Room and hotel was clean and quiet. Only in town for 1 night, this was a great stay and kids enjoyed the pool. The pool is a little small, so it is hard to avoid being splashed by the amount of kids in pool and lack of seating options with other parents in there. Overall, great stay, I'd recommend or stay here again.

Fantastic location right off highway 81. Close to shopping areas as well. Comfortable bed, nice room, great breakfast options. Didn’t use the workout facility or pool areas, but the looked nice. Pool was small but didn’t matter to us, we didn’t use it.

Very nice, new looking. They said it was about three years old. Very well maintained and modern looking. The best exercise room if that is something you would use. It was far bigger and offered free weights (dumbbells). The whole hotel was very clean!

The pool was not operational. I understand that this happens, however, that is one of the main reasons we chose this property over other local hotels. Our grand daughter was very disappointed. In addition, we stayed 2 nights and they did not even make up the beds.

The pool was not nice, the tv says it has free HBO MAX BUT DOESN’T, the breakfast meat looked undercooked, ok to stay one night but if you are staying a few nights pick a better hotel with nicer area and pool

Hotel was essentially perfect - very well maintained, like new (don’t know how old it is); clean from front desk/lobby to the corridors, elevator, and the room. The room was ‘roomy’ with a nice seating area with couch somewhat separate from the sleeping area. Overall, much more than I expected of a Fairfield Inn. Feel like management and staff are very proud of their hotel.

This was just a quick overnight stop for us, but the room was very clean. I am very particular about cleanliness and I didn't have any complaints. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was in good condition. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the area was clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s nice that it is new but it feels slapped together in the rooms, The tile work and caulking is sloppy in the bathrooms. I also wanted to let you know there was a dirty wash rag under out vanity when we arrived.

We specifically picked this hotel thinking it was the nicest in the area. However our room did not have working A/C and our room got up to 77 degrees while we slept. When we notified the front desk, they asked why we didn’t call them sooner instead of fixing the issue. We checked in at 1am and we were traveling with our two young children so moving everything to another room at 4am wasn’t an option. The customer service was shockingly terrible when explaining this issue. I can’t believe we paid top dollar in that area for a room with no A/C.

i had a little trouble with the chemically cleaning smell - it was a bit over bearing. the doors are so noisy - i mean LOUD and when you need to sleep after a long day driving, it sorta sucks. BUT, it was still a good stay.

Beautiful room! The shower was phenomenal, large and clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Nothing but good to say about this property! I would only make one tiny suggestion…provide a bath soap bar for the shower AND a face/hands soap bar for the vanity.

Check-in was quick. The room was great! Clean, nicely decorated, seemed pretty new, high ceilings, nice bathroom. We had a room with a king size bed and walk-in shower. The breakfast was very well presented to guests. Kudos to the woman working the eating area! Would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean, beautifully decorated, large tv, the breakfast was ok and staff was super nice! However the mattress in my room was horribly broke down. It was so bad that you couldn’t lay across the bed without being terribly uncomfortable. There was basically pits where there was no cushioning left.

Asked for a morning wake up. They called me at 3:30am instead of 6:30am. Asked to fix it but no second wake up call. Room was very small. Reserved a king but pretty sure I got a queen. Powdered egg breakfast. Underwhelming.

It is a new hotel, so it is in good condition. It is on the outskirts of town, but easy to get to everything. No restaurants or shopping nearby except for Menards. There was some noise from the street from loud cars. I couldn't hear noise from the other rooms. Breakfast was pretty good with hot and cold options.

Breakfast was 7am-10 am, we got there at 8:30 and there was hardly anything available and what seems to have been offered was mediocre at best. Cleaning only happens every 3 days, so unless you are there for a week, expect to request new towels. We were there mid-July for an outdoor event, lots of showers were needed. Not trailer friendly parking and they were so concerned with putting up no parking signs that they failed to monitor the inconsiderate people with trailers parking across 5 spaces. Bed was not comfortable, it just wasn't a good night's sleep, especially for the almost $200 per night they charged. There is no food choices near by.
