Beautiful property. The unit we were in had a water coming from the ceiling into our bathroom light and kitchen area. We called the front desk who promptly sent maintenance to assess the situation and then we were informed that the air conditioning unit was leaking and under warranty so others would need to be called into the room. Ot was annoying to pay for a great resort and then deal with that and not once did anyone ask of we wanted a discount or move to another room. However the overall stay was enjoyable. Im sure it was a fluke and no one else will experience that level of annoyance.

The location is amazing with the beach right there, Duke’s and multiple pools! The condo was clean and we had a small view of the ocean from the side. The staff was helpful, and provided extra towels and laundry detergent when asked. My only complaint is that there weren’t enough dishes to get us through 1 day. 4 of each for dishes, bowls, silverware. It would be nice to have a bit more so we didn’t have to keep washing everything each day. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

The bed. Plan to have a back ache most of the nights . It was rough. Used the pull out to help the ache. Besides that, it was nice . No maid service. Plenty of glasses, utensils, pans, pots for two. We did call half way though to refresh the room and they did a nice job. If they got a new bed, and sitting furniture it would help . All is very worn .

I thought the hotel was great in general. Beach was amazing! We saw turtles almost on a daily basis, lots of colorful fish and great snorkeling opportunities. The beach itself was great!! Sand was so soft and was great for kids. The hotel room was nice except there was clumps of hair from floating around the room from previous guest which was really gross. Dishwasher was awful and the the washer and dryer were small and took about 3 hours for each machine. Lots of space in the two bedroom condo which was great for a family of 4. Pool we couldn’t use as often because children kept using it as a public bathroom and so the hotel had to shut down each time for 24 hours. But when we could use it, the slide was fun and it was nice. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back.
