I was unimpressed. No regular coffee in room, nor extra at front desk and jacuzzi did not work. That was the point of the stay, to relax muscles after a long day. It's clean, but without amenities, just a regular hotel.

The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, the breakfast was hot and good, but there were a few glitches. The bathroom light which was on some kind of motion sensor wasn’t working correctly. It stayed on continuously, was difficult to turn off (it didn’t go off automatically as it was designed to do). The shampoo etc. dispensers were almost empty and very difficult to squeeze anything out of them. The ice machines on the second and third floors were out of order. I won’t mention the fact that the fire alarm went off at 6:30 and took them quite awhile to shut it off, apparently a false alarm but there was no communication from the staff in way of an explanation or apology. All of these issues were relatively minor when viewed separately but we won’t be staying there again.

Drove 12 hours today. The hotel is right off I-40, parking lot has plenty of parking. No problem fitting large trucks w/ trailers. Hotel is clean and newish. Breakfast, Expresso coffee machine. Pet friendly. Pretty chill spot!

Stay was really good. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. Room modern and very clean. Only issue is the elevator went out and our room was on the second floor. It was not expected to be repaired that day and we needed to check out. We are 67 and had to tag team a lot of luggage down the stairs. We did ok but as a nurse I couldn’t help think about older people or those with disabilities stuck on an upper floor. In all honesty I found it hard to understand how the elevator down wasn’t more of an urgent matter by the hotel, the elevator repair company and the fire Marshall. Other than that the stay was really good.

Credit card machine broken and the front desk person said it had been broken since she had worked there. Hot tub was broken. Pillows for a king size bed were standard size and very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very good and very efficient for the area provided. The attendant was very helpful and nice and friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Room was efficient and comfortable. The excercise room was very well equipped! Best Western is one of my favorite places to stay.

This facility is spotlessly clean throughout. Comfy bed, pillows & coverlet. Nice and cool. Great shower with fluffy towels. Breakfast was great with both hot and healthy options. Very quiet so we had a restful night's sleep. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this BW for a restful night's sleep.

The cleanliness was not as expected. The light switches were dirty and smudged, I’m not sure the last time they were cleaned, the floor was dirty with who knows what. It was all tiled, which I appreciate, but I’m not quite sure. There was so much crap on the tile.

I was in room 121 which faces south. They really need to replace the window to keep the noise out. I probably won’t stay here when I come back because of that however, the room I have is beautiful spacious excellent

It is a nice hotel, very clean room very spacious. My biggest gripe is with room 102 all night you hear people elephant stomping up and down the stair way which leads out right in front of 102. The door slamming shut for the stairway. The ice machine right across the hall where people at 3:00 am are filling their ice buckets and ice chest. All in all i got about 3 hours of sleep with out the disturbance of the elephant stompers and ice machine.

Love the decor in the lobby and the room was amazing! The floors were made if wood which is something new for me. I thought it was very cool. It also made it seem more spacious. The bed was comfy too so it made it easier to fall asleep after a long day in 100 degree weather. The breakfast was great too. Loved getting mini waffels. Makes it easier to get the right amount if you are not a big breakfast eater

Arrived extremely late and was able to check in easily. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was better than most (fried eggs instead of scrambled) and there were lots of options. Only negative was that the night desk clerk was a little unhelpful when we arrived late and my partner asked to use the public restroom. We had just been on the road for hours and were told there were no restrooms available except inside the rooms. This didn't seem right. Overall, Best Western Plus hotels are better than most hotels on the road and this one was very conveniently located along the highway. We had no issues with cleanliness or amenities offered.

The clerk suggested we walk to a diner down the road with our little girl . There was one drugee after another having trips in dark corners down the unlit street right outside of the parking lot of the hotel. Then we were creepily followed by a guy wanting our money. And then on our way back to the hotel a lady was scoping us out and handing stuff she’d collected to what seemed like bad dudes she was apparently working for. They went around us like they weren’t going to let us in the driveway. There were police at The gas station across the street that said they’d follow and watch us get back. So that’s how we got back. The clerk then admitted that they have a major homeless problem with panhandling and them trying to break into the pool regularly. It got so bad they now have a security officer walk their parking lot all night.
