Our group from GSH Travel had a wonderful stay at 21 House of Stories Navigli in Milan. As an international travel group coordinating accommodations and logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how welcoming, responsive, and helpful the team was throughout our stay. A special thank you to Paolo and the guest relations team for all of their assistance leading up to our arrival. From helping organize airport transportation with multiple vans to providing detailed local recommendations and insider tips around Milan, the communication and hospitality were excellent from the very beginning. The recommendations they shared for hidden gems, local restaurants, aperitivo spots, museums, and neighborhoods helped make our experience in Milan feel much more authentic and memorable. We especially appreciated the focus on unique cultural experiences beyond the typical tourist attractions. The hotel itself has an incredibly cool atmosphere — modern, creative, and perfectly located near the Navigli district with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and the best parts of the city. It felt stylish and welcoming while still maintaining a relaxed and personal touch. Our group genuinely enjoyed our time here, and we would absolutely recommend 21 House of Stories Navigli for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Milan.

Great hotel. Modern with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Good location for navigli canals. Little bit noisy of an evening if in the lower rooms. Rooftop pool and bar are an excellent way to end a busy day exploring the city with impressive views. All round a great hotel and would stay again

Good hotel that could be great but for a few niggles. The great stuff: spacious room, great location in Navigli, vibey area with lots of great bars and restaurants (if you want a really good meal I would recommend Osteria Al Coniglio Bianco less than 5 minutes away). The rooftop bar and pool are lovely with stunning views over the city. Short metro ride from Milano Centrale. The small niggles: Only paper cups and instant coffee in the room. For a 4* in Milan would expect real coffee and a non-paper cup / glasses. Breakfast choices were good and varied, the freshly baked croissants were excellent, but proper coffee was by waiter/waitress service only and this was slow and reluctant even though the breakfast area was not busy. We only managed to get one cappuccino and a doppio 3/4 of the way through and the filter coffee in jugs is so foul as to be undrinkable. Finally whilst the pool is lovely, access to the pool is a bit of a pain - have to go down to the ground floor then take separate a lift to the top floor and pool closes and hotel guests asked to leave very promptly at 6pm. After this the rooftop bar is by reservation only and appears to operate independently of the hotel. It would be helpful if this were clarified either at booking or at check in, but it wasn’t. In any case I would recommend going until 6pm then having your Apero at one of the Navigli bars which are filled with Milanese as well as tourists. Overall I would recommend and would visit again.

Beautiful roof deck, view of the city. The pool was too cold for me, but was a great place to hang out. Good location, but ask for a room that does not face the street, kate night noise is not good if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise a great place to stay in Milan.
