Everyone who works at this property is welcoming and friendly - I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott a few times and feel comfortable there. The free breakfast is spectacular - scrambled eggs bacon or sausage, bread products to be toasted, a selection of juices, fresh waffles, and oatmeal with a variety of toppings. I appreciate the two computers and printer.

Great hotel to stay at in Wesley Chapel. Area is newer and is very close to lots of shopping and eating! Pool is smaller, but clean - same with the gym. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast with waffles, eggs, cereal, muffins, and bagels. All of the front desk receptionists were super friendly amd helpful.

Fairfield Inn is my go to for quick road or business stays and this was my second time staying at the Wesley Chapel location. In both occasions the conditions of the property and the kindness and professionalism of the front desk and café staff have been excellent to say the least, five starts to them! Unfortunately our room housekeeping experience at this specific location has been one of the worst encountered yet. During our first visit the condition of the bathroom upon arrival seemed untouched since the last guest, with urine on the toilet rim, shampoo smears all over the shower and hair in the sink. During this 4 night stay we were given towels covered in hair, ran out of toiletries, the trashed cans were never emptied even though full, and the beds never made, all of this while the housekeeping staff were allowed in the room and actually did to replenish the shower gel, but missed all other maintenance that was clearly needed.

Toilet wouldn’t flush randomly through out the day and night. Room A/C would not reach temperature prior to shutting off. Upon arrival there was skittles on the floor beside the sofa bed. Despite this, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable.

We’ve been staying at Fairfield when we’re on the road for about a year now because they seem to have renovated quite a lot of their locations making the rooms feel current and fresh! At this specific location though, I found the housekeeping service to be a little inconsistent. We arrived late the first night and we unfortunately found that the bathroom had evidence of the previous guests, but the rest of the room was impecable. The second night when we arrived to find that they have thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, but forgot to make the bed. The third night was great, the bathroom was clean and the bed made. Something that we truly appreciate is that the staff was professional and responsive upon request. We will most likely continue to stay at Marriott’s Fairfield locations when on the road because we are overall very pleased with them.

I traveled to Florida for a business trip and chose to stay at this hotel. The property itself is clean and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, during my 7-day stay, my room was cleaned only once. Towels and sheets were never changed, which is unacceptable for a week-long stay. The room was not so clean, the carpet was dirty, the room thermostat did not work, set it to 71 Deg and it keeps running, set it to 72 and it did not turn on until it hit 74 deg. The little refrigerator keeps freezing water and drinks. The beds were good, the bath room floor was dirty.

Very dissatisfied with the cleaning of the rooms. We had a hunt somebody down on our third night to have our beds changed and clean towels. it was very noisy. Our room was right off of the elevator so we heard everyone talking disagreeing or arguing during our whole stay.

When we checked in they mentioned there was a leak and they were working on fixing it. They made no me mention there was no water in our room… We went to our room, used the bathroom to realize there was no water. They said it would be fixed soon. We returned 4 hours later and the water was on , but no hot water in our room. They did move our room to a room with hot water. But they should have alerted us to the concern when we checked in.

The hotel is fairly nice. The walls are paper thin. If you have a loud neighbor, you hear every conversation. There was some fit and finish that could have been better. For example, the fridge in the room had so much ice build up, I had to remove the shelf for the door to close. There was a Q-Tip on the floor of the hall for two days. Just small things that were a bit disappointing. Would probably stay again, but they need to take care of some maintenance. In defense of the property, I did not complain about any of the issues as I was in town for a funeral and didn’t want to deal with waiting around.

No sitting chair beyond desk. Bed uncomfortable. Shower went from hot to cold to hot during use. Toilet seat very loose. Why not use a Mitibishi splitter for room AC. The old technology you have has huge temperature swings and when it’s on you’re cold, when it’s off you’re hot.

We were in town for the USAG Hugs meet at the Wiregrass convention center. The location is convenient and the facility seems to be very well-kept. Unfortunately, at breakfast we experienced some extremely rude breakfast attendants. There were several extremely rude comments made such as "I think you should do that at your table" when we were attempting to clean up a mess at the coffee bar. Many of the athletes at breakfast on Sunday morning were autistic and competing at the Hugs meet- I truly hope that the attendants attitude is not a reflection of their feelings toward our children and families. Regardless, it makes us question how welcome we are at the Fairfield.

We stayed due to an event at the Wiregrass Sports Center, just around the corner. This hotel was walkable and just a bit further than another option, making it quiet and convenient. The front desk clerk, Eudy, was exceptionally polite and went out of her way to find us the best room. Our room did wind up having some issues with the air conditioner; I reported this the first morning and they came and fixed it the next afternoon, thus making our next night more pleasant. Would definitely book this hotel again if we are in the area.

A newer Fairfield Inn, the public areas and room were the cleanest I have experienced post-COVID. Comfortable room, well laid out. The staff is friendly and professional. Great breakfast. Felt more like an upscale Marriott rather than just a Fairfield.
