Tolle Lage und schönes Ambiente (besonders abends im Barbereich), direkt am Fleet und in ca. 15 Min ist man zu Fuß bei der Elphi und Hafencity. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist allerdings der Check- In Vorgang an der Rezeption/Bar sowie das Waschbecken im Zimmer und die nur mit Glas getrennte Dusche (es ließ sich nur seitl.ein Vorhang zuziehen) und das mit Milchglas versehende WC auch direkt im Zimmer neben den Betten. Dieses Konzept werde ich nie verstehen, warum man sich so etwas ausdenkt. Leider ist mir dieses bei der Buchung nicht aufgefallen. Wem dieses aber nicht stört, ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

As a non-German speaker, this was a super easy and welcoming hotel. It has more hostel vibes (the check in is at the bar, offer for a free drink in lieu of room cleaning) but the rooms are totally luxurious. I got a canal facing room and highly recommend it.

Es gibt auf jeder Etage einen Raum mit Kaffee und Heißgetränen in der 3. Etage gibt es sogar Eis. Sonst gibt es jeweils noch einen Automaten mit Bier und auch anderen wichtigen Dingen.

The hotel is nice, in a good area, second time i booked with them. They are very versatile, easy check in and check out, 24/7 bar and they also serve breakfast. I wish they would have a coffee machine in the room, or a kettle for a tea, that would make them perfect. Also i think it would be a good idea for them to put a note on each door , "please release slowly", or "please dont slam me", unfortunately some people need this kind of "guidance" in order to behave with consideration. They slammed the doors day and night, i mean at least during the night they should be a little bit more careful, a note might remind them they are not alone :)

Leider war das erste Zimmer sehr dreckig und wahnsinnig parfümiert. Habe aber direkt ein neues Zimmer bekommen, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super und auch die Lage ist besonders hervorzuheben. Allerdings haben die Zimmer keinen guten Zustand mehr und sehen nicht aus wie auf den Bildern.

The dirt in the room. It’s not clean from blankets to surfaces - all dust and patches on the wall which partly looked like stool. I was disgusted to touch anything in there . The property and furniture , decor looks nice but super unclean.

Gillade inte badrummet med glasväggar och att handfatet var placerat i rummet! Jag bodde ihop med 13-årigt barnbarn och det passade inte alls att inte få vara mera privat i badrummet! Men trevligt och mysigt inrett i baren. Kändes hemtrevligt och välkomnande! Mycket trevlig, tillmötesgående personal i reception/ baren. 13-åringen fick ett bra bemötande! Hotellet ligger centralt och bra kommunikationer (både tunnelbana och pendeltåg alldeles nära hotellet). Hotellet rekommenderas trots minus för badrummet!

This hotel room is not spacious. No storage space for luggage, or clothes. Very small ledge that only glasses fit on. Only walking space around bed. We booked 3 nights and this was not a good fit for us! Would not reccomend!

Konumu çok iyi bence. Kış döneminde özellikle konum harika. Çalışanlar çok nazik kibar ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Özellikkr Soma ve kız kardeşi ikisi mükemmeller, yardımcı, ilgililer herşey ile.. oda konusunda bazı eksiklikler var, dolap yok askı var. Çekmece yok odada malesef..

Das Zimmer war klein und dennoch fein. 2 Haken an der Wand für Jacken wäre nett gewesen. Das Wasser aus der Dusche läuft in den WC- Bereich. Wenn man es weiß, kann man drauf reagieren. Zudem war es wirklich laut. Für eine Nacht kein Probleme. Für mehrere Nächte würde ich definitiv eine andere Kategorie wählen.

Der var en pumpe koblet på håndvask/vandhane og toilettet, som kørte ret lang tid efter at disse blev benyttet. Det larmede en del. Vores værelse lå overfor døren, der gik fra elevatoren indtil værelsesgangen og den smækkede hvert 2.-5. Minut, døgnet rundt…. Super irriterende. Vi bad om mulighed for, at få et nyt værelse - ville gerne betale for opgradering, men hotellet var fuldt booket og receptionisten var virkelig nedladende og uhøflig i sin fremtoning og kommunikation. Vi oplevede 2 andre hold gæster, der også var frustrede over hotellet og hende - den ene kvinde råbte og skreg af receptionisten, som blot anklagede hende for at lyve - som svar

All should have been perfect. But I paid a late check out the day I arrived to a void issues the day of my check. But that day cleaning staff came 5 times to ask me to leave and one was upset when I showed him the receipt of the paid late check out.

Gode senge og morgenmad. Desværre alt for lidt plads i restauranten til morgenmaden. Absolut rædselsfuld oplevelse i baren om aftenen. Efter bestilling, af 3 drinks og 1 øl, ventede vi over 45 minutter på servering.

The Ruby Lotti is literally in the middle of everything. Tours, shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars. My first impression of the room was wow and it went up from there. A big shoutout to the staff, for making my trip a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Ich habe selten so freundliche und offene Mitarbeiter*innen in einem Hotel erlebt. Ich hatte bereits vor meiner Anreise diverse Male Kontakt mit dem Team vor Ort, weil ich Pakete angeliefert bekommen habe und als ich am Tag des Check-Ins ankam, waren sie bereits auf dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer in dem Fall war sehr groß und zur Straße gelegen - dennoch sehr ruhig. Leider gab es mit dem Zimmer und den Abflussrohren in der Wand ein Problem, was zu mangelndem Schlaf geführt hat. Ich habe dies angesprochen und mir wurde sofort ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Man hatte mir sogar Hilfe beim Umzug angeboten, aber dies war nicht notwendig. Ich war bis Dato immer gerne in anderen Hotels in Hamburg, aber ich glaube dieses ist mein neuer Liebling. Einzig kritisch fand ich den Preis für das Frühstück. Wenngleich die Qualität auch sehr frisch war und die Auswahl durchaus zufriedenstellen, würde ich für 22,- € pro Person nicht denken, dass ich mich für meine Heißgetränke an der Theke anstellen muss und sie nicht am Tisch bestellen kann. Außerdem - aber das ist wahrscheinlich der Lage geschuldet - würde ich mehr Fisch statt Bismarck erwarten. Das vegane Sortiment war aber sehr ansprechend.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der S1, S3, Stadtbrücke (hinter dem Hotel). Auch die U3, Rödingsmarkt ist nur etwa 200m entfernt. Das Hotel eignet sich gut als Startpunkt für Touren in die City. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde ein Check in vor 15:00 Uhr ermöglicht. Gepäck kann kostenlos im Hotel bis zum Transfer abgestellt werden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, nahe zur Fußgängerzone und zu den Landungsbrücken. Mein Zimmer hatte Blick auf den Kanal und war modern und interessant gestaltet. Die Fensterrahmen sollten auch geputzt werden. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und werde es auch wieder buchen.

It’s a very modern and friendly vibe. Also, the breakfast is actually worth the money. Would definitely recommend. Only downside is the rather expensive underground parking next door, which is kind of the only option to park securely. Not the hotel‘s fault though.

Haben einen Wochenendtrip gemacht und das Hotel liegt bestens um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mittendrin, aber trotzdem ruhig! Supernettes Personal und das Frühstück war Bombe!!!!

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war leider nur mittelmäßig, dafür war das Zimmer wirklich schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Sehr viel Auswahl und frischer Kaffee von der Siebträgermaschine (allerdings musste man dort sehr lange anstehen). Das Personal war freundlich, hätte aber an manchen Stellen noch aufmerksamer sein können.

Ein super Hotel, von dem aus nahezu alle Sightseeing-Hotspots fussläufig erreichbar sind. Das Frühstück am Samstag war der Hammer! Eine riesige Auswahl und soooo lecker! Einziges Manko war das Frühstück am Sonntag: es war so überlaufen, dass es keine freien Tische mehr gab! Zunächst sind wir nochmal auf unser Zimmer, um es nach einer halben Stunde erneut zu probieren. Dann hatten wir einen Tisch, haben uns mehrfach in die Schlange am Buffet gestellt. Leider kam das Personal nicht mehr hinterher, was bei der Menge an Menschen durchaus verständlich war. Es gab eine Stunde lang keine Löffel, weshalb wir letztlich unser Müsli mit einer Gabel gegessen haben.
