Very comfortable and clean. You can book parking for $30 per night if needed but check before you book. Staff are very healful and friendly. Positioned close to public transport and a few places to eat right off st kilda road. Lovely accommodation with all the mod cons. Went to the Palais theatre in the evening and caught a show while we were there. King bed in the room we chose. Great shower. May 2025.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quest St Kilda Rd. Our apartment was great. It was very convenient to have the kitchen facilities. We also found it really helpful to have access to great gym and laundry facilities. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Photos are misleading. Looked directly into an office building. Had to keep curtains drawn at all times. Lobby consisted of two chairs. No housekeeping over 3 days. No coffee maker. Microwave only worked on reheat. Staff friendly.

The room is fine for the price, although the curtain was falling off and they’d simply used rope to fix it to hold it to the railing. Although this had broken and let light into the room, I’m an incredibly light sleeper so it wasn’t ideal. The hair along the walls in the bathroom and the floor just needed a clean. Location was good but I’d go elsewhere if I had the choice

Quest St Kilda was a great experience. We had booked parking and an extra guest (a third child) and they made everything easy! We actually got delayed two days and thankfully they had space and tried to make one room switch we needed (we had two rooms) smooth and easy. The room is clean (my main standard), the desk is helpful, the microwave, sink, larger fridge (we did the executive apartment) and laundry in room was a pleasant surprise and useful! Though we did not use many dishes or eat snacks, I love that they were available. The hotel was quiet and extra towels brought when needed. I’d definitely stay here again. So thankful I chose this place over other others!

Bed so uncomfortable, room was tiny. Should probably have been notified about construction going on around the entire building. Noise from hallway and outside can be heard really easily in the rooms. Wouldn’t recommend.

All staff from reception to housekeeping were amazing! Friendly and happy. Room was spacious and comfortable for a week long stay. Ideally located only a short walk for 15 min tram ride to the city, with easy access to Chapel St and St Kilda Beach.

The female receptionist (Rathida?) was exceptional. Due to the marathon being run that weekend, we were unable to get a taxi, and were fearful of missing our train. After trying unsuccessfully three times to procure us a taxi, she then organised us an Uber, at her own expense! Far & above her job description. An exemplary employee. Thank you so very much. The room was comfortable and quiet however our stay was spoiled by the attitude of the staff on reception. When we asked for help with public transport they were totally disinterested and there was no information available to us. It would be so much more helpful if the staff were actually trained in customer service.

When we arrived we discovered we had double booked - the team at Quest St Kilda went above and beyond to resolve the issue professionally and quickly so our holiday could be stress-free. I can't thank the Quest Dream Team of Rachida, Bella and Andy enough for their kindness, understanding, patience and professionalism. Anytime we are in Melbourne we will come back to Quest St Kilda :)

Poor, ill informed and careless customer service: Initial reception were unwelcoming and disrespectful with was no consideration for the customer, just a robotic recital of Quest policy. We attended as an AD (assistance dog)team (organisational) which Quest displaying no knowledge nor training regarding status of AD. We felt unsafe and unwelcome without any joy, thus cancelled the remainder of our stay.

Location was excellent. The staff was very Hospiital. I was in a one-bedroom apartment which was furnished with everything i needed. There was a grocery store right across the street. I will be staying at the Quest again
