Sehr schönes Hotel mit feinem Frühstücksbuffet. Einzig die Temperatur des Hallenbadwasser war zum sprudeln definitiv zu kühl. Warum nich ein separates Sprudelbecken mit Temperaturen um 36°C?

Fantastic breakfasts, great staff, modern, clean, great climate control - no hot & cold spots - noticeably great. Pool, saunas, steam room, fitness center top notch. A great property really. I stay in a lot of nice places mostly outside of Europe. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, the site was in the middle of a building site which meant we could not open the windows which was not great as the hotel also didn't have AC - had we known this before booking we would not have chosen this hotel. Parking was safe and secure, location was great - easy to walk to restaurants the town Bar service was slow and unfriendly We chose not to eat in the restaurant due to lack of vegan/vegetarian options We ate breakfast in the restaurant but again lack of choice for vegans

Great hotel super easy parking for even with a large SUV. The facilities are excellent great pool and sauna. The breakfast was first rate. We stayed one night but this would be a great base for a ski holiday. The hotel is situated in a new development although we didn’t notice any noise from construction. There were three or four dining options on the doorstep but we chose to walk the ten minutes into the old town where there were a dozen or more places to choose from.

The hotel is brand new and very nice. The breakfast is also very good. The area is ok but there are much more beautiful places in Switzerland than Andermatt. What really disappointed me though was that I had to pay for car parking and I won’t stay at this hotel again because of it. It’s a matter of principle. It’s ridiculous.

The area around the hotel is new (it’s being aimed at the very wealthy so is high-end, but a bit soulless) and there is a lot of construction going on, which woke me early each day. The hotel is handy for the train station (5 min walk) but is not in the centre of Andermatt village, which is a further 5-10 minute walk past the train station.

It is a very convenient and nice hotel, good for sports if you want to bike hike or other activities. Everything is available nearby. The breakfast was good with many options, dinner was disappointing. The swimming pool and its area is nice for swimming but less for being spoiled and also the fact that the sauna was FKK was strange and not convenient. I am recommending this hotel for a sport weekend and less for a romantic getaway.

Property itself was nice and new. Room was low on amenities (in room coffee not refilled for the next day, bedding was not provided for the second bed even when it was obvious that it was being used). Area around hotel had significant construction going on. There was no hotel parking left when we arrived because there was a concert happening at or near the hotel. Overall it was totally fine, but we felt like we paid plenty for the room at ~$550 a night and it just wasn't quite up to the service standard we have come to expect from a premium hotel. The ski lockers were incredible, and it is very convenient to the gondola!

War in der Vorsaison dort. Noch nicht alles perfekt. Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage. Sehr schöne und praktisch ausgestatte Zimmer in der residenz. Grosszügiges Frühstücks-Buffet und tolles Spa. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber zum Teil noch etwas unbeholfen. Viele wussten noch nicht was Andermatt alles bietet und es wird sehr schnell auf die Touristen-Info verwiesen.

I liked this hotel but wish I had known some things prior to booking . 1. It is just outside of Andermatt. To get to the historic area you have to drive. They do not have a shuttle. 2. It is in middle of a construction zone, there is some noise, the signage is terrible, it is confusing trying to find the parking lot. 3. The entry into the Raddison part of the parking requires a tight right hand turn. Larger vehicles may have trouble. 4. The rooms are lovely and spacious. It should be noted that in Switzerland, hotels are not allowed to have AC ( at least thats what they told us at this hotel) . The bathroom is nice, for the life of me I will never understand why they make bathrooms with a glass part of the wall. Awkward if staying with friends. 5. They had a very nice breakfast buffet that was included in our room rate.

Great hotel on the edge of Andermatt. The room was excellent - very comfortable and clean. Large, well lit bathroom was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wall to the main village was a long go around, but that could be because of construction.

Beautiful hotel in Andermatt. Loved the pool with mountain views! Breakfast buffet was nice too. We did have hiccup where they were supposed to pick us up from the train station and they never showed up (and I had written confirmation), so beware about that. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel so getting there on foot with luggage was a bit of a struggle. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture.

Wenn spätabends die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert und ein erneuter Gang an die Reception erforderlich ist, weil man offensichtlich nicht korrekt eingecheckt wurde, und bei allen Gästen aufgrund von Problemen mit dem Computersystem alles enorm lange dauert, dann kann man keine der Anzahl Sterne entsprechende Bewertung geben, weil eben auch die damit verbundene Erwartung nicht erfüllt ist.

This was our last night in Switzerland after our engagement, and the staff (lady) checking us in at the front desk was very cold and unwelcoming. We were looking forward to having a spectacular and relaxing end at this hotel in one of our favorite towns in the country, in which we also had heard great reviews of… But the entire time, felt quite the opposite. Will never come back.

Das Hotel ist Fantastisch, auch das Einzige in Andermatt, (abgesehen vom Chedi) mit diesem tollen Angebot an Wellness und Ausstattung. Etwas schade, man fühlt sich hier oft mehr abgefertigt, als willkommen. Auch als Stammgast, Der schon seit Jahren seinen Geburtstag hier verbringt. Weder beim Check in noch beim abreisen ist das aufgefallen… Das geht definitiv besser. Wellness war wieder belagert von Chaoten:innen, welche die Anleitung fürs Wellness nicht lesen können oder ignorieren. Zwar wurde eine Gruppe vom Personal kurz zurechtgewiesen, aber von Entspannung keine Spur. Tücher sollten im Saunabereich aufliegen und nicht umständlich am Empfang abgeholt werden müssen, wenn Es mal feuchtgeschwitzt ist. Öffnungszeit vom Wellness nur (noch) bis 8 Uhr am Abend, könnte locker auf 9 oder 10 Uhr verlängert werden, dann wäre auch nicht so ein Gedränge. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn das offerierte Wasserfläschli im Zimmer am Tag ersetzt worden wäre… Ansonsten eine Top Adresse in Andermatt, Ausstattung fabelhaft, Personal super freundlich, alles blitzsauber und Preis/Leistung einigermassen verkraftbar. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen…

The staff was lovely hotel is new, air conditioning didn’t really air condition, bed was cheap! Do not eat at the restaurant what an abomination of food we sent it back disgraceful fire the cooks go into town which is a pain after a long day. Personally wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is stunning, rooms are new and very well done, lovely modern hotel in the alps would definitely stay again! Didn’t get change to use the pool but looked amazing. Highly recommend this hotel, will be visiting again in the future.
