Nice hotel. Well located. We paid for a swim up private pool. Staff were in most relatively helpful. Reception staff on front desk were rude. Bar staff were lovely . The food options are so very limited if you stay all inclusive. It is not worth it. They say all inclusive but then charge ypu for anything remotely decent at the a la carte. The cibus restaurant was a disgrace. The food selection for all inclusive was diabolical and the food that came was inedible
