Vomit stain on the floor for two days by the elevators. Majority of exercise equipment was out of service. Cable tv was out of service as well as the juice dispenser at breakfast. Was very disappointed with this property.

I had planned on giving this hotel stay 5 stars, but the hot tub wasn’t working. When we booked it, that was the one amenity we really wanted after a long day in the car. When you pay this much for a hotel room, you expect to receive ALL amenities, and if some are unavailable, a discount should be offered.

Started off in a room with a clogged sink. Then the pool and hot tub was broken. No creamers for coffee and no OJ on morning buffet. Moved rooms to not have room cleaning service for which the gentleman at the front desk just said sorry they must have forgotten. It was the worst stay we had and we just went across country and stayed at lower rated hotels which were so much better. I would never stay here again.

Very disappointing floor was sticky black stuff on shower floor. Lots of car noise. TV very difficult to use and no channels. Breakfast was terrible friut tasted fermented eggs looked like plastic and i don't know what that sausage was made of. Way over charged for the type of hotel. Parking was terrible had to park in strip mall across the street.

It was spotless and was either new or recently remodeled. We checked in at 12:30 am (after a concert) and I was bracing myself for the type of service usually available at that hour. The night shift attendant was friendly, warm and engaging. One of the best check in experiences!

We were placed on the first floor next to the pool--- not enjoyable. Our view was a wood wall. The rooms are only cleaned every other day. Beds were small.

The staff was great! These days they clean rooms every other day, which I don’t love and when it was time for my room to be cleaned somehow it didn't get done. I even went to the front desk that morning to make sure it would get cleaned and they said “yes, it’s on the list” but after spending the entire day around town we came back that evening and it wasn’t cleaned. The front desk was helpful giving me clean towels and TP but it was a bummer for sure. Breakfast was good, ended at either 9am or 9:30 am.

Quick overnight trip at last minute. Reserved online and was at hotel within the hour. No delays; they were ready for us. Friendly staff at desk. Room was comfortable and quite roomy with king bed. Blackout shades kept room dark. Recommend.

A quick build hotel with paper thin walls and standard Fairmont blah. Comfy bed and spacious room. Low water pressure and a stainless steel drain cover that every drip of water DINGS makes the nice looking bathroom more annoying than a motor lodge tiny bathroom with a decent shower. But the incredibly thin walls means that even a quiet conversation in the adjoining room is easily over heard and if you neighbor watches TV you might as well ask to watch with them or have noise canceling headphones. It’s really the construction quality or lack of it and a drip drum shower that means I will look elsewhere next month when in the area.

Overall the hotel was nice and brand new. We enjoyed our time, the only thing was that it seemed like the hotel was not as soundproof as others so lots of noises happening late at night. We may have just been unlucky so I would stay there again but if you're a light sleeper maybe ask for a top floor.

We really enjoy this hotel. We have stayed there a couple times on our vacations. If I could change one thing, it would be wonderful to have some really good water pressure for the showers in the rooms. I have a lot of hair and it takes a while to rinse out shampoo because the water comes out like soft rain.

The property was new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Bathroom and room amenities were very nice. Liked having a coffee pot, fridge, and microwave in the room. A wide and healthy array of hot and cold breakfast choices on sight. Several great restaurant options just across the parking lot. The only minor suggestion I have is that the elevators needed to be vacuumed.

We arrived late and the receptionist was wonderful and respectful. The room was nice however the blue flashing light from the fire alarm was hard to have while trying to sleep as it faces the room. I had to cover my head with a pillow. Lovely decor in the room!

Do not stay here, especially if a Senior. Terrible customer service. The shower dripped all night long, even after reporting next morning, no care. Was offered ear plugs. Front desk was rude, uncooperative. A terrible experience after a long travel day, hoping to relax. Will never stay there again. Rude, offensive and uncaring young staff person. We were told by maintenance that there were problems with plumbing and shower heads and he couldn’t do anything. Terrible…experience.

First morning, woke up to a cold shower. When I asked at the front desk, the person knew the problem was that the "breaker" had tripped. Only seating in the room was at the desk and not even a desk chair. Staff was friendly, but check in had to be done twice due to new employee training.

Hotel was very clean. The AGM was very friendly. Bed was on the hard side and you shouldn't serve the scrambled eggs. I would definitely stay again.

Beds were not the most comfortable:( breakfast area was not the cleanest, some things not very fresh, tortillas were hard and stuck together. If your going to serve something it needs to be fresh! Oatmeal bar area was good, lots of options to put in your oatmeal! Staff was friendly

The hotel is in a very convenient location .Not too busy with many stores near by. Very nice convenient to major sites. The disappointment was breakfast was served only on Wednesday until Sunday. Also breakfast was only available from 7until 9 am. We were on vacation we didnt want to rush out the door so we missed breakfast for the three days were there.

Modern, clean. Great breakfast. Hard working breakfast staff keep everything clean and well stocked. Pool room was very cold. Pool itself was clean as was hot tub. Great dining options just a short walk away.
