The location is good, very close to two subway stations, and the hotel is quiet and clean and has a charming little lobby. However, I chose this hotel because the Expedia listing showed a laundry machine icon as I was staying 6 nights only to be informed that there is no coin laundry! After bering on the online chat with Expedia for an hour asking to switch hotels and being denied, they said the hotel offered to do my laundry for me. I asked the fee and they wouldn’t say. I reluctantly agreed only to be charged $70 USD for a small/medium load of laundry!! That is an insane price, especially give the coin laundry is usually 600 or 700 yen. Expedia gave me a $50 coupon but that’s still ridiculous. It might not be the hotel’s fault, but it’s stll an expensive shock so…buyer beware. Don’t trust the Expedia listings. If you need a particular amenity, confirm directly wiht the hotel.

Everything was convenient. Lovely staff. Easy walk into Akihabara station across a bridge or a short walk to electric street from another down the way. Lots of food options and the restaurant is very very good Italian at night. AC and room were cleanly. Very stylish. Family mart and Lawson are nearby with plenty of drink machines along the way, room is a bit small but shower and view is great of the river. Plenty of amenities available. Nice quiet reserve for a Tokyo trip and is very quiet despitbeing so close to Akihabara it’s comfy. Only downsides: breakfast was the same everyday. Tons of options but the same each day. Both the lobby and restaurant can get a bit cramped when busy and each morning for checkout it’s packed. General tip: travel light. We had too many bags. Also there is no shuttle directly from Narita but they provide good tips on getting around depending on your needs. Like bus stops and trains to take.

We love the location of this hotel. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Akihabara Station. The hotel has a lot of amenities and the only thing I can think of to make this hotel better is an on-site laundry facility. The rooms are nicely updated. We would definitely comeback to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, but there is no laundry onsite. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. The room was super nice and bigger than other Tokyo hotel rooms. The staff were wonderful and the location is great. I was disappointed that there was no laundry, but there is a nice laundromat close to the hotel if you’re willing to go that route. Would definitely recommend!

Unique style, spa feel, quiet, pleasant. Literally heaps of transport options inc metro and JR nearby. Room smallish but generous by Tokyo standards, clean and modern. Close to train stations and convenient stores. Staff helpful and friendly. The room size is small but ok for 1 guest. Good sized bathroom. Split system air conditioner in the room was good and kept the room cool during the hot weather in Tokyo at the time of visiting. Water refill station in the lobby was great. Breakfast buffet was reasonable.

Great hotel! Location was very convenient but a little out of the craziness and quiet, room was small but very clean and well laid out. Lots of extras you can take/borrow in the lobby like extra pillows, hairdryer, lotion, toothbrushes etc

Insgesamt war alles toll. Modern und sauber. Ich fand es gut, dass man bis 10Uhr Zeit hat um sich zu entscheiden ob Zimmer gemacht werden soll. Ganz wichtig war für nicht die Nähe zu Akihabara! Der einziger Minuspunkt ist die Waschmaschinen Situation. Es gibt nämlich keine. Zum Glück gibt's in der Nähe gutes Waschsalon.

We had two separate reservations at this property. The room we got for the first reservation was not cleaned properly. We found someone else's pubic hair on top of the bidet control, as well as hairs in the bathtub. Also, there was so much dust on the countertops; it didn't seem like they wiped them down. The room we got on our second reservation was a little more cleaner. The hotel is in a good area, very quiet, close to the stations. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was really good.

Decent hotel for the price. They provide many services, and staff try to assist to the best of their abilities. Location is great if you want to be close to Akihabara. Only drawback that there was some rubbish on the floor of our room when we first arrived. But all in all a good stay for the city.

Had an 8 night stay. First impressions of the room were that the room was kept in great condition and was clean. The washroom had great space and was also very clean. The water pressure in the shower was excellent with copious amounts of hot water. Location was down a quiet street just across the river from the main streets Akihabara. It is an approximately 5 minute walk to the Electric Town Gate of the JR subway lines and approximately 5 minute walk to the Kanda subway station. Access via train to Shinjuku and Shibuya is about 20 min. Access via train to Ueno is about 5 Min. Access via train to Ginza is about 10 min Coin laundry is 2 blocks away and is open from 0500-2400hrs. All in all it was a great stay and would definitely stay in the future.

깔끔하고 조용하고 역도 그리 멀지 않습니다. 구석구석 먼지 청소가 되지 않은 점은 아쉽습니다. 조식도 잘 먹었으나 5일동안 메뉴가 같아서 아쉬웠습니다.

Best sleep we had in Japan. Bed was comfy and it was easy to get things like a second pillow from reception. It was quiet even with just being over the river to Akihabara and was a quick walk to the local and JR train stations.

改了錯字 I really like the location that has uncountable dining and shopping closeby. About 4 different transit stations within walk distance so you can reach Tokyo station in 20 minutes. The bed is comfortable. Wifi connection is great. One BIG factor: receptionists are friendly and helpful to tourists. If you don't mind, there's some suggestions I can make. For instance, if you can install hooks near the entrance, perhaps strategically placed behind the door, for guests to hang handbags, coats, and smaller. It is out of the way, and it helps the guest to locate their items in and out of the room. I suggest considering fold-down or sliding tables/desks to provide flexible workspace. There is no lamp near TV, hard to read or write in the room.

The staffs are incredibly nice and the breakfast is a steller experience. But you get what you pay for in that the rooms are tiny, I mean literally you won't have floor space to open up your luggage. You will have to put it on top a little sitting area or to put it on top of the bed. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in so far but I didn't mind it because I was traveling alone. But if you have more than one person, it's a no-go.

강view의 컴포트한 호텔입니다. 아키하바라와 가까워서 오타쿠 여행할 때 정말 편합니다. 도보로 걸어서 메인 street와 5분걸립니다. 지하철과도 가깝습니다. 다리로 강을 건너서 도착하는데 , 사람이 많아 치이는거 말고는 캐리어 질질 끌고 가기 편합니다. 강 옆에 위치하여 민물 비린내가 올라올까 걱정했는데 생각보다 바다 짠 내음이 나서 전 좋았어요. 근처에 바다가 있어서 민물과 바닷물이 섞이는것 같았어요. 프론트의 직원분들도 영어를 적극적으로 써주시며 잘 설명해주셨습니다. 체크인 전에 가서 미리 짐 맡기는것도 쌉가능입니다. 참고로 일본은 숙박세를 받아서, 이틀 묵어서 200엔을 냈어요. 웬만한 어메니티는 2층 프론트에서 무료로 쓸 수 있으며, 영어를 쓰기 어려우신 분도 2층에서 단어 낱말 이미지 카드를 가지고 가서 제시하신다면 프론트에서 빌려주십니다. 웰컴 갓챠하라고 코인 주시는것도 참 재밌는 이벤트였어요! 다만 룸은 생각보다 작습니다. 기존 공간을 줄여 욕조를 추가하여서 따뜻하게 목욕하는 것이 좋았어요. 에어컨도 작동이 잘 됍니다. 체크인 할 때 , 에어컨 리모콘이 일어로 되어있어 설명서도 따로 주십니다. 소음은 잘 차단되는 편입니다. 다른 방의 떠드는 소리도 하나도 안 들렸어요. 저희만 쓰는지 알았습니다. 다만 아키하바라가 밤이 되면 폭주족이 난동을 부려서 창문을 열어둔다면 외부 소음이 큽니다. 지하철 지나가는 소리도 울려퍼져요. 그리고 저는 5월말~6월초에 방문하였는데 비가 왔음에도 객실 내가 좀 건조해서 코 안이 바짝 말랐습니다. 젖은 수건을 널어놓아도 코가 걍 사막처럼 마릅니다. 화장실내의 환풍기는 꺼지지않습니다 . 그리고 객실 내부에 백열등은 없습니다. 은은한 오렌지색 조명만 있는데, 한국인이라면 답답해 미칠 수 있습니다. 호캉스를 하신다면 이 호텔은 비추하고요 (넷플릭스 불가 티비) , 미친듯한 광란의 오타쿠 여행을 하고 잠만 잘거면 왕 추천합니다 호텔이 정말 고급스러워서 좋은 디퓨져 향이 은은하게 퍼져있고, 어메니티도 편하게 잘 쓸 수 있어 편합니다! 즐겁게 잘 놀다 갑니다. 고마워요!
강view의 컴포트한 호텔입니다. 아키하바라와 가까워서 오타쿠 여행할 때 정말 편합니다. 도보로 걸어서 메인 street와 5분걸립니다. 지하철과도 가깝습니다. 다리로 강을 건너서 도착하는데 , 사람이 많아 치이는거 말고는 캐리어 질질 끌고 가기 편합니다. 강 옆에 위치하여 민물 비린내가 올라올까 걱정했는데 생각보다 바다 짠 내음이 나서 전 좋았어요. 근처에 바다가 있어서 민물과 바닷물이 섞이는것 같았어요. 프론트의 직원분들도 영어를 적극적으로 써주시며 잘 설명해주셨습니다. 체크인 전에 가서 미리 짐 맡기는것도 쌉가능입니다. 참고로 일본은 숙박세를 받아서, 이틀 묵어서 200엔을 냈어요. 웬만한 어메니티는 2층 프론트에서 무료로 쓸 수 있으며, 영어를 쓰기 어려우신 분도 2층에서 단어 낱말 이미지 카드를 가지고 가서 제시하신다면 프론트에서 빌려주십니다. 웰컴 갓챠하라고 코인 주시는것도 참 재밌는 이벤트였어요! 다만 룸은 생각보다 작습니다. 기존 공간을 줄여 욕조를 추가하여서 따뜻하게 목욕하는 것이 좋았어요. 에어컨도 작동이 잘 됍니다. 체크인 할 때 , 에어컨 리모콘이 일어로 되어있어 설명서도 따로 주십니다. 소음은 잘 차단되는 편입니다. 다른 방의 떠드는 소리도 하나도 안 들렸어요. 저희만 쓰는지 알았습니다. 다만 아키하바라가 밤이 되면 폭주족이 난동을 부려서 창문을 열어둔다면 외부 소음이 큽니다. 지하철 지나가는 소리도 울려퍼져요. 그리고 저는 5월말~6월초에 방문하였는데 비가 왔음에도 객실 내가 좀 건조해서 코 안이 바짝 말랐습니다. 젖은 수건을 널어놓아도 코가 걍 사막처럼 마릅니다. 화장실내의 환풍기는 꺼지지않습니다 . 그리고 객실 내부에 백열등은 없습니다. 은은한 오렌지색 조명만 있는데, 한국인이라면 답답해 미칠 수 있습니다. 호캉스를 하신다면 이 호텔은 비추하고요 (넷플릭스 불가 티비) , 미친듯한 광란의 오타쿠 여행을 하고 잠만 잘거면 왕 추천합니다 호텔이 정말 고급스러워서 좋은 디퓨져 향이 은은하게 퍼져있고, 어메니티도 편하게 잘 쓸 수 있어 편합니다! 즐겁게 잘 놀다 갑니다. 고마워요!

We enjoyed staying here because of its location conveniently located in the middle of the multiple itineraries in Tokyo. The hotel was tidy and modern, rooms are very little though, but I believe that is normal in Tokyo. The area seemed very quiet, walkable and mostly local people working or walking somewhere. It is about 10mins from the station and you have multiple 7Eleven,etc in 5 mins.

Front desk was very confused when booking multiple rooms due to how they changed the room type without letting us know. It was poor communications on their part to not let us know that our 2 rooms x 3 people reservation has turned into 4 rooms and caused a lot of unnecessary confusion.

Had a lot of difficulty communicating with multiple staff when trying to arrange for a taxi to take my family to Haneda airport. Although I was assured rate was fixed at 6900 Yen, taxis charged us 9100 Yen. Taxi companies are the same everywhere, but I was mistaken to expect hotel staff to have experience in getting transportation for guests.

We love the location of this hotel. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Akihabara Station. The hotel has a lot of amenities and the only thing I can think of to make this hotel better is an on-site laundry facility. The rooms are nicely updated. We would definitely comeback to this hotel.

Das Hotel hat uns super gefallen! 1A Lage, nur 5 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Akihabara, 2 weitere Bahnhöfe in weniger als 10 Minuten Fussweg ebenfalls erreichbar, so dass man super angebunden ist. Die nähere belebte Umgebung ist ein Paradies für Anime-Fans. Supermärkte und unzählige Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist wie überall in Japan klein, aber gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Jedes Detail ist gut durchdacht. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen überwiegend gutes Englisch und sind super hilfsbereit.Unser Zimmer war wunschgemäß in der 14. Etage und lag direkt am Wasser, was uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat. Frühstücksbuffet (europäisch japanisch) kann in dem kleinen gemütlichen Speiseraum, der ab mittags ein italienisches Restaurant ist, tageweise für umgerechent etwa 10 Euro dazugebucht werden.

Location is really great. Literally 2-3 minutes from the station and across the river so it's not noisy despite being right next to Akihabara. Also lots of transport options available with the JR station as well as stations on the JR Shinjuku line meaning you can go west very easily too. Staff were were friendly and helpful and could speak English too.

Had an 8 night stay. First impressions of the room were that the room was kept in great condition and was clean. The washroom had great space and was also very clean. The water pressure in the shower was excellent with copious amounts of hot water. Location was down a quiet street just across the river from the main streets Akihabara. It is an approximately 5 minute walk to the Electric Town Gate of the JR subway lines and approximately 5 minute walk to the Kanda subway station. Access via train to Shinjuku and Shibuya is about 20 min. Access via train to Ueno is about 5 Min. Access via train to Ginza is about 10 min Coin laundry is 2 blocks away and is open from 0500-2400hrs. All in all it was a great stay and would definitely stay in the future.

Great location away from all the noise but very convenient and close to everything. The hotel is on a quiet street but just around the corner and a block away is the entrance to Akihabara station. Kanda station is also walking distance and surrounded by restaurants. My stay included the buffet breakfast and was a big plus every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Everything was convenient. Lovely staff. Easy walk into Akihabara station across a bridge or a short walk to electric street from another down the way. Lots of food options and the restaurant is very very good Italian at night. AC and room were cleanly. Very stylish. Family mart and Lawson are nearby with plenty of drink machines along the way, room is a bit small but shower and view is great of the river. Plenty of amenities available. Nice quiet reserve for a Tokyo trip and is very quiet despitbeing so close to Akihabara it’s comfy. Only downsides: breakfast was the same everyday. Tons of options but the same each day. Both the lobby and restaurant can get a bit cramped when busy and each morning for checkout it’s packed. General tip: travel light. We had too many bags. Also there is no shuttle directly from Narita but they provide good tips on getting around depending on your needs. Like bus stops and trains to take.

Absolutely fantasic hotel. Could not fault it. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is absolutely perfect, and this had one of the best breakfasts I've had at hotels in Japan. When I'm back in Tokyo I'm definitely staying here again.

One side of the bed is pressed against the wall, so if two average-sized people stay, someone will keep bumping elbows or knees. The bathroom is equally cramped. Lesson learned: unless traveling solo, book rooms over 118 sq ft. Breakfast was underwhelming. It’s not about Western option, but there weren’t real Japanese choices either—just one fish, plain rice, curry with steamed rice, miso soup, a few vegetables, and sliced banana for fruit. The photos online make it look much better than it is. If you have food allergies, there are no alternatives. No coffee machine either, just a warmer with basic drip, which is frustrating since most coffee shops in Japan open late.

This hotel is very clean and modern. My favorite thing was the breakfast buffet. It was a great value with a lot of delicious variety. My only wish is that there was a proper desk space in the hotel room to do work. I had to work in the lobby, which was a little inconvenient. The staff was very helpful.

My room was cleaned twice during my stay. I received new towels every day. I was able to leave used towels and trash outside my door. Breakfast was fantastic with both American and Japanese items on the menu. They had healthy items in the buffet. The staff was very helpful when needed.
