Det fineste hotel og den smukkeste vestibule. Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomt og bare virkelig søde. Værelset var stor og rummeligt og sengen var god og så var det muligt at streame fra indbygget chromecast, dejlig lille overraskelse. Fri wifi og perfekt beliggenhed i hjertet af Hamborg. Skøn morgenmad. Parkering i nærmest p-hus var dyrt. 50 euro for en dag.

Obwohl zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung auf jedem portal der angebliche Wellnessbereich angegeben wurde, war dieser nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten ein Wellnesswochenende geplant und dieses fiel nun ins wasser und es wurde lediglich ein städtetrip, da nur sauna und fittnessbereich vorhanden sind. Sind von pool und wellnessbehandlungen wie massage und kosmetik ausgegangen. Sehr enttäuschend, dass keiner der Mitarbeiter, insbesondere das Management, welches per mail von uns kontaktiert wurde, sich dazu geäußert hat. Wenn es als wellnesshotel deklariert wird, sollte es auch eins sein. Auf jeden fall wurde diese irreführende Angabe nun geändert, nachdem wir mehrfach darauf hingewiesen haben. Hätte wenigstens eine Stellungnahme des hotels erwartet. Aber still ruht der See. Sehr schade, einen urlaubstag verschwendet zu haben mit der Vorfreude auf ein wellnesswochenende.

Marco beim Check in an der Rezeption war ein Hochgenuss: kompetent, freundlich, hilfsbereit ! Das Hotel besitzt leider keine Möglichkeit, um Fahrzeuge abzustellen. Der Hinweis auf E-Ladesäulen ist eine Farce. Durchgehend belegt; sehr niedrige Ladekapazität und dann noch begrenzte Ladezeit. Zimmer und Sauberkeit waren ohne jegliche Beanstandung. Nahe an der Katastrophe war das Sonntagsfrühstück. Überfüllter Frühstücksraum, teilweise sehr unbequeme Sitzmöbel, komplett überfordertes Personal, etc. etc. Immer wieder kam der Hinweis, dass man "NIVEA" im Haus habe und das Durcheinander dadurch entstanden sei. DAS war aber doch wohl im Voraus bekannt ? Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hält einem Vergleich mit anderen vergleichbaren Häusern in keiner Weise stand. Man sollte den Verantwortlichen einen Frühstücksgutschein im "Atlantic " oder den "VierJahreszeiten" spendieren, um eine Relation herzustellen. Beim Preis-/Leistungsvergleich kann das "Fraser", trotz Sauberkeit und Innenstadtnähe wahrlich NICHT mithalten. Da bieten andere Häuser, teilweise zum niedrigeren Preis, mehr.

Nice hotel, but the view was not as depicted on the booking. The water view was small and limited. No onsite parking and there were several steps you had to carry luggage up! Very hard with big bags, and we are younger and in good shape. The gentleman that checked us in was VERY nice, and helped a lot. He also gave us 3 pages of great tips to places/sites in walking distance. One lady at the desk was very rude however.

Unfortunately one of our group was bitten by bedbugs first night. Staff tried to blame allergies when it was obvious what it was. Only after using very clear language did she get a different room. Otherwise fine, but that really ruined the experience. Never in 20 years of traveling several times a year experienced bedbugs before.

The exterior may look old and historic, but the room was quite modern, very spacious and with a very high ceiling. Wifi coverage was great, the bed stands had power outlets, the bathroom was very clean and well designed and had everything you'd need. The gym was relatively well equipped by hotel standards and well maintained, as were the saunas. The lobby and other amenities were also quite nice, with two large rooms that served as a kind of library. It almost felt like living in a palace, except with a modern room. I just wish I had been staying longer! The only minor complaint was that housekeeping didn't respect the do not disturb sign on two occasions. Transportation was also super convenient since the U3 U-Bahn station was right outside the front door of the hotel.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Fantastic shower. Well supplied. Our room did not have windows we could open or blinds we could open as people could see directly in. It was a bit stuffy on hot days but nothing bad. AC in bedroom was perfect - slept like a baby.

A perfect balance of classical architecture and modern convenience and design sensibility. The well-appointed and immaculate suite has tall ceilings and windows, well stocked fridge and small kitchen appliances, even an in-room washer/dryer combo! The bed is super comfortable. We loved everything!

Desde el check in evitaron ofrecerme los beneficios de VIP access. Les solicité el acceso de categoría cuando llegamos (la propiedad no estaba llena, lo cual comprobé porque había disponibilidad en Expedia en casi todas sus categorías de habitación) y de manera directa dijeron que NO TENÍAN NINGUNA COLABORACIÓN CON EXPEDIA. Cuando les mostré la publicidad engañosa en la que decían que eran una propiedad VIP access me ofrecieron disculpas vacías pues no hicieron nada para corregir su supuesto error. La mejor prueba de que no tienen la menor intención de honrar sus compromisos con Expedia llegó justo el día anterior a la salida, pues les pedí el late check out y el día de la salida me respondieron que “sí había disponibilidad pero debía de pagar 20 euros por cada hora después de las 12:00 pm” a pesar de que ese es un beneficio del programa VIP access. No me volvería a hospedar en la propiedad de unos mentirosos.

Fraser Suites is an absolutely amazing hotel to stay. The room was great and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Their hospitality and willingness to help guests was outstanding. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good there as well. Mr. Say as the concierge really stood out to me. A mild-mannered gentleman with a brilliant smile and just a great personality. Fraser Suites Hamburg is by far one the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in Germany thus far. Highly recommend this facility to anyone.

When I checked in, my reservation said that I am eligible for an ungraded, if one is available. I asked if one was an available the guy said “you’re reservation does not allow for that”. And I said “is one not available or am I not eligible for one?” He said I was not eligible. When I showed him that I was in fact, eligible for one he said “sorry it’s not available”, which was an obvious lie because options were available online. All the ladies working had a great attitude and the overall stay was good, but this man really had a terrible attitude and was also a liar. Maybe someone should tell him that it doesn’t come out of his personal money to upgrade someone.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und mit der U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür lässt sich Hamburg perfekt erkunden. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, in der Bar ebenfalls freundlich an den meisten unserer Besuche aber unterbesetzt und somit leider gestresst und unaufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön groß. Ob das Hotel auf allen Ebenen den 5 Sterne-Standart erfüllt, mag ich bezweifeln, es ist aber eine Top Preis-Leistungsempfehlung!

Excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere. Even though it is very near the S-bahn track, the room was very quiet. The hotel is in a beautiful building, the room itself was beautiful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we'll be in Hamburg.

Fantastisk flot lobby og fællesområder, lækre store værelser. Morgenmaden efterlod noget tilbage at ønske. Nogenlunde udvalg, men ikke overvældende. Kaffemaskinerne skulle rengøres under morgenmaden den ene dag, så her var det ikke muligt at få kaffe i en halv times tid. Burde være gjort inden åbning. Overordnet set super fint, kommer gerne igen.
