I gave this place 2 stars for many reasons. At first and online this place does seem really good due to the reviews. But I do have to say that the 5 nights we were here was not pleasant. So I got the room from expedia at a discounted price. The resort takes away some amenities due to not paying full price of the room. Despite multiple posts and reception telling us breakfast is free we were informed day 4 that it was not free for us due to not paying full price for the room. Another issue I had with the resort was the quality of the food and mixed drinks. The food we got was mostly alright, nothing special. The rum and coke, vodka sprite both tasted so bad we just gave it back. But the one time we ordered breakfast the hotdog and meat was cold, but the egg was alright. The room we had was supposedly the 'elite' room. I did ask a special favor and they did accommodate!! But the TV remote did not work, no stove to cook with but does have a vent hood! About a 10 min walk to some stores if you wanted food or drinks. The one thing that really upset me was all the disorganization with activities along with the fact that I was always quoted a higher price for them than they quoted my girlfriend who is a local. For instance the price for island hopping for her ranged from 2500-3500 total. I was quoted from 4500-7000 total. We ended up having to find our own boats to do island hopping and scuba diving. The staff is very nice though and curious. Just whole disorganized fe
