This is seriously the most kid friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. They had kid sized jammies and slippers plus tons of toys, books, and coloring books for the kids to borrow during their stay. My only complaint is that the breakfast only includes certain foods during the weekend. It was hard to find food for my kids during the week.

We were very happy with our room. The beds were a bit firm in our opinion but they are properly sized and very clean. Due to the challenges of booking a hotel in our preferred Tokyo area during peak season, my family and I decided to stay in Chiba instead. We chose this hotel for its affordability and convenient location between our travel points. The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from Chiba station, where you can find many shopping malls and restaurants, some of which are similar to those in Shinjuku. However, it's important to note that the room is very small. If you need to stay in room for long, it might not be very comfortable. However, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it provides excellent value for the price. Staff in this hotel doesn't speak English, so communication can be difficult if you don't know Japanese.

The staff was wonderful assisting us the morning we were supposed to depart. My wife ended up falling ill and the staff made it possible to move to a new room at a very low rate where she could stay until our departure time to Narita later in the afternoon. Those extra five hours of sleep really helped her get through the day and the long flight back to the US. Breakfast was good, room was quiet, but I will say the superior twins I would not recommend for more than one person per bed.

駐車場の空きが無く困っていたが、女性スタッフの対応が良く、無事に駐車できた。朝食の時、子供と出入り口で主人を待っている時に、男性スタッフの方が声をかけてくれ、席を準備しといてくれた。心遣いがとても嬉しかった。

Hotel is a good distance from Narita airport. We came in late due to mechanical issues with our plane. Stay was not planned and all close by hotels were full. We got some much needed rest here, room was clean, front desk was helpful. Taxi from airport to hotel was spendy. We took the train back to the airport. Express train was quicker and cheaper than a cab.
