Le Blanc is a beautiful property . The upsides are it’s all adult so a bit quieter . Very well maintained and the staff is very attentive and friendly which made the experience wonderful . Restaurants are a mixed bag as far as quality of food . Some are very good like the French restaurant limiter . Bella the Italian restaurant is decent. Blanc is good for international fiod . Ocean was just ok although the location is lovely. Habibi was ok . In all these place the staff was awesome . The poolside staff was super helpful. The spa was nice but a bit overpriced for what it offered All in all a good experience.

This property was absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff were kind and welcoming and very helpful from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay! We felt so catered to and spoiled! This property is right in between Los Cabo and San Jose. The café and all of the restaurants were amazing! The Asian restaurant was a favorite of ours. The spa was beautiful & top notch! The gym was well equipped. The beach and pools were great temperature wise. Daily live relaxing music & amazing band at the sports bar complete with a pool table. If you were looking for a place to go for pampering and relaxation this is the place! The nightlife is quiet. Overall a perfect place to leave your worries behind!

Previous reviews are very accurate - excellent food, excellent drinks and overall good service. Staff went above and beyond in many places including poolside. Cons: Only one pool was heated (and could have been warmer) and the ones that were not were too cold to go in at all. The two hottubs were not heated hot enough - they felt like lukewarm tubs. While service overall was excellent they staff would drop off food and then forget about you for almost the rest of the meal - no followup a few minutes after food delivery to see if you needed anything in your meal etc. And the pace of ordering to delivery of food was VERY slow.

this property offered Butler service with our room, not sure it comes with all rooms but it was very nice to have someone to text whenever you have a question or need something. I did miss there was no outside night entertainment or shows to watch at night. There is a nightclub on property that has live bands and DJ nightly. It is located below the lobby. We typically like outside activities and bar area to enjoy at night and socialize. It was a quiet hotel. The beach does not permit swimming. There is a place on the beach to get great $60/hour massage, just walk south on the beach for about 10-15 minutes. Overall the service wins for this hotel.

We had an amazing trip and will be back. All of our butlers were spot on and were available to help when needed. In fact, I reached out about a month after checkout to ask a question on one of the drinks by the pool and Juan Carlos tracked it down for us. Really appreciated! Our room was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Check in was smooth. The welcome drinks, towels, and heated neck were a nice touch. Every bar served amazing drinks! Everything they made was spot on. Best drinks I've ever had at an all-inclusive. This included poolside to the nightly bars/lounges. The speciality cocktail carts were excellent! The coffee bar was great to have and we visited daily. It was a great place for our group to start the morning before moving to breakfast. The food is the area that could use improvement. The service was excellent everynehere was great. It was the food quality. The French restaurant had a lot of hype prior to us arriving and was by far the worst restaurant and the only place I regret eating at. The others were just fine. Nothing great and nothing terrible. The middle eastern restaurant was our favorite. I will say the lunch options are great! Poolside tacos and pizza we're really good. We did the included spa circuit most days and it's a great included service. My wife' enjoyed her spa treatment. Similar to the rest of the resort, the service at the spa was great. Last and most important, Julia's daily energy by the pool was our highlight!

Excellent resort! Perfectly friendly staff. Great location.Amazing sunrise and sunset from the room balcony. Lots of wonderful pools and 2 giant jacuzzis. 7 restaurants for dinner and buffet from early morning until 5:00PM. I would go there again.

The hotel did not honor any VIP benefits. Partial ocean view means first floor with a pool view. They moved us to second floor where we had to sit in edge of balcony to get a peek of the ocean and they called that an upgrade.

We selected this hotel for our anniversary, but encountered challenges when my wife experienced food poisoning on day 2, leading to a night in the emergency room. However, the hotel covered the emergency room expenses, and the staff exhibited exceptional kindness. Despite being on the 9th floor, the noise from the adjacent busy road was noticeable at night. It's advisable to make restaurant reservations in advance, as they can fill up quickly. Overall, our experience was marred by the unexpected incident, and I find the hotel to be overpriced for the overall value provided.

Leblanc Resort is truly the BEST all adult resort that I have ever visited. This was my first time traveling to Cabo so I researched and read lots of reviews and choose Leblanc Resort to celebrate my 50th bday. We had the most amazing time. First, the butler service was awesome. The room service awesome, The food choices were all just phenomenal ex. “Oceans Restaurant for lunch is very good. The Blanc seafood/steakhouse for dinner was so good. My favorite was Hibibi’s for lunch, the food at Hibibi’s blow us away. The comfort of the beds, the resort is extremely clean and the Spa the Spa is a most. The pools are very relaxing. You just have to go and experience the place. You will fall in Love, I will be going back to visit very soon. Thanks Leblanc for making my 50th birthday so special and memorable.

Leblanc Resort is truly the BEST all adult resort that I have ever visited. This was my first time traveling to Cabo so I researched and read lots of reviews and choose Leblanc Resort to celebrate my 50th bday. We had the most amazing time. First, the butler service was awesome. The room service awesome, The food choices were all just phenomenal ex. “Oceans Restaurant for lunch is very good. The Blanc seafood/steakhouse for dinner was so good. My favorite was Hibibi’s for lunch, the food at Hibibi’s blow us away. The comfort of the beds, the resort is extremely clean and the Spa the Spa is a most. The pools are very relaxing. You just have to go and experience the place. You will fall in Love, I will be going back to visit very soon. Thanks Leblanc for making my 50th birthday so special and memorable.

In fact, I reached out about a month after checkout to ask a question on one of the drinks by the pool and Juan Carlos tracked it down for us. Really appreciated! Our room was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Check in was smooth. The welcome drinks, towels, and heated neck were a nice touch. Every bar served amazing drinks! Everything they made was spot on. Best drinks I've ever had at an all-inclusive. This included poolside to the nightly bars/lounges. The speciality cocktail carts were excellent! The coffee bar was great to have and we visited daily. It was a great place for our group to start the morning before moving to breakfast. The food is the area that could use improvement. The service was excellent everynehere was great. It was the food quality. The French restaurant had a lot of hype prior to us arriving and was by far the worst restaurant and the only place I regret eating at. The others were just fine. Nothing great and nothing terrible. The middle eastern restaurant was our favorite. I will say the lunch options are great! Poolside tacos and pizza we're really good. We did the included spa circuit most days and it's a great included service. My wife' enjoyed her spa treatment. Similar to the rest of the resort, the service at the spa was great. Last and most important, Julia's daily energy by the pool was our highlight!

This hotel is truly awesome. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. We were very happy with everything. The hydro therapy at the spa is so refreshing. Except one thing: they were pushy with going to attend a presentation for their “membership”. We clearly told them no several times but the person kept pushing it. That was the only negative experience.

Nice property but it's a shame they try to upsell you. Throughout the trip they tried to offer us additional bonus experiences if we paid a little more for it or if we listed to their hotel group presentation. It was like a timeshare experience. They are VERY pushy. After we declined, they kept asking why and kept pushing. Very bad taste in the mouth. Last day, we requested bellman to pick up our bags, they never came. They offered to-go lunch boxes for our flight but we never received them. They refused to honor the VIP expedia benefits. Cheap place for such a high rate. They would argue and push instead of just keeping the customer happy. Again, we paid 1300$ a night. That's not a small amount.

Dinner took 2-2.5 hours and the portions were small. There is a lot of sales pressure when you check out to book again for “40% OFF”. Which is not the case it’s just a pushy sales tactic they use to get a deposit out of you.

Le Blanc is truly a wonderful resort for adults. The staff is incredible and friendly and go out of their way for their guests. The food is great, drinks are refreshing! The one thing i would be picky about is the ocean. The tides are too strong and big and unable to swim in it.

Best place I've ever been. Beautiful, good food, great staff, helpful butlers. You can't swim in the ocean but that's geography, and makes the ocean more beautiful, as there are very few boats.

This is a lovey property and perhaps the nicest of the Palace group. There are many nice choices for dining, and the people are very nice. For the most part, this is a very good place with high end immenties. It's going to be one the nicest places most of the guests have ever visited. However: - You really can't swim or snorkel due to cold water and dangerous currents. - It's a larger property. While they try to be a 5 Star location, that's nearly impossible at this scale and we had misses (minor) every day. This falls short of the level they aim for.

This property was absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff were kind and welcoming and very helpful from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay! We felt so catered to and spoiled! This property is right in between Los Cabo and San Jose. The café and all of the restaurants were amazing! The Asian restaurant was a favorite of ours. The spa was beautiful & top notch! The gym was well equipped. The beach and pools were great temperature wise. Daily live relaxing music & amazing band at the sports bar complete with a pool table. If you were looking for a place to go for pampering and relaxation this is the place! The nightlife is quiet. Overall a perfect place to leave your worries behind!

We selected this hotel for our anniversary, but encountered challenges when my wife experienced food poisoning on day 2, leading to a night in the emergency room. The resort is beautiful and we especially loved our VIP access through Expedia. The staff was 2nd to none and everyone took amazing care of all the guests. The location in good. About a 20 minute cab ride to the marina and shopping area. We will be back!!!

The property is nice and we enjoyed our stay. The food was fine but would be better to have some authentic options. There is never any VIP room upgrades…they always say unfortunately not this time! The spa and hydrotherapy is amazing!

Previous reviews are very accurate - excellent food, excellent drinks and overall good service. Staff went above and beyond in many places including poolside. Cons: Only one pool was heated (and could have been warmer) and the ones that were not were too cold to go in at all. The two hottubs were not heated hot enough - they felt like lukewarm tubs. While service overall was excellent they staff would drop off food and then forget about you for almost the rest of the meal - no followup a few minutes after food delivery to see if you needed anything in your meal etc. And the pace of ordering to delivery of food was VERY slow.

El personal administrativo del hotel no tiene buena predisposición para ayudar al huésped y solucionarle problemas, a diferencia del personal de servicio que sí lo tiene. Les han enseñado a mostrar una sonrisa y creen que con eso están brindando un buen servicio pero cuando realmente deben ayudarle al huésped, no lo hacen. Se dan las vueltas para regresarle el problema. Otra cosa que molesta mucho es que el supuesto crédito de $250 es una patraña. No existe el crédito sino para comprar un par de objetos ridículos en sus propias tiendas de amenidades. Dicho crédito no sirve para disfrutarlo en el hotel. Como cliente me sentí engañando cuando el personal administrativo ante mi reclamo, me dijo que podía usar $125 en el Spa pero un masaje de 50min vale $300!! O sea No existe ningún crédito! Es una manera falsa de venderte el hotel. Finalmente te atormentan todo el tiempo queriendo venderte su time share, tanto alli como en Cancún!

This is by far the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. I was impressed the moment we stepped off of the airport shuttle. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless, The resort is beautifully decorated, the rooms are gorgeous. We had a room on the 11th floor with an ocean view that was absolutely breathtaking. The resort smelled like tropical paradise. The food was delicious. I went with my younger sister who’s 19 and she was impressed. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. I can’t praise this place enough. LaBlanc gets a 10 out of 10.

Overall, the resort was very nice but not at the price we paid. Some of the extra amenities were too expensive. We had resort credit that never used due to miscommunication by the staff and confusion as to what the credit can be used for. Also, they were a little pushy on their time share program.
