It also has a bathroom equipped with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with 43" Smart TV, Fiber WiFi, a comfortable sofa, dining area and direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy a good lunch and the good weather of the place. For added convenience, a parking space is offered and the residential complex in which it is located has a communal pool. With an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas. The house has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, juicer, sandwich maker, hand blender, hair dryer, washing machine, 2 portable fans, iron, towels, sheets, crib, high chair and much more. To access the accommodation, which is on the third floor, you have to climb stairs. There is currently construction work in the complex's garage and some noise may be experienced during the day. On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
