Zeer nette en ruime appartementen en zeer vriendelijk personeel die ook goed Engels spreken. Ruime parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar onder gebouw en locatie is redelijk op loopafstand van alles. Ook mogelijk om je kleding te wassen in aanwezige wasmachine en droger. Mochten we ooit weer naar Valencia gaan zullen we zeker weer hier boeken als ze plek hebben.

Good location, we had a car and they have a garage for the car. We also parked outside in front of the hotel for a couple of nights. We went on a double decker bus and that was just a short walking distance.

Lovely apartment (loft) with well equipped kitchen (including sachets of salt, oil etc), comfy bed and good shower. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Great location to walk or cycle around, as it's close to the long park through the city (Jardin del Turia). Also able to hire bikes from the hotel (extra £) but was very convenient and it's a great city to cycle around! We would stay here again.

Van het begin tot eind genoten van ons verblijf in Ramirez flats. Voor vertrek ontvingen wij al een appje met de vraag wat onze voorkeur was voor de bedden. Ook konden we via Ramirez een taxi regelen. Deze stond op de luchthaven op ons te wachten. De ontvangst bij de receptie was meer dan hartelijk. De accomodatie was nieuw, mooi, schoon en zeer goed uitgerust. Iedere dag kregen wij water en koffiecups voor de nespresso. Ook was er afwasmiddel, zeep, etc. Ramirez verhuurt fietsen die je in de garage kwijt kan. Echt heel fijn. Qua locatie zit je ongeveer tussen het oude centrum en het strand. Naar het centrum ook goed te lopen, strand net iets verder. Maar met fiets ideaal! Door de screens in het appartement zit je heel rustig. Geen last van straatgeluiden. De airco werkt heel goed. En ook de kluis in de kamer is fijn. Kortom we zijn meer dan tevreden en taden Ramirez zeker aan!

The staff went far and beyond. The rooms were superior, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was a great central location to get to different parts of the cities. Location was nice and walkable to the park. 10 min uber ride to old town. Very clean and comfortable suites with great staff. Bike rental available at the hotel or across the street. Highly recommend biking around the garden and to the beach.

Easy to get to, parking on-site (would be tight for a large car), friendly staff, large space, great AC and clean. Bed was a little firm, would be nice if they had the 20 from the address on the building, and all the action is across the bridge in the old town - short walk. Great coffee and breakfast at L’Encant across and down the street. Would skip the restaurant in the building.

La estancia fabulosa, apartamento muy muy limpio y cómodo. En recepción el trato rozabs la excelencia en el trato, nos asesoraron para las visitas que ver y como llegar. Nos tramitaron las entradas para no tener que hace cola. Recepción 24 horas. El parking muy bien también. Sin duda volvernos.

Very clean hotel with wonderful staff. Keila in the reception area was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Location was a 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to a very nice area with restaurants, and a easy 20 minute walk to Old Town. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen area, sitting area separate from the bedroom. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was top-quality and clean, and the location was perfect for getting into Valencia by foot or bus. The front desk spoke some English, which was very helpful. We rented a car from Enterprise just a few blocks away for our son’s soccer tournament, and with limited street parking, having a garage to load up was a big plus. We’re heading back for our last night.

Property was perfect, clean, shower had great water pressure and temperature. Kitchenette was fully equipped, including microwave, fridge and dishwasher! Lovely location near restaurants, 10 minute walk to Mestalla Stadium. Rooms were quiet, didnt hear street noise and could open/close windows. Room darkener. Ordered taxi and was waiting and on time. Definitely 10/10! No complaints

Apartment was really well equipped, clean, modern and fresh. Great arrangement for me and my teenage son and daughter for a two night stay. The most comfortable sofa bed and the the largest that I have ever slept on and two singles for the teenagers, worked really well. Great quality appliances, everything we needed for our stay and so close to the beautiful park, walking distance - for the active - to the Mall, art centre etc in one direction, city centre in another direction and supermarkets near by for the essentials. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Eine schöne zentrale Unterkunft. War gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Als Familie fanden wir die Nähe zum Park und Spielplatz super. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben auch ein kleines Geschenk für unseren Sohn bekommen und auf dem Zimmer waren auch Kinderpflegeprodukte für uns. Das einzige was ein wenig negativ war: wir haben das Zimmer direkt über der Bar bekommen welche dann abends teilweise sehr laut war. Da kann jedoch die Unterkunft nichts für, sodass wir es trotzdem mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Dies gilt eher als Tipp für Familien, um es evtl. bei der Buchung als Wunsch zu äußern (nicht direkt dadrüber ein Zimmer zu bekommen). Würden die Unterkunft ansonsten jederzeit wieder buchen :-)

Absolutely fantastic. Rooms can be less spacious but no matter as one is outside most of the time. Highly recommended.

The staff went far and beyond. The rooms were superior, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was a great central location to get to different parts of the cities. They had parking for a good price, and we were able to leave our car there without any extra fees for the day we checked out.

Very clean hotel with wonderful staff. Keila in the reception area was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Location was a 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to a very nice area with restaurants, and a easy 20 minute walk to Old Town. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen area, sitting area separate from the bedroom. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

From the reception staff to the cleaning team, the service was excellent. We also used their parking service, which was very convenient. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kids’ welcome pack was an unexpected but delightful surprise. Highly recommended! It’s about a 20–25 minute walk to the city center, but the location is fantastic with a beautiful park for walking right nearby.

What a gem. 2 room apartment at extremely reasonable prices. Staff here are superb. Laura & Aurora checked us in and Laura gave us a run down on the area and matked everything to see on a map. The tourism people couldnt have done as good a job. Apartments are fitted out extremely well. Kitchen has everything you could require. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Location was nice and walkable to the park. 10 min uber ride to old town. Very clean and comfortable suites with great staff. Bike rental available at the hotel or across the street. Highly recommend biking around the garden and to the beach.

Great apartments, spacious and clean. Staff are amazing and very very helpful. The apartment is a little outside of the old town and away from the noise and crowds but close enough to walk. It took us about 20 mins to get to the center. Bus, cans, bikes and Segway’s all available. We’d recommend for couples and would definitely stay again.

Everything was top-quality and clean, and the location was perfect for getting into Valencia by foot or bus. The front desk spoke some English, which was very helpful. We rented a car from Enterprise just a few blocks away for our son’s soccer tournament, and with limited street parking, having a garage to load up was a big plus. We’re heading back for our last night.

This is a great place to stay in Valencia, I highly recommended. It is less than 2 city blocks from a major runabout that has great public transportation . Quiet area but not out of the way at all. We stayed at a great flat. Nice staff, small places to eat just a few steps away and major restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Property was perfect, clean, shower had great water pressure and temperature. Kitchenette was fully equipped, including microwave, fridge and dishwasher! Lovely location near restaurants, 10 minute walk to Mestalla Stadium. Rooms were quiet, didnt hear street noise and could open/close windows. Room darkener. Ordered taxi and was waiting and on time. Definitely 10/10! No complaints

Bed was a little firm, would be nice if they had the 20 from the address on the building, and all the action is across the bridge in the old town - short walk. Great coffee and breakfast at L’Encant across and down the street. Would skip the restaurant in the building.

Es war alles gut. Sauberes Zimmer mit Kochnische. Leider hatte das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant. Es war aber nur wenige Meter vom Eingang entfernt ein Restaurant und gegenüber ein Bäcker.

Great spot between the beach and the old city. Hotel offers bike rentals and city was super biker friendly even for a family of four. Hotel opened an amazing rooftop pool the day we arrived which was a complete surprise. We used it everyday!! Great spot. Highly recommended.
