We had a great stay here! The hotel was off a busy road but we were able to walk to get food. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Room was comfortable but bed was hard and lumpy. Breakfast was a big hit as was the indoor pool for the family.

This was a very convenient place to stay after a long drive. Staff was friendly and quick to answer all questions. Great breakfast, EV charging, and right off the highway.

This hotel is clean, well kept, and friendly service. You feel safe here and its reasonably-priced. The hot breakfast was nice each morning. Its amazingly quiet conscidering its location to I5. The pool is clean and tidy with no frills. We will stay here again

The $75 pet fee was not disclosed until I was checking in. And while technically there is an EV charger it is very slow. Luckily there are better chargers (including a bank of superchargers) right across the street.

The pool had bloody areas! There were no towels and the bathrooms inside pool area were terrible. The room had a terrible view and our blankets had hun stuck in the inside. The blankets were stained. The noise outside was terrible. You could hear everything from the outside in the hallways from our room. Staff was rude.

It is comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom door slides and doubles as the closet door so it doesn’t close all the way. The soap box was empty, loose tissues were shoved into the top of the box, and a few things in the bathroom were a bit dirty.

This is our second time staying here on our yearly trek to Seattle from Santa Barbara. This hotel is super quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is well prepared and delicious. The rooms are immaculate and modern. (This whole facility is extremely clean, which is not always the case with larger hotels.) The hotel staff are all helpful and friendly. Parking is very easy with lots of spaces. Absolutely zero complaints about our stay. Thanks to everyone who made that happen.

The curtains did not cover the window all the way across, they had sheer curtains, so the room was quite light and it was in a well lite area out side. Bed was a little on the hard side and the pillows were flat. Breakfast was good and the facility was clean. The staff was excellent.

The rooms were a bit tight. The doors to the bathroom was a sliding barn door and it made a loud sound every time we had to use the bathroom. There was no fan in the bathroom so the moisture in the bathroom would get locked in as well as the smell.

Hotel located in really noisy place, one highway and one local entrance road to highway causing really loud noise and sleeping is difficult, sound proofing is inadequate. The room was ok, the breakfast as expected and then pool was as expected.

Really liked this place more than other places we've stayed. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice. The only issue was the A/C was very loud. Also, does not have blackout curtains, it has shutters, so if you are on the east side of the building it might be bright in the morning.

They service your room every other day, our stay was from a Saturday to Tuesday and they did not clean, empty trash or replenish our towels. When brought up to reception they were very nice and apologetic, it was no big deal, except we had already placed all our dirty towels on the floor.

The front desk gave us an accessible room when we reserved (and already paid for) a standard room. Was told on the phone there wasn't any standard room available. It was late and the parking lot was not full so I was not convinced since it is quite a big building. The room felt not cozy enough as there was too big an empty space wall to wall (which makes sense for a wheelchair). After we insisted the front desk spent 40 minutes to find a standard room while we waited in the lobby. I considered it might be true that it was that difficult to find a room and appreciated the effort, but in the back of my mind I wondered if the trouble could be avoided so for us to have a different experience if the front desk could just give us the standard room we reserved at the first place.

A few things went wrong. The first issue is there’s no daily housekeeping which can be challenging when you’re traveling with kids. Secondly, the housekeeping came and turned on the alarm clock for 6 unbeknownst to us so we all were waken early after a late night and of course the kids would not go back to bed. The last issue was a lack of warm/hot water in the shower. I would have loved to address this with the hotel but when I called the front desk I was treated poorly and the associate disconnected the call. I’ll stay at a different hotel next time.

Great place to stay. Convenient location, good close by, pretty quiet and easy parking. Breakfast was great. Didn’t get the chance to check out the pool. We had a slight issue with our reservation being double booked but the staff was wonderful and handled it pretty quickly.

The front desk, both at check in and check out, were terrific; very friendly but most importantly, very helpful. It would be MUCH nicer to drink my coffee in the morning out of a real coffee cup / mug, rather than paper. I will be staying there again in April, 2026 for six (6) nights; hopefully you'll have real coffee cups / mugs by then?

I did not like that staff acted as if I was lying until hmm, I had the front desk. A host, I come to my room, smell it and like had it.And all she could do was offer me a fan. Refused Annie, other. Explanations or apologies and told me too bad.

We stopped with our dog on a road trip. Staff was friendly, room was clean and easy check out process. It’s next to the on ramp for convenience and we were able to walk to a brewery that was dog friendly for dinner. Would stay again.

If you need a hotel in Grands Pass this hotel is a good one to pick. The hotel is right off the highway and close to downtown. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice.

Convenient to I-5. Many dining options. Large rooms. With teenagers it was great that breakfast ended later, 10:00 but limited options. While we were there they were out of oatmeal, omelets and scrambled eggs. Good set up for waffles but they ran out of strawberry and blueberry toppings, I ate at 0830.
