We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is a treasure with its beautiful architecture sourounded by the forest. We enjoyed spending time by the pool in the afternoons after our trips to the Iguazú falls. There was a very convenient taxi service organized by the hotel. We were lucky to have a driver that also gave us good tips on how to plan the visit in the parks. The staff were very service minded. The food excelent. Breakfast with one of the best scrambled eggs I have eaten. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Great friendly staff. Restaurant staff especially nice. Surprisingly good food and quite an amazing wine list for such a small hotel. Located about 15 minutes to the falls. Cab ride was about 25,000 peso and there was a cab outside ready to go. We paid the same amount from the airport too! We didn't use the pool as it was not that hot, but it was beautifully maintained ad welcoming. It's also close to town. although we never went there due to lack of time. Great find!

Adoramos a exclusividade do hotel, ótimo para descanso e privacidade. O que nos deixou muito descontentes foi o cheiro ruim das roupas de cama, a limpeza da área da piscina sem limpar as folhas e galhos e principalmente o mau atendimento dos funcionários atendendo sem vontade. Mas o hotel é lindíssimo só precisam treinar os funcionários para atendimento com os hóspedes. Uma observação: deveriam providenciar Divisorias entre as sacadas para os hóspedes se sentirem mais à vontade.

The hotel was tucked away in the forest. A taxi was needed to go anywhere. Alejandro was great at communicating with me ahead of arrival. The lodge and pool area were fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. Only downside about the room was that there was a crack in the bathroom sink. The staff was responsive, breakfast was adequate and dinner was good, but not great.

This lodge offered a truly unique experience of comfort and class in the far from ordinary setting of a rain forest. The rooms were comfortable, set up in small buildings housing several rooms each, connected to the main lodge by an elevated walkway through the grounds offering a sense of being somewhat in a jungle. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the amenities, such as included breakfast, were top notch. The pool and poolside set up was particularly noteworthy allowing for unwinding and relaxing while surrounded by the peaceful forest. Access the to main town requires a taxi ride, gladly arranged for by the lodge team. I really enjoyed my too brief stay there and was very pleased with the total experience.

Cute hotel. Nice swimming pool and very nice staff. The AC and safe in the room were broken. AC was making a lot of noise all night. Room was definitely humid and in general they could make a bit more effort to look “boutique” since it’s more expensive than the Mercure next door which I stayed for one more night which was actually great. Restaurant was nice.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war schön und angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, auch wenn an manchen Stellen kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten wünschenswert wären. Besonders positiv war unser Abendessen im Hotel – das Steak war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Sie haben unseren Transfer zu den Wasserfällen, in die Stadt sowie zum Flughafen perfekt organisiert und sich immer um unser Wohl gekümmert. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Front desk unhelpful with booking boat rides. Plus interfered with our taxi. The driver who picked us up at the airport did not own us. Second day we had a better driver(Gustavo). We made plans with him for 3rd day. His car mysteriously quit working. We think front desk and Sergei interfered and Sergei took our fare. Overcharged us by $50. The restaurant was excellent

I loved my trip to Iguazu and my stay at Selvaje Lodge. There’s definitely a jungle feel to the place! The staff was very helpful and were a great help to me when planning my trip - their response to correspondence was quick. You don’t need to worry about Ubers or taxis because there are always drivers there who work for the hotel. Ask for Jorge B. - he’s awesome!

There are short staff. Takes so long to get service because there is only one person assisting guests in the restaurant. I asked for an iron and literately, they went room to room to find out whom had the iron. Cushions were dirty!!! Smell terrible and had dirty spots on in. Garbage was not taken away. Security/safety box is unattached to anything. Basically, someone can get there and take it. Located in a very remote area and too far from everything. There were not a clear communication regarding transportation/tours. Not recommended at all!

This was a lovely location with a great restaurant and amazing service at the front desk. They helped to arrange for a driver for us to see the Brazil side of the falls... Basically helping us have a personal driver for the day. They also made life easy in other small ways, like lending us a power adapter. Great hotel.

The hotel stated that they required an additional $225. I stated that I thought it prepaid, but took their word for it. Turns it was prepaid and they double charged me. After I complained they admitted the error. But 3 days later I have not received a credit in my card. Very unfortunate as it ruined my impression of the place.

Ive been in contact with the hotel before arriving. The Price they had given me on transfer was 1/3 of what it was when we arrived. Service was slow during the stay. They missed a fair few things on the menu in the resturant. When we had to check out (wich Took 30 minutes for the receptionist) they did not have the slips of Bills from the resturant that was signed. Also i asked if it could be any faster and the receptionist told me: you should have gotten up earlier. I was chocked and honnestly never before have i tried that a check out with a Card on file could take 30 minutes and the receptionist could be so rude. Stay for the soroundibgs and the pool.

Beautiful property. It is a bit remote and very quiet. Staff are wonderful and restaurant is delicious. Rooms are comfortable and have the little touches that you like to see in a higher end resort. Would definitely stay again.

A jungle oasis! Perfect location for our Iguazú experience. Great restaurant, friendly staff, pool area wonderful for relaxing after a busy day at the waterfalls!!! Little bit out of town so taxi needed to get to the restaurants in Puerto Igazu. Easy to arrange however.

This is a great hotel, only a 10 minute drive from the Brazilian border so convenient for visiting the falls on both sides, yet you feel like you are in the jungle. Comfortable rooms although maybe slightly tired. Food quality in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.

It was a beautiful, secluded property surrounded by lush jungle. The majority of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was ok but limited which is problematic since it's isolated. I felt they could really change up the breakfast buffet by day 3 the limited choices were tired. I had a small issue over my rate but it was a beautiful, comfortable place that I'd go back to!

I ordered dessert & my wife found a hardware bolt in the cheesecake on the first bite embedded in the cheesecake. The bolt was in her mouth & she felt it on her tongue, but if she had chewed down on it she would have broken a tooth. The staff didn’t do much too fix the situation.

We like the property, very nicely landscaped. Very comfortable modern rooms. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant with good food. The only thing we did not like was the coffee in the morning, pretty bad, cold and not very good. They have a regular coffee machine there. We did not understand why they served cheap premade coffe.

Final de semana em casais de amigos. Hotel é bom. Pessoal atencioso, quartos grandes e limpos. Banheiro grande, chuveiro bom. Area da piscina maravilhosa. Restaurante pra jantar e almoço bom. Preços na média atual da Argentina para nós devido ao cambio. Café da manhã deixou a desejar. Todas as frutas estavam passadas, pães e doces, sinceramente pareciam não ser frescos. De qualquer forma falta melhorar um pouco mais o café. Valeu a experiencia.
