Perfect inn for exploring Oak Bluffs ! Owners are so lovely and make sure you have everything you need for adventures .. water , maps, umbrellas, beach chairs, recommendations, luggage storage .. even beach towels and phone chargers! Can’t wait to come back next year to our cottage room with a gorgeous ocean balcony !

Beautiful Gingerbread House, Lovingly managed, it’s quite simple accommodation but it’s clean and in a great location. We will return! Cool drinks available in the entrance, kind staff, relaxed and easy going feel. Perfect place to chill out. The view over the sea is great too. Lovely front terrace. Thank you for being so welcoming! We stayed in July 2023.

Truly an outstanding property and exceptional value for this area. Located right across from the harbor with a wraparound porch for taking in the sunset. Easy walk to tons of dining, shopping, ferry and bus stops.

This gingerbread cottage was a wonderful find I lucked into at the last minute. It was impeccably clean and well maintained with kind attentive staff and numerous small gestures such as beverages and a gift bag and even postcards. It sits on the main thoroughfare steps away from the Oak Bluffs entertainment/food/shopping area and overlooks the water. If you are looking for an authentic affordable experience with with wonderful owners and staff this should be the top of your list. The only thing one needs to be aware of (and is likely true of most lodging so be sure to enquire) is that parking is difficult unless you luck into one of the few public parking spaces across the street which I was fortunate to do.

The house is gorgeous! It's right across the street from the marina. It has a wraparound porch so you can people watch. My room on the 2nd floor also had a comfy balcony. It looked like other rooms did as well. There's lots of food options nearby and also shopping. It's close to the ferry and the bus line. The host is very welcoming. I met guests there that said they stay there every year. I would love to do that as well.

The Attleboro was perfect! Super easy to check in. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The bedroom was quite spacious and so pretty! We loved sitting on the porch in the evening and watching the sunset, harbor and people watching. The location was great, easy to walk to from the ferry, to the beach and all the stores and restaurants. It was fantastic that they had beach towels and chairs to borrow as well. I will definitely stay here again!

The cottage is directly across the street from the harbor and the ferry. It’s within walking distance to practically everything in Oak Bluffs. The staff/owners were wonderful and friendly! This place was so clean and spotless. They even offered complimentary sodas and water. I had left my body lotion in the car on the mainland and the owner actually brought me some up to my room!! We spend a couple of nights and will absolutely return! We were overly pleased with this stay!

The hotel room that we booked from the photos on Hotels.com was for the top level and had a balcony overlooking the marina. However, when we arrived, we were told we had room #9, which had a queen and a twin bed. Both beds were uncomfortable. We didn’t get what we originally booked from hotels.com website, so it was very misleading. I prefer the top level as the people above us stomped around like elephants in a stampede. Woke us up several times and we didn’t sleep well. The room is very clean and I liked how housekeeping came in everyday to make the beds, take out the trash, and refill the towels. The towels weren’t that great. Very thin. The location is great! Walking distance to the beach, bus stop, and lots of restaurants.

There could be more facilities (perhaps, I am thinking about a more conventional hotel), but perhaps unrealistic to expect more for the price you pay and for its prime location during the peak season. Beautiful harbor view. Everything is nearby (shopping, restaurants, beach, tour buses, etc.). Staff seems friednly. Feel very safe despite many tourists, and prompt communication via text messages was appreciated. I would highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I rented a room here for our anniversary. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the location! It’s right on the water, in front of the gingerbread houses on Oak Bluffs. We had a stunning view from our balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Property is located in the heart of the action in Oak Bluffs. Beautiful view of the harbor from the front porch. Room was simple, clean and charming, and more than enough for a weekend of exploring Martha's Vineyard. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the Vineyard.

The house is across from the ferry and you have beautiful water view. Also the gingerbread houses are right behind the hotel!

The cottage is directly across the street from the harbor and the ferry. It’s within walking distance to practically everything in Oak Bluffs. The staff/owners were wonderful and friendly! This place was so clean and spotless. They even offered complimentary sodas and water. I had left my body lotion in the car on the mainland and the owner actually brought me some up to my room!! We spend a couple of nights and will absolutely return! We were overly pleased with this stay!

Truly an outstanding property and exceptional value for this area. Located right across from the harbor with a wraparound porch for taking in the sunset. Easy walk to tons of dining, shopping, ferry and bus stops.

The house is gorgeous! It's right across the street from the marina. It has a wraparound porch so you can people watch. My room on the 2nd floor also had a comfy balcony. It looked like other rooms did as well. There's lots of food options nearby and also shopping. It's close to the ferry and the bus line. The host is very welcoming. I met guests there that said they stay there every year. I would love to do that as well.

The Attleboro was perfect! Super easy to check in. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The bedroom was quite spacious and so pretty! We loved sitting on the porch in the evening and watching the sunset, harbor and people watching. The location was great, easy to walk to from the ferry, to the beach and all the stores and restaurants. It was fantastic that they had beach towels and chairs to borrow as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Gingerbread House, Lovingly managed, it’s quite simple accommodation but it’s clean and in a great location. We will return! Cool drinks available in the entrance, kind staff, relaxed and easy going feel. Perfect place to chill out. The view over the sea is great too. Lovely front terrace. Thank you for being so welcoming! This an amazing place to stay in oak bluffs! It is very quiet and peaceful within the house yet walkable to everything you need within oak bluffs. We had a beautiful view of the water from our balcony and would most definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, very clean. Furniture very old and only 1 chair. Bed and pillows not very comfy. Plenty of towels and shampoo etc. Nothing fancy but if you’re coming on the ferry it’s a fantastic location— steps away. Oak Buffs has lots of shops and restaurants.
