Stayed here first time and had a wonderful experience, the rooms are reasonably priced and the restaurant has very nominal prices while delivering excellent quality. Staff are polite and the spa and swimming pool are great as well. Breakfast is normal, WiFi is strong, decent toiletries, clean rooms and beds, overall a great comfortable stay. Will come back definitely.

For the price you pay it is a decent hotel. The staff are very nice. Not very thorough so sometimes you have to remind them to provide some things like towels etc. But they immediately do it. The swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are spacious. Appointments are average. A few things like a note pad and pen, a table lamp etc would make the rooms more business traveler friendly. Location is what you pay for. Centrally located with ample drive in space to get dropped off at the door.

This hotel was very good comparable to other 4/5-star hotels in the area with a much better price. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Restaurants and food variety was excellent. Poolside restaurant had a great selection of American cuisine. Breakfast buffet was great. Provision of free water bottles everyday and minor details like weighing machine in room is a boon for foreign visitors.

The Pharos hotel is brand new or fully refurbished. Formerly the Aruna Hotel, it has been taken over by new Management and the result was really good. Rooms are spacious and clean with good toilet facilities. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The food at the restaurant was tasty and the Chef is a hero! Tried out the pool, and it was fresh and relaxing. Good location too. They had only opened 20 rooms of the 90 odd, and there was some refurbishment going on, so there were odd times where we heard drilling or some work going on, but except for this the hotel is a 5-star.

For the week we stayed, the facilites were as advertised, with very helpful staff who acted very efficiently on requests we made. The hotel was clean with easy access via local transport to areas of interest. Like to thank Rohit (and night shift staff) at the front desk for their willing assistance. The kitchen staff were also very helpful. The young housekeeper Prem was very efficient and caring. We would definately use this hotel and recommend it to the others. Harish and Nirmala

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pharos. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially since I was traveling with my little one. They happily supported small requests like hot water and boiling sweet potatoes etc. The on-site restaurant, Vivaha Bhojanambu, serves delicious food and the service there was excellent. Highly recommend!

This property falsely advertised itself to have restaurants it doesn't have, and amenities it doesn't have. And the bathroom had a terrible smell. Most importantly, we felt we had to move hotels and requested a refund for the days we didn't stay. Three weeks later we have yet to be reimbursed. We have been given conflicting reasons and excuses for this over multiple emails. That is, frankly shocking!

This was the second time I've stayed at thos property. Great location and friendly staff. Facility was clean. Sometimes the loud music from the hard rock cafe late at night was a bit annoying, otherwise its a great property

Never expected the hotel will be this good for the money I paid. Excellent front desk staff, good helpers and best breakfast buffet. There was a female staff in the breakfast place who took care all our requests with a smiling face and quickly.

The breakfast service was very poor. You won’t be seated on time, and the tables are not clean. You’ll wait ages for food, and sometimes it never arrives (this happened when I asked for tea, which never came). Only two staff members were trying to handle around 30 people at once. I complained at reception, but the next day was exactly the same.
