I like the business model of this property, a good price for a clean room with few amenities. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and it seems ridiculous that there’s not an ice machine anywhere on property.

I was a little bit surprised,There's no ice machine on the property and everything is ala carte. There is a charge for dinner ware, cookware, coffeemaker and other things to use as a extended stay.

The floors are like the old greasy restaurant . They have no ice machine. The room services every two weeks. They have no hand towels. They have no breakfast. They do serve coffee in the morning but have no creamer or sugar. The whole place smells terrible. The elevators are dirty.

The desk person who checked us in was EXTREMELY rude. When we used the shower, we found a dust bunny full of hair on the floor. Not clean. My socks had hair all over them from the floors not being cleaned also. Quite honestly I want my money back.

If you have little ones, don’t stay here. The floor was so dirty, my 2 year old’s gray socks were dark brown after walking in the room 10 minutes. We found hair in the bathroom/shower that couldn’t have been ours (different color and different textures). There were spills in the fridge. It’s a nice set up but everything is just really cheap and it isn’t cleaned well. The location was great for us, but we will never stay here again.

This place was not clean. Took 20 mins to get into the building as it was locked down, and the front desk was shuttered. The room was gross, was not clean, there were roaches and things crawling on the bed. Called the front desk MULTIPLE times and never were able to get anyone. Couldn’t even turn in the key to the front desk, had to leave it in a bowl. Left within 1 hour of getting there. To make it worse they’re refusing a refund and saying we stayed past check out. DO NOT STAY HERE

Paper thin walls and ceiling. People congregating in the hallways in the middle of the night. Front desk doesn’t care even after we asked them to help reduce the noise. Shady people all around the property. Beds are made from metal frames and one of them was broke. Pillows are horrible.

The property as a whole was fine. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. However, staying on the 2nd floor we could hear every step of the occupants in the room above us and they sounded like they were traveling with a baby elephant. I would say the sound proofing is severely lacking. Also, one other minor complaint about the water pressure in both the shower and the bathroom sink was very weak. It would be nice if there was just a little more so it actually feels like a shower and not a sprinkle.

Best bargain in town, however, my sheet were changed but not all pillow cases were swapped. Gross, found other people's hair and what not. Also, rooms have fridge, mic,stove, little kitchen area which is great but no iron, hair dryer or ironing table (you have to ask for them). Blinds on window have no curtain or nothing, light comes in at night from the outside lights and sun in the day. Not good for a light sleeper. Outside of this, I would stay there again.

It was in a very convenient location. it is clearly a "no-frills" hotel but it was very clean. There was not even a box of tissues in the room. There was only one towel each and a wash cloth each and no hand towels. The thing that confused me is that it is a "suite" hotel and has a full size fridge, stove top and microwave but no dishes, utensils, cups or anything. usually when someone chooses a "suite" type hotel it is so they have the option of fixing a meal but there is no way one could here. There was also no coffee pot, which I knew before I came but was told there was coffee in the lobby all the time but when we got back around 7:30 it was all packed up.

If you’re only staying for a night, it’s a good place to stay, you’ll need to bring your own hair dryer as there wasn’t one in room, I always bring my own but for those who count on using the hotel’s hair dryer be aware! other things missing an Iron, Kleenex box, there’s a kitchenette, but no pots or pans, utensils or paper towels. No coffee maker either…Bathroom light is on a timer, so make sure you turn lights on just before jumping in the shower, otherwise they will shut off in the middle of your shower.

The staff at this facility is as good as that at any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. They are responsive, attentive to your needs, polite, courteous, accomodating and always cheerful. This applies to everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The manager Dan and his daytime assistant Cree provided outstanding service. At other hotels, the night staff is usually not the greatest but that is not the case here, The night staff makes you feel just as welcome. The rooms are clean, the grounds are well maintained, they are very pet friendly and everything you need for shopping or dining is within 2 or 3 miles. We had to extend our stay due to an airline issue and I didn't think twice about remaining at this hotel. We felt right at home. I highly recommend WoodSpring Suites if you need accomodaton in Wesley Chapel.

I drove all night to attend a rehearsal dinner In Florida from NJ. I asked to have an early check-in and I was told no. That Check-in is at 3pm. I became very upset. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told the night person was the manager. I later found out he was not the manager. He did not speak the truth. Another person told me This person was the owner of the hotel that was not true. Then I was told by the man calling himself the owner; he would leave and get a shower chair for me that was requested months ago and confirmed by me calling the hotel. That didn't happen. The lady manager that refused to allow me early check-in gave me a chair from the lounge. I had back surgery twice and I really didn't want to fall trying to wash my feet. I explained that to the lady. I couldn't get onto Wi-Fi and I called the front desk twice before getting on; no instruction in the room explaining the Wi-Fi. I couldn't get the lights to come on in the room. Again, I called the front desk and was told to insert a card in the box on the wall No instructions in the room. I asked about an ice machine and I was told if I wanted ice to go and buy it from the gas station. Things that should be noted in the room or at least told to me at check-in were not. There were roaches in the room. I will have great difficulty recommending your hotel in the future. And I will share my experience with my family and friends.

Booked a room for one night. Called the day of check in at 10:30pm and spoke to the front desk lady to ask what the latest time check in was. I was advised that I could check in anytime but if it was after 11:00pm that I would need to dial 500 on the lobby phone and someone would come to check me in. I arrived at 11:20pm and started dialing 500 on the Lobby phone. Nobody ever answered the phone for an hour ! I even tried calling the front desk number on my cell phone at the same time I was dialing 500 on the lobby phone. I approximately called 50-60 times in the hour I stood there and again nobody ever answered the phone ! I was left stranded and had to go to a nearby hotel and pay double what I had already paid for this hotel just to have somewhere to sleep for the night ! I was advised that I could check in anytime but if it was after 11:00pm that I would need to dial 500 on the lobby phone and someone would come to check me in. I even tried calling the front desk number on my cell phone at the same time I was dialing 500 on the lobby phone. I approximately called 50-60 times in the hour I stood there and again nobody ever answered the phone ! I was left stranded and had to go to a nearby hotel and pay double what I had already paid for this hotel just to have somewhere to sleep for the night ! Our stay was absolutely Great!! my hubby and I had a problem with check-in due to their availability from a website that we booked the room on but the front desk manager named Gus took great care of us. He was so kind and considerate and we truly appreciated him. We were tired and ready to go in and just rest and Gus came through for my husband and I. If hubby and I are in Tampa again,, We will be staying at Wood Springs suites, because of the service that Gus provided to us when we were there having problems checking in thank you Gus we appreciate you. God bless you.

This place is extremely clean. The bathroom light is on a sensor, goes dark while in the shower/longer visits to the toilet. Shower water is just warm enough to deal with, I like mine much hotter. For someone coming out of state, I was hoping for breakfast and a pool but I should've done more research before booking. Front desk was nice.

My stay at Woodspring Suites-Wesley Chapel was Amazing!! The check-in process was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to everything from shopping, restaurants and easy access to the highway. I will book again the next time I'm in the area.

It was in a very convenient location. it is clearly a "no-frills" hotel but it was very clean. There was not even a box of tissues in the room. There was only one towel each and a wash cloth each and no hand towels. The thing that confused me is that it is a "suite" hotel and has a full size fridge, stove top and microwave but no dishes, utensils, cups or anything. usually when someone chooses a "suite" type hotel it is so they have the option of fixing a meal but there is no way one could here. There was also no coffee pot, which I knew before I came but was told there was coffee in the lobby all the time but when we got back around 7:30 it was all packed up.

Nice room. Beds were a tad uncompfy but no more so than any other non-resort hotel. TV was a tad small but same concept as the previous. No breakfast as they state. There are breakfast spots close. You have to ask for the wifi password. I suggest doing so at checkin.

If you’re only staying for a night, it’s a good place to stay, you’ll need to bring your own hair dryer as there wasn’t one in room, I always bring my own but for those who count on using the hotel’s hair dryer be aware! other things missing an Iron, Kleenex box, there’s a kitchenette, but no pots or pans, utensils or paper towels. No coffee maker either…Bathroom light is on a timer, so make sure you turn lights on just before jumping in the shower, otherwise they will shut off in the middle of your shower.

There are no utensils, Bowls, plates, silverware or glasses. Also no coffee pot. Nothing to cook with either. Just be aware. No continental breakfast, no coffee or tea. Bed springs creaked getting in and out of bed. 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths were provided but no hand towels. But for $89 I guess you really do get what you pay for.
