stay. The breakfast was also outstanding - a fantastic selection, healthy, fresh and delicious. It's worth mentioning the bar was great and dinner was equally fantastic and one of the best meals we ate in Gothenburg. The hôtel itself is excellently located in the city for restaurants and shops, easy to travel from by bus or tram, and 30 seconds walk from the airport bus transfer. The room was a decent size, clean, quiet and ideal for a city break. The only downside was the duvet was too toasty and pillows too soft. A sauna would have complemented the swimming pool nicely. This aside, we would return again.

Veldig hyggelig betjening og fikk parkert selv om jeg kom tidlig på morgenen da jeg skulle direkte til Scanpack messe. Jeg fikk levert fra meg bagasjen og da kom tilbake på kvelden var denne tatt opp på rommet. Rommet var rent, pent og moderne. Frokosten var variert og god. Når jeg skulle dra på ettermiddagen dagen etter fikk de kjørt fram bilen til hovedinngangen og 2 flasker med kaldt vann var lagt fram i bilen.

Veldig hyggelig betjening og fikk parkert selv om jeg kom tidlig på morgenen da jeg skulle direkte til Scanpack messe. Jeg fikk levert fra meg bagasjen og da kom tilbake på kvelden var denne tatt opp på rommet. Rommet var rent, pent og moderne. Frokosten var variert og god. Når jeg skulle dra på ettermiddagen dagen etter fikk de kjørt fram bilen til hovedinngangen og 2 flasker med kaldt vann var lagt fram i bilen.

Otrolig service, fick checka in två timmar tidigare då jag var tidig! När jag väntade besök en dag vid 13, så städade de mitt rum tidigare än planerat vilket jag var så tacksam för! Fräscht, centralt, mysigt, avslappnat, god, fräsch frukost och hade koffeinfritt kaffe!

This is a great property, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff. The location super convenient to great shopping and restaurants. Also, there was a tram/bus stop just out front, so very easy to get anywhere in town from this central spot.

Fantastic stay - and would stay again without hesitation. The staff were the highlight - going over and above for every part of the stay. The breakfast was also outstanding - a fantastic selection, healthy, fresh and delicious. It's worth mentioning the bar was great and dinner was equally fantastic and one of the best meals we ate in Gothenburg. The hôtel itself is excellently located in the city for restaurants and shops, easy to travel from by bus or tram, and 30 seconds walk from the airport bus transfer. The room was a decent size, clean, quiet and ideal for a city break. The only downside was the duvet was too toasty and pillows too soft. A sauna would have complemented the swimming pool nicely. This aside, we would return again.

My expectations were really high and this hotel met them all. The room was fairly big and the bathroom was very big and we had a little terrace of our own. This hotel pays a lot of attention to detail & the staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel in my life and was open til 11:00. Super fast elevator instead of the usual slow motion on most hotels. I'll be back 😎👌
