The location is fantastic and the restaurant downstairs seems incredibly popular (hence high noise levels), and we tried the food one night and it was pretty good. The lift to the room is separate to any kind of "front desk" so it feels more like an Airbnb in that you don't really see any faces and so it's hard to comment on service. The room was smaller than appeared in the photo but clean and tidy. Shower worked well but note the hot water takes quite a while to kick in! Location is the main draw here.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The room exceeded my expectations and the location is perfect for walking to various parts of the city. Restaurants on the roof and ground floor were also great.

Great all around -location, staff, room, restaurants & bar!!! Note that not all rooms have air conditioning. Not a problem in January, but would be most other times of the year. A bit noisy at night, from the bar music. Which didn’t bother me as I was out late. Lighting in the bathroom could be a lot better (hard to put on makeup) and the rainfall shower although pleasant, isn’t very good for getting shampoo out of long, curly hair (more pressure is a must). Very comfortable beds & bedding, well appointed rooms, mini fridge and Nespresso machine in suite! Staff were friendly and helpful, Nancy in particular. Would recommend staying here.👍👍👍

Very nice place in a very ‘happening’ part of Roma Norte. The room was very nice and relaxing, excellent bathroom and the deck opened everything up. The restaurant on the ground floor is very popular, always filled up with what I would call a ‘smart’ set of patrons. There’s a small bar/restaurant on the top floor also, very popular. I was there for two weeks, was very comfortable and always felt safe. When I return to Mexico City I’ll stay here.

Fernanda and the rest of the staff were attentive, personable, and provided great recommendations in the area. The location of this hotel is superb! Easily walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries. We did a lot of walking throughout Roma Norte and La Condesa neighborhoods, but Uber was also our friend when we wanted to explore Chapultepec park and Centro Histórico. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor which we could hear from our room at night, but it wasn't bad at all. The room was very clean and had newer finishes and fixtures. The staff cleaned our room and made our bed every day. We loved our time here and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Durango 219 in Mexico City. This boutique hotel is a true gem—beautifully designed, incredibly chic, and offering top-notch service from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything effortless. Whether it was a request or just general assistance, they were always friendly, accommodating, and quick to help—no hassle, just seamless service. The hotel itself is in a fantastic, trendy neighborhood that feels very safe and is conveniently close to many attractions, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. Our room was modern, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day out. It has 2 restaurants on location and the restaurant downtown stairs, Babero is a 5 star restaurant. It has amazing food & great service! If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with a great atmosphere, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend Hotel Durango 219. Our stay at Durango 219 was perfect! The location is incredibly convenient and safe, and having two on-site restaurants with good food and service was a major plus. The room was clean and well-equipped with comfy beds and good air conditioning. I also loved having a private balcony! The staff was very helpful and communicative. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Loved our stay here, everything was clean and comfortable. Fernanda was also attentive and checked in with us a few times during our one week trip. We checked in after midnight and there was someone at the desk who showed us how to take the elevator and get into our room. There were sheer and blackout curtains which were nice to have for the early mornings. There was no AC in our room so make sure to book the right room type if you’re looking for AC. We didn’t have too much of a problem because Fernanda sent a really strong tower fan to us immediately after asking about it. Ventilation could be a bit better but wasn’t an issue at all when you open the bathroom window or balcony. Housekeeping was great and bed was comfortable. Sometimes it got a bit loud outside but nothing bothered us. Would love to stay here again next time!

We loved staying here! Located close to many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Easy to get anywhere in CDMX via Uber. Beautiful tree lined street, taco stands close by. Highly rated cafe across the street. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and they accommodated a late night check in. Daily cleaning. Balcony was a bonus. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was large and airy, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The location is in the heart of Roma Norte with fantastic dining and shopping at the door step. We will stay at this hotel again for our next visit to Mexico City !

Hotel was in the perfect location and was a large and well designed room. Nancy on front desk was excellent help. Only downside is temperature. It's a mobile AC unit which is quite noisy for sleeping, and the bathroom doesn't have AC so is very warm. Otherwise we do recommend this place highly and would stay again.

Our stay at Durango 219 was perfect! The location is incredibly convenient and safe, and having two on-site restaurants with good food and service was a major plus. The room was clean and well-equipped with comfy beds and good air conditioning. I also loved having a private balcony! The staff was very helpful and communicative. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Fernanda and the rest of the staff were attentive, personable, and provided great recommendations in the area. The location of this hotel is superb! Easily walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries. We did a lot of walking throughout Roma Norte and La Condesa neighborhoods, but Uber was also our friend when we wanted to explore Chapultepec park and Centro Histórico. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor which we could hear from our room at night, but it wasn't bad at all. The room was very clean and had newer finishes and fixtures. The staff cleaned our room and made our bed every day. We loved our time here and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I took a solo trip to CDMX and as a female traveler I felt extremely safe in this area. It is very walkable, near metro, bars and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and my experience was great. It is important to download Whatsapp as that is the way of communicating with staff. Room was great, clean and spacious. At night it does get loud as there are bars near by & traffic in the AM. Can't wait to revisit.

The location is fantastic and the restaurant downstairs seems incredibly popular (hence high noise levels), and we tried the food one night and it was pretty good. The lift to the room is separate to any kind of "front desk" so it feels more like an Airbnb in that you don't really see any faces and so it's hard to comment on service. The room was smaller than appeared in the photo but clean and tidy. Shower worked well but note the hot water takes quite a while to kick in! Location is the main draw here.

Very nice place in a very ‘happening’ part of Roma Norte. The room was very nice and relaxing, excellent bathroom and the deck opened everything up. The restaurant on the ground floor is very popular, always filled up with what I would call a ‘smart’ set of patrons. There’s a small bar/restaurant on the top floor also, very popular. I was there for two weeks, was very comfortable and always felt safe. When I return to Mexico City I’ll stay here.

We loved this hotel! I travel to MXC for work and decided to extend my trip this time. Location was perfect. A lot of food, stores and coffee shops. Overall very safe area. Bed was comfortable and room was very well kept. Staff were very helpful and overall very pleasant. Only down side- it’s very loud. Even with earplugs, several loud sounds. It was advertised as noise proof rooms and they are not. It was also listed that there was AC and our room had none. The weather was pleasant at the morning and night so we could open a door. The day time was hot and thankfully we were out all day. The lock on the door, we did not feel safe and pushed a chair against the door. The handle does not lock from the outside when you lock on the inside so it’s hard to tell if it’s locked or not. We weren’t able to move the handle to see if it was truly locked. Otherwise we would stay again as long as we had a room with AC
