Hotel says it has AC but it didn’t cool down the room at all. It was uncomfortably hot! The rooms are outdated a bit and in need of new paint. Workers on the roof started at 8 am each day and it was very loud. The breakfast was good and the bar had good mixed drinks. Common areas didn’t have AC either, including the bar. Hotel is located right by the tram stop which was very convenient especially if you are going to letzigrund stadion.

Habe 3 Nächte im Hilton während einer Geschäftsreise übernachtet. Check In war freundlich, Zimmer sind von der Größe her angenehm, Betten sind bequem, Zimmer ist mit kleinem leeren Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Teppich find ich auf Zimmern nicht so toll, aber es war ok. Ich hatte leider keine Zeit fürs Gym, aber das soll wohl ganz ok gewesen sein. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und unten in der Tiefgarage ausreichend vorhanden. Lage war super - man kommt von dort aus schnell in die Stadt und auch raus.

Spent 2 nights here while visiting Zurich. We had a rental car and paid for parking in their garage. Hotel is new and decorated nicely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. The weather was very warm while we visited, and the air conditioning in the rooms was horrible. The rooms barley cooled down. Even on the highest setting. I’m assuming because the hotel is eco-friendly and everyone was using the air conditioning. The hotel is located right next to a tram line, which came in very handy.

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner complet. Proposer une formule de parking avec tarif préférentiel plutôt que de devoir payer le parking par heure serait appréciable.

Es war allgemein gut, aber Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und es war auch beim baden ein problem, das das Wasser bis zum Schlafzimmer ausläuft bisschen

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I thought it was quite odd that we were there for seven days and our sheets were never changed. The breakfast was consistent with most Hilton property. The hotel was very quiet and clean.

Only critique is the pillows were quite flat and uncomfy and the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. But the bed itself was comfortable.

The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel carpet was very dirty though and they do not give slippers, luckily i had my own so i didn't have to step on the carpet at all. They also did not come and clean my room during the day? They have housekeeping so not sure why they didn't. Everything else was good. Tram is a 2 min walk and it's easy to get to the city centre from the hotel.

It was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Das Zimmer ist gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe: es hat gewackelt (ich war nur alleine im Bett), gepiepst und die Matratze ist schrecklich hart! Das Zimmer ist zwar schallisoliert, aber das Fenster lässt alle Lärm von aussen durch. Ich dachte zuerst, dass das Fenster geöffnet sei, dies war aber nicht so. Die Güterzüge und der Strassenlärm sind ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht zu bewältigen. Auf dem Teppich lagen Essensreste und der Föhnaufsatz passte nicht auf dem Föhn. Das Hilton ist für mich nicht mehr das Hilton was es einmal war. Schade.

I tillegg manglet rommene vann, og da vi ga beskjed om dette fikk vi bare til svar at det var vann på rommene, hvilket jo ikke stemte. Det verste var likevel at begge rommene var skitne. På den ene rommet var det søl som liknet oppkast på teppet mellom sengene, og på det andre rommet var det skitne flekker på badet, i tillegg til skitne flekker på sengetøyet. Flere av gjestene våknet av at sengetøyet ga kløe. Som om ikke dette var nok reserverte hotellet kr 6500 på betalingskortet ved innsjekk, til tross for at begge rommene var forhåndsbetalt, minibaren var tom og vi fikk beskjed om at de «kun» reserverte kr 1000 pr rom. Beløpet er fortsatt reservert 2 dager etterpå til tross for at vi ikke benyttet oss av betalingsfasiliteter. Dette hotellet oppleves IKKE som et 4-stjerners hotell, og vi kommer aldri tilbake hit.

Oczekiwałem więcej, po hotelu , który jest stosunkowo nowy. Hotel wygodny, obszerny parking, oferujący smaczne śniadanie. Dojazd do Zurichu zajmuje kilkanaście minut. Na minus brudne wykładziny w hotelu, szczegôlnie w windach. Pomocne byłoby oznakowanie dojazdu od strony zjazdu z autostrady.

Everything was great except for one thing. The beds were a bit too hard. Softer beds would be nice.

Trotz angegebener Schallisolation hat man den Verkehr auf den Gleisen gut hören können nachts. Das Bett hat geknarrt und unser Baby ständig geweckt. Für uns keine 4 Sternehotel

Sehr gut und guter service

Also ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist das bestimmt nicht hat nicht mal 1 Stern verdient. Wir dachten wir buchen ein 4 Sterne Hotel eben das alles passt von wegen. Falsche besetzte Hotelkarte hat man uns gegebenenfalls, es waren Gäste drinnen! Schlimmer gehts nicht! kein Shampoo kein Duschgel war drinnen und nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine nur ein Wasserkocher!

The usual large Hilton Business Hotel affair. Could have been a pleasant stay but let down by customer service: The good : Arrived slightly earlier than the official check in time, absolutely no issues. They guys in the restaurant area were friendly and tried to accommodate. The bad: The TV and phone in my room were not working normally this wouldn’t be an issue but I hadn’t planned to leave my room until checkout. Reported the issue in person to 2 counter staff; I was offered another room but explained it was not worth the trouble for one night. I was grateful that they would send someone to resolve the issue though. Unfortunately this promise did not materialise and I waited in my room for some time. I finally got bored and also needed food. I spoke to staff again and was told that it ‘probably’ would not be fixed. I was very disappointed that this was not reported to me at the point they realised (assuming they did not know this the first time we spoke). Instead they were happy for me to travel from the 5th floor twice to report and check on progress. As a side note, the staff were not busy and the hotel was not at capacity - extremely disappointing all things considered. Regarding the layout, they have an odd lift arrangement for the floors, takes some time to work it out including getting from the basement car park. Staff make all the difference. They could have quite easily turned this into a positive experience. I’ll try another hotel on my next trip.

It was in very remote area. Nothing around to buy anything.

Naja für Frühstück 27 Franken verlangen dafür kein Gemüse hinstellen ist schon etwas zu viel Auswahl fällt sehr üppig aus wirklich Im allgemeinen ist dieses Hotel sehr gut und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in 20 min mit dem auto in der Stadtmitte
