Habitación fría, solicite una cobija o calentador y no se me proporciono. Tampoco me dieron ninguna explicación al respecto. El gimnasio no funciona, elevador rebota antes de abrir.

No me gustó nada, dice tener aire acondicionado y no tiene. No tiene estacionamiento y no tiene convenio con ninguno cerca, la habitación estaba muy sucia y con pelos en el baño, el microondas tenía una pizza con hongos y al día siguiente no recogieron la basura, la llave de la tarja de la mini cocina tenía fuga, se oye muchísimo el ruido de la calle, los carros y abajo del restaurante está un bar que hace mucho ruido por la noche, el personal de recepción es atento y de buen trato y solo es buena la ubicación de ahí en fuera todo terrible, NO LO RECOMIENDO.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal muy amable, el problema es el elevador que siempre está descompuesto, tuvimos que subir escaleras hasta el 9 piso y bajar maletas por las escaleras……

Only one elevator and even it has issues of running properly. Staff is super friendly and rooms are clean just this hotel needs a major upgrade, if you’re looking for cheap rooms and in a good location this is the right hotel for you.

Sí tiene un frigobar, un microondas que a veces funcionaba y a veces no. Una cafetera la cual estaba sucia y con moho. Loza y cubiertos para 2 personas, sin embargo las tazas también estaban sucias; el motivo es que no hay jabón o estropajos para lavarlos. No sé si en recepción te proporcionan o es por tu cuenta el llevarlos. El mosaico del baño con moho en algunas partes. La cortina es de tela y olía a humedad. Al menos así estuvo mi habitación no sé si las habitaciones más caras están mejor. El personal de recepción y limpieza súper amables y atentos. La recepción huele muy rico. La ubicación del hotel súper excelente, a una cuadra del Ángel y de la estación de metrobus. Un montón de lugares para comer y tiendas también.

Location is very good. Mgmt seem to be very comfortable with a very poor cleaning standard. I don’t care if the property is old, but it has to be clean. Customer service could be a lot better. I don’t think the staff realize where their pay checks come from. Lack of cleanliness gives the wrong impression for this property, that has great potential. R. Pinto

El hotel super sucio, las alfombras y camas sucias y viejas, al entrar a la habitación encontramos un ratón, nos retiramos del hotel, las fotos que publican son falsas

Había un ratón en nuestra habitación!!! por lo que la experiencia fue muy mala! Nadie espera que esto pueda suceder en un lugar así… La atención del encargado de recepción en la noche fue muy mala. Creo que por la situación si debió haber alguna compensación… pero no fue así. Además a limpieza del lugar no es la mejor, no huele a limpio, los espejos y ventanas se ve que hace mucho que se limpian…y aunque las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas… ya todo se ve muy deteriorado.

Encontre cabellos en mi almohada y una prenda interior de mujer sucia en el closet. Mucha suciedad en el cuarto

Los baños están muy viejos y sucios

Las instalaciones ya muy viejas, alfombra sucia, regadera descompuesta cuando la abrí salió el chisguete del agua y tuve que mover la regadera para que no siguiera saliendo el agua directo hacia afuera y con fuga la regadera todo el día goteando, pasamos frio porque el edredón muy delgado, la cortina del baño muy sucia de la parte de abajo ya de color café de tan sucia que estaba, la cafetera no tenia filtro para hacer el café y también muy sucia de adentro, la tv canales locales sin cable. lo único que nos agrado fue la vista hacia el Ángel de la independencia. deberían de tener cuidado en todos esos detalles.

es un hotel viejo, en general las instalaciones ocupan mantenimiento, el elevador no servia, se escuchaba el ruido de afuera y como esta en una avenida transitada no se puede descansar. no me volveria a quedar ahi. lo positivo fue la vista de la habitacion hacia el angel de la independencia y que el personal fue muy amable.

focos fundidos, una silla rota, y en recepcion un poco distraidos o platicando entre ellos, poco empaticos para los clientes. pero me encanta la ubicacion, limpieza. Faltaria una cobija o algo mas abrigador extra que esté por si se requiere en el closet. no se. un poco de frio esta ocasion por las lluvias. Fallas en el internet.

Todo bien excepto que entra un poco de ruido a las habitaciones aunque en la que me tocó se veo exactamente el ángel hermoso por la mañana y por la noche excepcional

This hotel looks better online than in person. The condition can best be described as “overdue for updates and repairs”. Not to mention that the 3 days I was here, the internet was functional at best 10% of the time. Of course they had posted “sorry that our wi-fi may not be working until September 12. Good to know after I paid and arrived to get work done. Avoid this place, unless you just need a bed and not much else. Do better Exe Suites San Marino.

The location is perfect. One block from Reforma & angel de independencia. The rooms & hotel is out dated, but if you don't mind that, it's perfect for the price. Under $50 us

Checked-in late at the hotel. Staff didn't switch on AC so unable to sleep all night. Upon complaining the next morning, they switched AC on. Pictures are misleading as the room doesn't look like the pictures

Wow. Nothing could be further from the truth. Those pictures must have been from 20 years ago. Beware, these rooms are NOT soundproof, and the hotel sit on a major street and above a restaurant that has mariachi's. Initially when I turned the water on to shower, it came out yellow. I had to let it run a while until clear water came out. There are water spots above the ceiling and holes in between the wall tiles. The bathroom sink and the shower tub are stained (mostly the shower tub). The city gets cold and there are no extra blankets. Needless to say the cold gets in through the "soundproof" sliding doors. The bedroom walls are all cracked and it looks like they ran out of paint when painting the walls. I asked the front desk guy if this was a crappy hotel, and his response was, "yeah, it is, and you have the better room" (202). But please, don't take my word for it, go see for yourself... or not. Oh, and my view of the Angel, which was what I was expecting, was just the top of her head. The balcony is beyond neglected and walls are cracked. The dining room table has a huge crack down the middle and the rest of the furniture is outdated. The small refrigerator stinks when you open it. Although the hotels location is one of the best, more could be done to improve a persons stay. Thank you, but no thank you, I will not stay here again. Just one star for the location.

Great location, really close to the Angel of la Independencia and several other attractions. The area is full of cafes and restaurants, so several options exist. The room had a nice view. However, it was not very clean, and the water quality wasn't the best. I had a lot of issues with the internet as it was pretty slow, which was a shame, given that I needed to do some remote work.

Las fotos no muestran como realmente se ve el hotel, está muy muy viejo, pero no de ese bonito clásico, nooo!!! De ese deteriorado que ni pintura le meten. Los cuartos están muy feos y no sirve ni su clima, ni su sistema de extracción y como en otros cuartos fumaban, todo el olor se pasaba a mi cuartto, muy mala experiencia, no volveríama

Great location, felt very safe walking at all hours of the day. The place is old but it's clean and evedything worked well for me, hot water, Wi-Fi, bunch of street food in the area. It does get a bit noisy at night, ot a problem for me but it is something to take into consideration if that would bother you, one can hear traffic, music from the restaurant right next to the hotel very loud and clear. All in all i recommend, will rent again here. Fantastic place.

Everything was ok until we noticed that my husband got stolen $100 euros from his backpack. The only day we allow the room to be clean . Terrible , we never thought people will do it .

Me decepcionó que no pudieran darme check in anticipado. Creo que es por falta de personal de limpieza.

La verdad que en recepción no tienen delicadeza con el huésped. Llegar luego de un vuelo de 14 horas y solo explicar tu situación, para que la persona de recepción solo te repita mil veces lo que no puede ser. A veces vale más el escuchar al huésped aunque no halla solución que hablar sobre lo que quiere decirte el huésped.

Amamos la atención que recibimos por parte del Personal, Claudia de recepción y Joaquín de ama de llaves fueron extraordinarios. Nuestra habitación siempre estaba al 100 y nos sentimos muy seguras estando ahí. Gracias por todo.

No me gustó que, por el frío, pedí una cobija adicional en la noche y nunca me la llevaron

CUIDADO TE ROBAN Y NO TIENEN CAMARAS PARA QUE TE PUEDAN AYUDAR Toba iba muy bien, pero a mi esposa le ROBARON su reloj, fuimos a recepcion no nos pudieron ayudar, fuimos a fiscalia nos mandaron a profeco y profeco menciono que no es con ellos sino con la fiscalia, entre todos ellos echaban la bolita y nadie pudo responder por el reloj de mi esposa. La verdad quedamos con un mal sabor de boca ya que EL HOTEL NO SE HIZO RESPONSABLE y que mala onda porque ya no se puede dejar nada en el cuarto que estas pagando en ese HOTEL por que te ROBAN. NO RECOMIENDO SE QUEDEN HOSPEDADOS, CUIDADO, SI SE TE PIERDE ALGO NO VAN A PODER AYUDARTE NI TEDARAN UNA SOLUCION.

Al momebto de pedir facura en el servicio indicaron no se podia realizar el servicios ya que solo facturan a los huespedes que se registran de manera directa en el establecimiento y no por medio de aplicaciones digitales y/o externos

Me gusto mucho mi estancia en el hotel San Marino, es limpio, cómodo y seguro. Si necesitan un hotel cerca de la Embajada de los Estados Unidos, les queda como a dos cuadras caminando.

Muy buen servicio y buena opción si buscas hospedaje cerca del Ángel de la independencia, Trámites de visa, lo único que le hace falta es contar con estacionamiento

Hotel muy cercano al CAS y a la embajada de USA y con excelente vista al momento del Ángel de la independencia. Muy recomendable para seguir visitando.

Sehr zentral gelegen, aber es ist sehr laut rund um das Hotel. Täglich bis Mitternacht ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken.

A 100 pasos del Angel. Restaurantes alrededor del hotel y un Oxxo en frente. Muy fácil conseguir un Uber o Taxi.

Buena ubicacion muy cerca del angel de la independencia, de restaurantes y la señora de recepcion que esta por la mañana es una excelente persona te orienta sobre todo lo que necesitas saber de la ciudad sobre todo donde comer.

Habitación limpia y desayuno

A great location. No heater in the unit and we came during a cold period, so it was a little chilly at night. Shower took forever for the hot water to start. Some electrical outlets were old and phone chargers fell out easily. Restaurant on the ground floor was excellent!

Es un edificio un poco viejo, pero esta limpio y esta ubicado muy bien, a una calle de reforma. el desayuno esta muy bien Buffet con muchas opciones para todos gustos. El personal es muy atento en general

Esta en una excelente ubicación, zona segura, el servicio y personal son muy amables, las instalaciones, baños, paredes, piso etc son muy viejos nada que ver con las imágenes que te muestran, el servicio de desayuno muy rico todo.

Mi reserva era para una habitación cin cama Queen y era matrimonial. Los ductor de aire negros de polvo, humedad en techo. El espejo del baño traia algo escrito y los cubiertos estavan lacrados sucios. Tengo fotos

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The photos I saw online didn't match the reality at all. The hotel looked old and outdated, which was a major disappointment. However, there were two positive aspects I can mention. The breakfast at the restaurant El Mexicano was good and offered a wide variety of options. I also have to highlight the hotel's location, which turned out to be convenient for accessing the main attractions in the city.

O hotel é totalmente diferente das fotos. Por foto compraria novamente, mas os quartos são velhos, os móveis são velhos, necessitam de pintura, novos móveis, etc. O café da manhã é no restaurante é bom e os garçons são atenciosos e muito mais atenciosos com uma gorjeta. Vai comer muito melhor.
