La propiedad está en una excelente ubicación pero con muchísimo tránsito. Está rodeada de miles de restaurantes y encontrar un lugar para estacionarte es imposible. El edificio es relativamente viejo y la habitación que alquile tenía baño privado, sin embargo no considero que exista higiene ni siquiera en la cama. Olía a humano que antes ya había utilizado esa cama, las toallas igual. El piso suena espantoso y las manzanas que estaban “de cortesía” parecían tener muchísimo tiempo. Podría ser un buen lugar si existiera muchísima más higiene, un buen mantenimiento a las habitaciones y una buena explicación para entrar al departamento. Lo único que lo salva de atención es la Sra Martha (súper amable y atenta en el desayuno) y el joven que nos ayudó en el tema del agua caliente. Yo en definitiva no me volvía a quedar ahí.

I want to start saying that im going to make a formal lawsuit against this property or hotels.com, because im not getting response from no one. I was bitten by the owners french bulldog , and this is just one of the other 4 dogs she has in the facility. She left all her dogs out without a leash while i was getting in my room and she even said that one in Specific is very aggressive because it has a tumor in the head. I had to scream like crazy to her, so she could come get her dog while it was biting in all foot i even had to kick the dog away and confronted it, i was so afraid for my moms and my integrity. Because the other 3 dogs were getting aggresive too for watching the bulldogs conduct, it was a very dangerous situation and the owner saw everything. In the other hand, Im really upset to hotels.com, because I've being trying to contact them to tell them this situation, not just this situation, but the conditions this person is renting this facility, im a 240lb guy, and i was unable to shower, use the toilet or wash my teeth, this bathroom was literally a 1.5ft x 1.5ft . Unsane....!!!! I was so embarrassed with my mom, because she preferred to use someone elses bathroom intead the one i rented for her. The elevator was so nasty, dirty and in some times wasnt working, forcing us to walk all the way up to the 5th floor, my mom is a 66 year old Hotels.com used to have an impeccable customer service, but im not sure about that anymore... please, please.. dont stay here

Mucho ruido ocasionado por otros huespedes, las condiciones de el imueble no impide que el ruido sea menor, estuve 3 noches y nunca fueron a limpiar la habitacion hasta que la desocupe.

la ubicación es extraordinaria muy bonita decorada, con mucho estilo, súper limpia. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario, el baño está pequeño compartido a pasos de la habitación. Puedes tomar café, té, fruta, galletas, si quieres pagar $350 por el desayuno vale la pena porque está delicioso, por ese precio no consigues nada parecido en Polanco.

ESTA decorada con un estilo mexicano muy bonito, te sienters en Oaxaca o Chiapas. Muy limpia, el personal muy servicial y agradable, llena de luz, super bien ubicada. Las habitaciones mas economicas son pequeñas, al igual que el baño compartido, vale mucho mas la pena reservar las habitaciones amplias con baño privado y desayuno. Aunque si lo unico que vas a hacer es dormir por pocas noches, entonces sera suficiente; pues tienen su tv, closet, lugar para dejar tus cosas, etc

Definitivamente es un lugar con una excelente ubicación. Me parece que las habitaciones y son pequeñas, puertas extremadamente estrechas, más aún el baño. El lugar en general es agradable y da la sensación de estar en una casa. Creo que podrían ser menos habitaciones pero más confortables.

La habitacion es buena, la atencion por parte del personal muy buena. En cuestion de pribacidad no es un bunen ya que se escucha todo el ruido que hacen los demas inquilinos, ese piso de madera es fatal es muy ruidoso y el baño ufff no tengo problema que sea compartido pero el tamaño es de muy mal gusto y eso de salir envuelto en toalla y pasar por el comedo no es agradable no tienen nada de privacidad, pero la atencion y limpieza muy bien lo demas comentado muy mal. por la zona creo que queda a deber.

Itzaee is in the middle of the most delightful neighborhood, walkable, safe, and a gastronomical neighborhood that astounds. It is quiet, my room had a window that let in just the right amount of light. The lady in charge while I was there was exceptionally hospitable, and helpful in pointing in the right direction, they even arrange for a taxi on their own cell phones. However, the hot water did not work, it was either too hot, or cold and I took cold showers. Regretfully that is important to me. The electrical plugs were unreliable

Absolutely loved my bugambilia room The entire house is decorated beautifully and rhe art throughout the B&B gives this Casa Itzea full home vibes 🙌 Enriqueta was amazing and the breakfast has prepared for us was scrumptious 😋 When I’m back in CDMX I will definitely stay here again and polanquito area has everything nearby coffee shops and lots of dining options and Parque Lincoln is a very nice and safe place to walk and stroll Very family friendly area

It was very good. Very clean. I had breakfast one morning and it was very good and copious. The bathroom is tiny but functional. Enriqueta was always available and helpful.

La propiedad está en una excelente ubicación pero con muchísimo tránsito. Está rodeada de miles de restaurantes y encontrar un lugar para estacionarte es imposible. El edificio es relativamente viejo y la habitación que alquile tenía baño privado, sin embargo no considero que exista higiene ni siquiera en la cama. Olía a humano que antes ya había utilizado esa cama, las toallas igual. El piso suena espantoso y las manzanas que estaban “de cortesía” parecían tener muchísimo tiempo. Podría ser un buen lugar si existiera muchísima más higiene, un buen mantenimiento a las habitaciones y una buena explicación para entrar al departamento. Lo único que lo salva de atención es la Sra Martha (súper amable y atenta en el desayuno) y el joven que nos ayudó en el tema del agua caliente. Yo en definitiva no me volvía a quedar ahí.

la ubicación es extraordinaria muy bonita decorada, con mucho estilo, súper limpia. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario, el baño está pequeño compartido a pasos de la habitación. Puedes tomar café, té, fruta, galletas, si quieres pagar $350 por el desayuno vale la pena porque está delicioso, por ese precio no consigues nada parecido en Polanco.

ESTA decorada con un estilo mexicano muy bonito, te sienters en Oaxaca o Chiapas. Muy limpia, el personal muy servicial y agradable, llena de luz, super bien ubicada. Las habitaciones mas economicas son pequeñas, al igual que el baño compartido, vale mucho mas la pena reservar las habitaciones amplias con baño privado y desayuno. Aunque si lo unico que vas a hacer es dormir por pocas noches, entonces sera suficiente; pues tienen su tv, closet, lugar para dejar tus cosas, etc

This property is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast inside an apartment. You rent one of several small rooms and share common areas (dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom) with other guests. The apartment is nicely decorated, and our “Morada” room was clean, but extremely tiny—barely enough space for the bed.Parking is a nightmare. You must pay 450 pesos extra to leave your car in the basement, which is overcrowded and blocked by other residents’ vehicles. If you park first, you’ll be trapped behind three or four cars until they move. We were even told to leave our SUV parked and use Uber instead, which was unacceptable given my wife’s medical appointments nearby. The alternative was street parking at 200 pesos daily.Another issue was the bathroom, located far from the Morada room. My wife, recovering from bladder surgery, needed frequent access, making this setup impractical.We tried to cancel through Hotels.com, but the manager refused to refund or even speak to us, despite our polite request for flexibility. The onsite administrator was kind, but the manager’s dismissive attitude showed a complete lack of customer service.We left inmediately and booked a proper hotel with parking, bathroom, gym, and spa. Recommendation: avoid this property unless you’re fine with tiny rooms, inconvenient parking, and zero customer support!

A whimsical style shared apartment, with delightful surroundings, lots of plants and art, the bedding was just right, robe and slippers provided, staff super nice and accommodating, in the heart of Polanco next to restaurants, parks and lots of life, the noise on the street lasted till 10p but for me it was part of the fun. Will def return.
