Staff was cool. Wi-Fi was a challenge as a ‘social media hostel’. Kept getting knocked off while in my capsule space or not connecting at all. Had to go into a common area downstairs. For me- I booked a private capsule- since made of metal- the sound was like a tin can. But served the purpose. Bathrooms- definitely could have been kept up better. Always wet floors or wet towels on floor. Having continental breakfast and coffee included was nice.

If you have ever dreamt of sleeping on the sun, then this is the place for you! Jokes aside, they really should remove AC from their list of amenities because the units located around the hostel might as well be for show. We were boiling hot overnight, making the stay not restful at all - we literally had to use our wet towels as blankets to keep ourselves cool. And given that everyone must be as warm and sweaty as we were, the rooms absolutely stink. The bathrooms themselves were also questionable at best, with water all over the floor and leftover used towels for days. But hey, at least the water is always freezing cold to help you beat the heat (i.e., no hot water). The technology at this self-proclaimed "social media hostel" is also lacklustre (the tv screen in our pod didn't work, not sure what it was for though) and the pictures are all clearly from a time long past. It would probably be a decent place given the solid location and cheap drinks, but the experience really was ruined by the lack of comfort. They are charging far too much for what they are offering.

Capsule bien équipée, perite armoire personnelle à l'intérieur, cintre, tablette, serviette de toilette. Petit déjeuner très correct. Extérieur équipé pour prendre un verre ou se poser. Très bon accueil.

The staff was nice enough. The free welcome drink was kind. The bathroom was messy and since the shower is in the only bathroom for the dorm everything was wet. The lock for the locker above the bed was broken. The bed was clean and so was the bedding and towels. The mattress was comfortable. I’m 6’3” and my head touched one wall and my feet the other, so I wouldn't recommend staying if you’re taller. It was fine for one night but i don’t think I would do any more than that.

It was a clean, comfortable and easy to find hostel not far from the main train station and about 20min walk to plazza duomo. The staff were friendly and the self serve breakfast was delicious. There are a few comunal areas and a terrace where you can chill. The bathrooms were large with toiletries and hot water.

It was such a pleasant surprise to find this affordable jewel right in the center of Milan. I was able to travel to and from it via bus from the main train station. Check-in was easy. They no longer provide a drink at reception. I was provided a unique door code for my assigned dormitory as well as a door code for my individual pod. My pod was neat and as described. There was one towel and a set of clean sparkling white bedding. It was enough to suit me. I could stand completely up with plenty of headroom. The TV didn't work, but that was not a deal breaker for me seeing that there was a strong wifi that I was able to use with my phone. The shared bathroom was just a few doors away. It was clean and remained that way during my entire visit. I did visit the kitchen area located on another floor, and I found it clean and tidy. I didn't sleep well due to my inconsiderate neighbors coming in very late and talking for hours. There's little to no soundproofing. I really should have put on my earplugs, but I was afraid of not hearing my alarm clock and oversleeping. I passed on the shower and just used the towel and sink to brush my teeth and wash my face. In addition to the bath towel, I would suggest the hotel provide each pod with their own individual bath mat. The same wet and used one (not sanitary) remained on the floor. As I was leaving, I passed by the delicious looking complimentary breakfast buffet. I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

O hostel apresenta uma excelente estrutura, com destaque para a internet de alta velocidade e a localização privilegiada, que facilita o acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. Pretty good over all. It is what it is. People can't expect perfection when staying in a hostel. Hostels are to save money, specially if you are alone and dont mind sharing a bathroom. I love the capsules. Just wish the combo locks worked, but I brought locks a cables so I am good.

Le lit capsule était propre, légèrement spacieux et offrait de l’intimité. Une serviette de bain était fournie, ce qui est appréciable. Le personnel était sympathique et l’emplacement est bon. Le principal problème vient de la salle de bain : pendant deux jours, dès qu’une personne prenait sa douche, l’entrée de la chambre se retrouvait inondée. La salle de bain mériterait un nettoyage beaucoup plus régulier, elle sentait vraiment mauvais et la chasse d’eau était presque cassée.

My superior pod with a door was clean, but not remotely soundproof — whoever decided to build these metal boxes needs to rethink the design. The bathrooms were the worst part: filthy, with orange scum in the showers and a general feeling of neglect. It’s obvious this hostel used to be decent, but it’s been left to deteriorate. With some investment and care, it could get back to what it once was.

J'ai pris cet hôtel pour un sejour de 1 nuit pour faire une correspondance de train le lendemain tôt. J'étais réticente à l'idée de dormir en dortoir mais l'expérience m'a clairement refroidie car il y a du bruit en tous temps (des gens qui entrent, qui partent, preparent leurs bagages en pleine nuit, qui se douchent, etc). De plus, les sanitaires étaient mal entretenus. A part le papier toilette, il n'y avait ni savon, ni désinfectants. Les rideaux qui séparaient les box n'étaient pas complètement bien installés ce qui fait qu'on peut quand même jeter un coup d'oeil dedans ... bref, je ne referai pas.

Les matelas étaient vraiment de mauvaise qualité. La capsule était minuscule mais ça n'aurait pas été un problème s'il y avait eu des étagères et des crochets pour ranger nos choses. La salle de bain était sale tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner le deuxième jour était très léger à seulement 9h15 alors qu'il ferme à 10h30. Il est aussi vraiment déplorable que l'auberge laisse des femmes avec des bébés prendre un lit en dortoir. La nuit fut vraiment courte. Heureusement que le personnel est très chaleureux même si ça ne suffit pas à rentabiliser le prix exorbitant de la nuit.

Für 2 Tage war es ok und auch das Personal war super nett und zuvor kommend. Leider war das Bad mehr als dreckig und auch die Dusche verschimmelt. Auch die Kapsel war nicht gabz sauber an den Wänden.

The staff is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The main thing I don't like is that the room is made of iron sheets, which makes noises that can be heard in the next door dorm.

This place has seen better days and really needs an upgrade. The reception and bar area are soulless and give a bad first impression. My superior pod with a door was clean, but not remotely soundproof — whoever decided to build these metal boxes needs to rethink the design. The bathrooms were the worst part: filthy, with orange scum in the showers and a general feeling of neglect. It’s obvious this hostel used to be decent, but it’s been left to deteriorate. With some investment and care, it could get back to what it once was.

I was really excited for this property I was traveling with my daughter. We booked a deluxe pod and I walked into this knowing it was a hostel with pods. Pros near Milano train station and walkable to duomo 30 mins, included breakfast. Cons the pods are very hot. We went in May and the temperature outside was 70 and cooler at night. Our pod was extremely warm and uncomfortable due to the heat. There is no ventilation. If they provided fans or AC in them that would make such a difference. I couldn’t imagine staying there in summer with all the heat and trapped in the pod. Another con the outside doors to the pods to let some fresh air in don’t open. There are stairs to get down into the hotel which stinks with luggage. The pods themselves are pretty loud just walking around the metal bowing and bending. They have laundry which we did however the staff failed to mention the dryer was broken so we washed our clothes and were left with damp clothes which honestly really pissed me off. I would have rather not done my laundry then have to pack damp clothes. Overall I would not stay here again. It was a great concept and with some fans it would make all the difference.

カプセルになっているのが本当に過ごしやすかったです。カプセルの中にキャリーバッグなどを置く場所や軽く物を置いたりできるテーブルのようなところもあります。少し歪んで見えますが鏡もあります！自分の好きな時間に電気をつけたり消したりできるのが最高でした！何人かの口コミで見てはいましたが、マットがふかふかすぎたのとシャワーの水漏れが激しいことがやっぱり気になりました。人によってはシャワーを浴びた後部屋にまで水がでてきたりしていたので、注意した方がよさそうです。弱かったけど備え付けのドライヤーもありました！部屋についている化粧室のほかに、フロアごとにもあったので使い分けれて助かりました！

This hostel in better than previous reviews says. Staff was really nice and helpful. The room was tidy and quiet. Only notices were. that the cavin which was for two people had only one power outlet. It made thing a little challenging fo two people to alternate with that. Second was the room shower which did not work peoperly. All in all great and safe experience and one of the best hostells where we have stayed. Huge plus for included breakfast and welcome drinks.

They hit the price point very well! The location was great and the staff was fantastic. They gave wonderful recommendations and my stay was better because of them. The sleeping conditions are fine, pretty much exactly what I was after. Nothing special and the price was the main point. I wasn’t spending much time there anyway. The continental breakfast was good!

It was a clean, comfortable and easy to find hostel not far from the main train station and about 20min walk to plazza duomo. The staff were friendly and the self serve breakfast was delicious. There are a few comunal areas and a terrace where you can chill. The bathrooms were large with toiletries and hot water.

Professional and friendly staff. Positively surprised from check-in to check-out. The beds provided way more privacy than your typical hostel, breakfast was surprisingly good for the price and type of accomodation, again - the staff was really service minded and friendly. Clean and inviting dorms and common areas 24/7. Will gladly go back, and gladly pay the small up-price from the cheapest hostels in Milano. (The mattrass won't win any hospitality awards, but then again, you don't expect 'Hästens' at a hostel. Did it's job more than good enough.)

i room i share with other people smell really bad. the restroom was dirty. the sink was clog so i had to use the restroom in the hallway. it was just an uncomfortable stay . check in was a hassle and had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in. there was a line of people by that time. i don’t understand why they can’t check you in and tell you to wait until 3pm to get your space? it would be so much convenient. i wanted to experience stay at a hostel but i guess i pick the wrong one.

Me ha gustado mucho, la verdad que el hotel lo recomiendo está muy bien ubicado zona tranquila cerca del metro y cercano a la estación central lo que facilita mucho la movilidad a la hora de ver la ciudad. La habitación está muy bien.

Bed was comfy but pods noisy as hell … breakfast very good , staff excellent and alittle too far away from main area but I’ve stayed in a lot worse and maybe I just hit unlucky with people staying around me …as that was my only bug bare really …lots of great food options and nice bars nearby

カプセルホテルの部屋自体は十分に清潔で快適な広さ。またLima駅からアクセスしやすく便利。一方、女性専用の部屋に泊まったが8人くらいの部屋に一つしかシャワーとトイレがなく、かつトイレとシャワーが一緒のユニットタイプだったためやや設備として不便だった。またシャワーとトイレが一緒なので床が濡れてしまっている点もマイナス。したがって濡れてもいいサンダルなどがあるとよい。 この点だけ許容できれば朝食もついているため十分に使いやすいホテルだとは思う。

I arrived late which may have been why I was assisgned to the top pod. It is seriously dangerous climbing down from it. I need fell numerous times. Almost 40 so still pretty flexible. Once you are in your pod it’s fine and the privacy is nice. The bathroom on our floor was not the cleanest. The location is good and they gave a voucher for 10% off drinks at a local bar. Shout out to Stephen who owns the bar.

Never stayed in a pod before. Warm welcome on arrival and free drink a bonus. Room was compact but fine for our needs. We were in a very quiet room. Bed was so comfy. Room got hot in night. Shower/toilet right next door. Breakfast next day was lovely and plentiful. Location about 25 mins walk from train station. Easy to find.

O hostel fica bem localizado, próximo à estação de metrô P. Venezia e da Corso Buenos Aires, uma avenida movimentada com várias lojas e restaurantes. It was such a pleasant surprise to find this affordable jewel right in the center of Milan. I was able to travel to and from it via bus from the main train station. Check-in was easy. They no longer provide a drink at reception. I was provided a unique door code for my assigned dormitory as well as a door code for my individual pod. My pod was neat and as described. There was one towel and a set of clean sparkling white bedding. It was enough to suit me. I could stand completely up with plenty of headroom. The TV didn't work, but that was not a deal breaker for me seeing that there was a strong wifi that I was able to use with my phone. The shared bathroom was just a few doors away. It was clean and remained that way during my entire visit. I did visit the kitchen area located on another floor, and I found it clean and tidy. I didn't sleep well due to my inconsiderate neighbors coming in very late and talking for hours. There's little to no soundproofing. I really should have put on my earplugs, but I was afraid of not hearing my alarm clock and oversleeping. I passed on the shower and just used the towel and sink to brush my teeth and wash my face. In addition to the bath towel, I would suggest the hotel provide each pod with their own individual bath mat. The same wet and used one (not sanitary) remained on the floor. As I was leaving, I passed by the delicious looking complimentary breakfast buffet. I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

However, the sleeping pods have more privacy than usual for a hostel-like accommodation. There's even space for your backpack inside the pod (but a suitcase would probably be too big). Having ensuite bathrooms inside the rooms is convenient. The included breakfast is limited in scope (and I recommend getting there early because they run out of a lot of things).

In addition to the bath towel, I would suggest the hotel provide each pod with their own individual bath mat. The same wet and used one (not sanitary) remained on the floor. As I was leaving, I passed by the delicious looking complimentary breakfast buffet. I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
It was such a pleasant surprise to find this affordable jewel right in the center of Milan. I was able to travel to and from it via bus from the main train station. Check-in was easy. They no longer provide a drink at reception. I was provided a unique door code for my assigned dormitory as well as a door code for my individual pod. My pod was neat and as described. There was one towel and a set of clean sparkling white bedding. It was enough to suit me. I could stand completely up with plenty of headroom.
