This hotel was a great choice to explore Tokyo. Its within 3 min walk to the Kokkai-gijidomae metro station exit 5 which made the city very accessible. Our other favorite parts of this hotel were the onsen which we used every night to rest and relax after a day of walking and exploring. And the breakfast had a great selection of delicious Japanese food and drinks and some Western options too (egg, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, granola, fruit, breads). We loved our stay!

En general es un hotel muy bueno y bonito con estaciones de metro cerca y la zona es hermosa, lo único que no me gustó es su onsen que no te dejan utilizarlo si tienes tatuajes ya que es un hotel en general para extranjeros y ya todos estamos tatuados, deberían ser mas relajados en ese tema. Property is a bit out of the way, easy access to trains, wasn’t very clean, air condition unit is moldy, rooms are dusty, can use a wipe down on all surface, washroom is very small. Laundry machines are not so good, and very busy.

Wir haben uns trotz der geringen Zimmergröße für ein Zimmer zu zweit im Hotel entschieden. Das Zimmer war dementsprechend wie zuvor erwartet eng, aber für uns von der Größe ausreichend, da wir unseren Urlaub zum größten Teil ohnehin draußen verbracht haben. Anderen Reisenden, die geringen Platz bemängeln, würde ich abraten, sich ein Zimmer zu teilen. Besonders das Badezimmer ist ziemlich klein gehalten. Grundsätzlich habe ich das Zimmer, sowie das gesamte Hotel als sehr sauber empfunden, wobei unser Zimmer etwas renovierungsbedürftig ausgesehen hat. Dennoch haben wir uns nicht unwohl gefühlt, auch wenn das noch besser geht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist aus meiner Sicht ausbaufähig. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, da das Frühstück insgesamt von hoher Qualität ist, nur leider hält sich die Auswahl in Grenzen. Probleme, einen Platz zu bekommen trotz der doch wenigen Plätze am Buffet hatten wir nicht. Das Hotel bietet auch eine Art Onsen. Aufgrund dessen, dass dieser gut besucht war, schätze ich, dass jener auch ganz schön ist. Wir selber haben ihn allerdings nicht verwenden. Dennoch ein schönes Extra. Im Zimmer selbst muss ich noch den Fernseher bemängeln. Vielleicht bin ich da zu ungeduldig, allerdings schaltet er sich immer beim Einlegen der Zimmerkarte automatisch ein und spielt repetitiv die gleichen Kurzvideos ab. Das ist etwas nervig, natürlich aber kein Drama. Das Personal lässt sich positiv hervorheben - Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect — just a 3-minute walk from the metro station and not far from a lively neighborhood with nice restaurants and shops. The room was small, but that’s quite common in Japan. Hotel was clean, room was very small but had everything you could need for your stay. Staff was super helpful, we had our bags delivered to the hotel ahead of time and also kept them at the hotel after we checked out and it was all secure safe and easy to do.

Very good overall. In the Government area so very quiet. Staff speaks English. Very close to a subway station. But not a lot of restaurants around - need to walk at least 10 minutes. The towels were changed every day but the trash wasn’t emptied out. We had to ask for extra coffee capsules the second day. Out of all the places we stayed in Japan, this hotel was the only one which did not have a heated toilet seat nor a bidet with warm water :(

Very good when you go in knowing what you paid for! The only reason it’s not a perfect 5 stars is because the pillows are flatter than a piece of paper. However! I’m really not picky. Keep in mind it is very small in the rooms, but it tells you the square footage online before you book. :)

The staff were very helpful. Easy to check in and out. Very straightforward to leave my bags and pick them up after I checked out. The only thing I was disappointed was I could hear a guest watching TV at night and found it difficult to sleep (but I am quite sensitive about noise when I try to sleep.) Otherwise, I was happy with the stay.

The hotel staff are courteous, professional and efficient. My son’s flight was delayed due to a snowstorm and he had to cancel first night’s stay. When I told them the situation in the morning, they said they would contact Expedia because I booked the room via Expedia and would text me the result. I received their text around noon and was glad to learn that they were able to cancel the first night stay without cancellation fee. I really appreciate their help.

Easy to find, but in a quiet/sleepy area - provides a clean and relatively comfortable room. The room is on the small side, especially the bathroom, but a good nights' sleep was had. Staff at check in were not very efficient and I didn't see the point of a self check in desk when staff insisted on checking you in! They also charged for early check in despite the room being ready which was disappointing.

Central location with good access to most main Metro lines but long tunnels to walk through. Sento / bath is excellent and breakfast is good value. Rooms are small with standard bath / shower / toilet module only. Great sky view on 17th floor and just next to Hie shrine but no kombini nearby so need to walk to station or into Akasaka.

We stayed in this hotel 12 days, Room was small, but comfortable enough. We got breakfast package. It was a good selection but exactly same food for 12 days. A little variety would be nice. We never use the sauna area because you have to be naked there. All hotel staff is very polite and trying to be helpful. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Would recommend upgrade to a view room (a little larger). I would not take breakfast next time.

The breakfast is great, offering a wide selection of Japanese and international dishes, a nice dining area with seating options both inside and outside, and welcoming staff. Great hotel, nice and quiet location and very clean. Easy access to the train station so easy to get around. Only downside was how small the double room is. This hotel has a coffee pod machine in the room which is awesome and the buffet breakfast is amazing. I really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast options on the buffet.
