Wonderful three night stay for a luxurious weekend away. Stayed in a Pool Signature Suite which we both loved. Service and food at hotel excellent, and if you get the chance don't miss out on eating at their sister hotel in Kos town (Albergo Gelsomino). On calm days sea and beach area great; on windy days have an alternative (such as your own pool room to enjoy). Is a pleasant easy walk into town, and there are electric scooters opposite the hotel and lots of bike and car hire options within walking distance. All staff were very friendly and attentive and worked as a great team together, which is so nice to see. Difficult to call any one individual out as from Manager down everyone played their part in creating a memorable stay.

Firstly the hotel staff were amazing they really can’t do enough for you. The manager is always present and leads by example. Special thanks to Alexandros who always looked after us The hotel is immaculately maintained and the spa and gym excellent. The hotel is opposite the beach and the area is well maintained. They have opened up a new beach bar which aesthetically is beautiful and in a nice location. The only thing we found the hotel and beach bar lacked soul in the evenings. They really need to relook at entertainment. We walked into Kos town every evening it’s about a 30minutes walk. Lambi is a 10minute walk and Istros restaurant highly recommended. Location is perfect far enough away to allow a good walk daily. The beach area beyond the hotel needs a clean up. The area surrounding the hotel is unkempt with derelict plots of land and development so not the prettiest of locations. Having said that we would still go back to the hotel as it is a beautiful hotel with good amenities and fabulous staff.

Even though we booked one of the hotel’s best rooms, there were several areas with moisture damage and peeling walls, and the sofa was torn. You also have to pay an extra fee to use the sauna and the indoor pool, which was disappointing. The housekeeping staff were very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the front desk manager was the worst I have ever encountered. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, but I would recommend looking at other options. We also booked a massage, and it was by far the worst massage we’ve had in years.

We stayed at this hotel before and loved it so much that we decided to return. What made our first visit so memorable was the incredible attention to detail and the little extra touches that made it feel truly special. This time, while the staff were friendly and the property remains beautiful, that magic was missing. Our biggest disappointment was the BBQ night. The food was extremely salty and simply not enjoyable. When the Assistant General Manager asked for feedback, I was honest. She kindly suggested another cut of meat, but it was just as salty, and I couldn't finish it. We also enjoyed a massage or facial every day. Most treatments were excellent, but on our last day my daughter had the same facial she had earlier in the week, and the difference in quality was remarkable. It felt as though the therapist had little experience. These may seem like small issues, but they are what turn a great stay into an exceptional one. We did appreciate the late check-out, which made our departure much easier. I still think most guests will have a wonderful stay here, and I would recommend the hotel. However, it no longer offers the exceptional experience we enjoyed on our first visit, and because of that, we won't be returning.
