This hotel was just perfect for what we needed. I'm sure, if we had had time to swim or spend time hanging out in the lobby or workout room, it would have been great also. Everything was so new and clean. Thank you!

I had forgot to request a ground level room. They made some changes and secured a ground level for us. We had a pet and the next door pet did bark some, but that is to be expected, somewhat uncontrollable, but not excessive. The staff was again very accommodating to our requests and needs.

This is a great hotel, I drive a Tesla and was pleasantly surprised to see a charger, so that was awesome. However, I was not happy to see not one but three stink bugs in my room. And then when I was getting something out of my trunk at a restaurant after I checked out, I saw another stink bug - which came from my hotel room.

The property appears to be relatively new but had issues. The door to the room had to be pushed so hard to close and would not lock properly. The grouting in the shower was not pretty and there was brown mold. The toilet paper holder was falling off wall. Something was splattered on wall by trash in bathroom that had not been cleaned. We discovered LOTs of ants in the bathroom which is strange on 2nd floor room. We took the stairs from side door often and there was spilled cereal that was there when we arrived and still when we left. Definitely not what we expected.

I love the pillows at the Hampton, they’re always so comfortable. Our refrigerator had a Popeyes chicken box that wasn’t ours in it. No big deal! The bottom of the shower curtain looked a little moldy, but so does mine at home ;/. I would have mentioned it at the desk at checkout but no one was at the desk to checkout at 10am so we left without officially checking out and didn’t get to mention the shower curtain. I would definitely stay there again because it’s a nice place.

We needed a quick stay last minute. Was super close to restaurants and shopping which made it easy and convenient. It’s not super quiet- you can hear everything in the rooms above yours and the pillows reminded me of hospital pillows- flat and not overly comfortable. Other than that- it was as great for a quick trip!

The beds were not comfortable at all. As expensive as it was i expected at least a pillow top mattress. The room we booked was supposedly handicapped accesible but only had a tub shower, which was not good, since my husband is in a wheelchair.

We got there around 10:30 pm (it's a 5-hour drive from our house, with the time change), and the gentleman that greeted us was very friendly and courteous. I was afraid with us getting there that late, that the room might not be held. He even helped give us directions to the place we were going the next morning. I will definitely stay there again, if we are in that area!

Two nights to visit family. Location was very convenient to S Lex. Near a mall. TV excellent. Could walk to a fast food Mexican restaurant. Breakfast looked better than it was but it was in a very pleasant common area. Coffee always available.
