Sotogrande Iloilo Hotel

Door has cracked, can see thru inside and broken bathtub edge with no curtains at Room 219.

Gym deplorable. Surrounding under construction.

Bathroom is unclean and uncomfortable tiles dirty and old.had to pay to use the gym and it was out dated and dirty.

Booked with Expedia. Hotel wants cash only 1,500 PH peso depsit. They won't take credit card. At checkout, they don't give you your deposit unless ask for it. 15 minutes walk to malls. No ice machine, have to get it at restaurant 1st floor. Air-conditioning is window unit so a bit noisy. Staff were courteous. Beautiful scenery of lake, pool neighborhood homes. Overall it was a bargain. Would come back again.

I stayed two separate nights. First room had a broken showerhead with no curtain. Water everywhere. Second room was fine, no complaints.
