The property outside was dirty. Spills on old concrete everywhere - this is long overdue for a power wash. Vending machines empty and room looked trashy. Fitness Centre door couldn’t be opened by staff person so was unusable. Room was average but bathroom floors could be better cleaned. Did not feel clean. But for the cheap rate we just needed a few hours of sleep.

One of the worst places I've stayed at in a long time. To start, even though their listing states they have a gym and shows pictures of a gym, there was no workout room at this property. The front desk staff were extremely rude when we checked in. The place was filthy, garage piled everywhere. The place was falling apart, moldy, smelly, awful. Breakfast was a joke, nothing was out. The drink machine is broken. They put out a partial gallon of milk and then didn't bring out more when it was gone. We would have had a better experience sleeping in our car! I do not recommend this hotel.

I am a solo female traveler. I was a little off-put by the doors that open right to the outside, but the parking area is really well-lit. The rooms were standard rooms and were fine. I woke up a lot to noise - either from above me or from outside, but it was overall a fairly quiet place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic and could have been bought at a gas station, but helped to have for free. Overall, would recommend.

We enjoyed a two-night stay. This was a motel style setup with the doors on the outside. We checked in late on our first night. There was tight security because we were only allowed in a tiny entrance way but not into the lobby. We were behind panels of glass. It was very quiet around the area.The first night our door didn't have a seal on the bottom but we found it in the room so we were able to put it back on. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom is small. The caulking could have used a little refresh around the tub. But the room was nice for the most part. The TV had several channels but no guide so you had to click through every channel to see what was on. The vending machine was empty and the stairway areas were dated and dirty. Breakfast was very basic. There were waffles, cold biscuits, sausage gravy, fruit and yogurt. No protein options like bacon or sausage. It was disappointing for my husband who loves a hot breakfast. The location was convenient to a lot of things and had plenty of parking. Nothing fancy about this hotel but it worked for us.

The floors were wet when we came in… The hotel representatives were nice, but they explained that was because of carpet cleaning… One room was changed, but the other room that they changed to was also wet… It was moldy and felt like mildew. Furniture items were broken in our room as well… The complementary breakfast was very limited.

DON’T STAY HERE! We booked a group of rooms. The whole facility is in disrepair. The rooms were all damp and there was mold in some of the rooms. Some of the rooms had a very strong odor. They did move one room for us. The breakfast was not great. A few pieces of bread, some yogurt, & cereal. The only nice thing was the waffle maker. We saw several staff members in our stay- most of them were kind. We weren’t the only ones with mild troubles. Another guest complained to us about the same issue.

The hotel was older and needs to be renovated. The room was very musty smelling and the carpeting was disgustingly directly and damp, had to keep my shoes on! The fridge did not work. Didn't notice until morning and so I lost a large amount of insulin that required refrigeration. All I got was an "I'm sorry". Will never stay here again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

OUR BATHROOM DOOR HAD BEEN KICKED OFF THE FRAME. I EVEN ASKED SOME OF THE WORKERS TO GIVE ME SOME NAILS, I HAD A HAMMER I COULD'VE REPAIRED IT BUT I DON'T BELIEVE THEY UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH. WE ENDED UP DRAGGING THE DOOR OPEN AND CLOSED WHEN USING THE BATHROOM

Our room was not great, carpet felt damp, down comforter was damp, maybe didn’t get dry when washing, not sure. No door sweep so almost a 1 inch gap at bottom of door, could fit my hand under it. Lots of light and who knows what else could get in. AC ran all night set at 70 so actually got too cold but if we turned it to 71 it hardly ran. Bed was actually pretty comfortable so that saved it.

never got to the room ,, the clerk at the counter was horrible... the place looked deserted and front lobby was horrible, not friendly at all> I immediately ask for a refund. I was told I would not be getting a refund, the clerk ended the conversation , walked off with his belly hanging out of shirt.. look very unprofessional ,,, I called for the manager her hung up on me ..Horrible place

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very rude. I was checking in and she stated I had to have a credit card in my name for a $75 deposit. No place on the Expedia booking since I pre-paid did it state about a deposit especially $75 usually it’s only $25 and the front desk staff stated well it’s if you smoke in the room. I’m 22 years old driving home from college and I do not smoke I’m an athlete. I didn’t mind a deposit just felt $75 was a bit much and the way she handled it was rude. Also I feel it should be mentioned when booking this hotel on Expedia. The hotel was not updated and nothing fancy it was basic and ok for the night but I’ll definitely choose a different hotel next time because they were just way to ride.

Nice hotel in a nice area. The only negative is the breakfast is horrible. You get basically juice and waffles and that’s it. Not like the other locations I.e. Fayetteville is much better. Overall just a good stay.

We stopped for a quick overnight and chose this property because it said it had breakfast. In the morning the juice machine was “out of order”. Nothing was offered except a container with stale dry cereal and coffee. Oh, and 2 old apples in a bowl.
