Room was clean but bed was very noisey when you got in and out. It would have been nice to have a box of tissues and paper cups for bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner wasn't working. Juan, the hotels maintenance worker, was amazing. He tried to fix the existing ac unit. He checked the next day and saw it still wasn't fixed so he replaced the unit with a new one. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He delivered excellent customer service.
