Actually what stood out was the poor breakfast 😕. Otherwise the room was clean, the staff was courteous, and our great grandsons loved the pool but it is extremely cold water for a pool!

We have been here a few times and enjoy the pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong. However, during this stay I was disappointed in the breakfast - There was very little offered (some empty trays, empty pot) and the garbage was overflowing (nowhere to put your plates afterwards). The hot tub was also lukewarm which was a little disappointing too after a long day on the slopes. That said, we will be back but would certainly appreciate these things to be resolved.

The room was very nice with a fridge and microwave. You have to ask the front desk for a coffee maker. The continental breakfast was sufficient. The hot tub and pool clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall a great experience! Room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice., but he waffles had a really nice flavour of vanilla, so yummo!!!! Pool was fun but found it over chlorinated., but probably a necessity. Hot tub was warm and we did enjoy it too! Our door and bathroom door were hard to close maybe causing noise for others, not sure why …..might be our humidity. Definitely a must stay again if I’m in the area.

Needs to be cleaner and replace damaged stuff. Bugs found on bed head board and bathroom. Chairs outside of rooms are garbage. My mother fell out of one when she sat in it.

The smell in the two rooms that we end up staying in was very bad both bathrooms in my mothers room, and our room were full of mold. Ceiling was chipping paint chipping very disgusting. There was yellow stains behind the toilet. Overall, we were very disgusted and unable to stay in a room other than just sleeping due to the amount of mold. We did take several pictures.

Overall good hotel for the price. The pool and spa are clean. The room was clean on arrival. However, the staircase smells bad. They offer a continental breakfast in buffet form. The coffee is quite watery.

This hotel is horrible! The room is musty and dingy - the aroma hits you in the face as you open the door. The HVAC is LOUD! If the one in your room isn’t running you can hear the one in the adjoining room. If the one in your room IS running, you need to turn the TV up to ear splitting to hear. Neither the sink nor tub drains, hence no shower as I don’t want to shower ankle deep in dirty water. The laminate floors in the room are cringe worthy. There is an iron, but no ironing board. Overall, this hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

Check in was good. Staff was friendly. Our room was at the back of the building facing large propane tanks and other rooms. Upon opening the door, we were hit by a nasty, musty kind of smell. We left our door open most of the evening. There was no mat in front of the door and the floor was damaged, probably from wet shoes and likely where the smell came from. The breakfast was ok, but no gluten free options for me. We felt this hotel was very overpriced for the condition of it and what we got.

Check-in was smooth. However, the room left much to be desired. It was what I would describe as a “basement apartment room”. It was below ground with a basement apartment style egress window. If someone was in the parking lot they could see you sleeping on the bed. The only way to avoid this was to pull the blinds closed, however, there were only blackout blinds so it would leave the poorly lit room in almost total darkness. The room was very small, had a musty smell, and the furniture was damaged. By 9:00pm a group of construction workers had congregated in the corner of the parking lot to drink beer together (outside of our basement window). The walls were very thin. Given that housekeeping began at 7:45am and the cleaning staff all had painfully loud radios for communication, there was a limited opportunity for peace and quiet. Check-out was successful and the continental breakfast was actually the best part. 10/10 on the waffle maker. Otherwise, I do not recommend this hotel. Not sure if the upper floor rooms are better than my basement level experience.

The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room! Lots of water pressure in the shower. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. We had a ground floor room with an outside entrance which was a great feature. The pool area was clean and well maintained with reasonable hours of operation. The continental breakfast was amazing.

Nous avons été accueilli en se faisant dite qu’on devait 23$ pour notre chien. À aucun moment lors de la réservation sur hotel.com ne figure l’info qu’on doit payer pour avoir un chien. L’employé a l’accueil n’a pas été très com’rehensif et nous a dit que ça arrive tout le tem’s avec les sites de reservation en ligne. On ne s’est donc pas senti très bien accueilli. On a donc l’imtemtion d’em avertir hotel.com des notre retour pour se olaindre. Le prix est tout de même élevé pour le type d’hotel. Il n’y avait pas de service de chambre non plus.

Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Hotel could use a renovation. The bathroom in the room we had really needs a facelift. The ceiling had been attempted to be fixed and I don't know what it looked like before, but the fix was terrible. There was black all around the edges of the walls in the tub. It looked pretty awful. The bed was good. Nice to have a fridge (albeit very small) and a microwave in the room. We tried a couple of the restaurants the hotel staff suggested and they were closed. It was a Monday before 7 pm so not sure why they were closed. One had a sign with their hours which by that should have been open, but it wasn't. There is an IGA right across the street so we just got something and brought it back to the room.

No elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floor although Reception did offer me a room on the 1st floor that I declined. Parking space is just adequate for the summer travel season and may not be near your staircase. Great IGA across the street.

Excellent breakfast options including a waffle maker. The rooms seem to have been redone recently and the bed was very comfortable. Great staff and very helpful. Only complaint and it was more my issue, I should have checked carefully but not having an elevator was a bit of surprise.

Decent, basic accomodations. Room was clean but did have a smoky smell. Breakfast was good, even a few hot items like waffles and boiled eggs Room was quiet. Pavement outside could stand some smoothing, lots of frost heaves that could be tripping hazard
