The doormen were super nice especially Loc. The staffs were nice, the room was pretty big and very nice. The pool was good but 1 thing i didn't like that it was in the shade so the water always cold.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Cleaning services always kept the rooms clean and refilled with clean towels everyday. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, and nice city view from the bedrooms. Most of the staff were nice and polite, some of the staff were not as welcoming as others. Some just stand there quietly and not greeting anyone or making any recognition of guest. One receptionist seemed to have a bit of an attitude when talking to my wife. Our receptionist Anh and the hotel manager Trieu were great to deal with. Anh helped take our bags up to our room, and even waited for our taxi to arrive to help load up the bags. We had a bit of a miscommunication issue with one of the staffs regarding our laundry, but the manager came to meet us face to face to sort out the issue. The lack of proper laundry service definitely was an issue. And the staff failed to let us know about meal vouchers and discounts on food and shops within the hotel property. But it was a great stay, very clean hotel and very spacious rooms. Walking distance to food and shopping was great.

Havsutsikten ifrån balkongen var fantastisk!! Skyddad insyn ifrån grannarna och idylliska vyer så långt ögat nådde. Köket var stort och modernt - stor kyl/frys och fräscha vitvaror. Något begränsat utbud av köksredskap, men de väsentliga sakerna finns där (tallrikar, glas, bestick, kastruller/stekjärn). Det enda tråkiga var att poolen på hotellet var väldigt kall, men eftersom havet ligger precis över gatan (och erbjuder gratis solstolar och handdukar), var det självklart att spendera dagarna där istället. Läget är perfekt precis intill stranden - med nattmarknad och centrum bara 10 minuters promenad bort. Jag rekommenderar verkligen att bo här! Vi kommer gärna tillbaks!

2 bedroom Oceanviewに6泊しました。ロケーションが抜群でシェラトンまで道路1本渡るだけですのでダウンタウンの中心にあり便利でした。 毎日お掃除がありバスタオル、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルなど交換しベッドメイキングもありました。 洗剤はなかったですが洗濯機はありました。(洗剤はフロント受付に言えば渡しますの案内の紙をチェックインの時にもらいました) とにかく清潔で便利で部屋も広々としてビューも良いので家族でのんびりできました。 冷蔵庫や電子レンジも赤ちゃんの離乳食を温めたりするのに便利でした。 フロントは英語でコミュニケーションできて良かったです。 プールは確かに小さめではありますが、飲み物を注文できたり、深さも115cmなので小学5年生でも足が届いて楽しく泳いで遊びました。幼児用の小さいプールもあり、どちらも綺麗でした。ニャチャンにまた訪れる時はまた利用したいと思いました。

The one bed suite was very spacious and well equipped clean with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Many restaurants on site and on close proximity, the beach is close by only a few steps away. The staff are amazing and very friendly.Trieu was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist us, going over and above our expectations

The Costa was clean, convenient, great location along the beach, the hotel staff were absolutely accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful with recommendations and insights of the local area. The rooms were huge and clean. We would 100% come back to this hotel. Lastly, the balcony room view was spectacular.

There was no electrical outlet for hair dryer in the bathroom and no mirror outside the bathroom in one bedroom suite...this was so unacceptable. There was one in the bathrom in the studio multi-view room.

I do not recommend staying at this residence. I do not expect a hotel amenity, or customer service. But I do expect a comfortable stay which this residence is unable to provide. I booked an ocean view. They have security guards downstairs and nice lobby. We had no issue checking in. The room was very noisy throughout the day. The noice is from hotel staffs. When we complained, the front desks staffs claimed it from construction and from other guests and there is nothing they can do to rectify the issues. Our stay was not comfortable because they didn’t help solve the issues. However after multiple complaints and escalated to the manager. They did refund me one night. I modified the review to reflect that they did try to address our concern after the event. We were hoping that they could do something during our stay so that we could have a comfortable stays. I hope you will have better experience than ours.

일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다 해변 바로 앞이면서 도심이라 어디든 다니기 좋았습니다. 이번에 4룸, 3룸 다른 날짜로 두가지 이용했는데 4룸은 앞건물로 정말 환상적 오션뷰였고 100평이상으로 대가족 이용하기 완벽했습니다 3룸은 뒷건물이였는데 이곳도 청결하고 모든게 갖춰져있어서 불편함이 없었으나 열쇠와 카드키를 둘다 사용해야하는 단점이있었습니다 그리고 음식배달받을때 주소가 같아서 호텔입구로 가는 경우가 많이 불편했는데 배달기사에게 호텔아니고 레지던스 입구로 와달라는 메세지를 보내면 바로 잘 받을수있었습니다

I do not recommend staying at this residence. I do not expect a hotel amenity, or customer service. But I do expect a comfortable stay which this residence is unable to provide. I booked an ocean view. They have security guards downstairs and nice lobby. We had no issue checking in. However, everything else went down hill. The room was very noisy throughout the day. The noice is from hotel staffs. When we complained, the front desks staffs claimed it from construction and from other residences which they cannot do anything about it. However, I did not hear the construction noice. It was loudly chatting noice. It started at 630 am and lasted throughout the day. Despite multiple complaints, they could not rectify the issue. When we were downstair talking to the front desk, one of the other guests were also having the same complaint. He said he booked a 30 days stay and it has been this loud for the past 30 days. The best answer I got from the front desk is that this is residences , not hotel, so we cannot do anything.

The one bed suite was very spacious and well equipped clean with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Many restaurants on site and on close proximity, the beach is close by only a few steps away. The staff are amazing and very friendly.Trieu was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist us, going over and above our expectations

The doormen were super nice especially Loc. The staffs were nice, the room was pretty big and very nice. The pool was good but 1 thing i didn't like that it was in the shade so the water always cold.

Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original suite I paid for and booked The breakfast was horrible and the downgraded room was not nice and is not a 5 star. I’m still very upset about how they handled the situation. I even asked them if they can at least charge me for the lower room price as we need the 3 beds and had to downgrade and they Would not! They still kept my money.

Great property. Good location. Staff is good. The only thing they forgot about our anniversary celebration. I mentioned and reminded them again, staff said they will check and let me know but nothing, we chose this location for our 15th anniversary but was disappointed with that. Property is clean and got amazing views. Food is good. Staff is great as well. But don’t promise something you can’t deliver.

The Costa was clean, convenient, great location along the beach, the hotel staff were absolutely accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful with recommendations and insights of the local area. The rooms were huge and clean. We would 100% come back to this hotel. Lastly, the balcony room view was spectacular.

2 bedroom Oceanviewに6泊しました。ロケーションが抜群でシェラトンまで道路1本渡るだけですのでダウンタウンの中心にあり便利でした。 毎日お掃除がありバスタオル、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルなど交換しベッドメイキングもありました。 洗剤はなかったですが洗濯機はありました。(洗剤はフロント受付に言えば渡しますの案内の紙をチェックインの時にもらいました) とにかく清潔で便利で部屋も広々としてビューも良いので家族でのんびりできました。 冷蔵庫や電子レンジも赤ちゃんの離乳食を温めたりするのに便利でした。 フロントは英語でコミュニケーションできて良かったです。 プールは確かに小さめではありますが、飲み物を注文できたり、深さも115cmなので小学5年生でも足が届いて楽しく泳いで遊びました。幼児用の小さいプールもあり、どちらも綺麗でした。ニャチャンにまた訪れる時はまた利用したいと思いました。

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Cleaning services always kept the rooms clean and refilled with clean towels everyday. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, and nice city view from the bedrooms. Most of the staff were nice and polite, some of the staff were not as welcoming as others. Some just stand there quietly and not greeting anyone or making any recognition of guest. One receptionist seemed to have a bit of an attitude when talking to my wife. Our receptionist Anh and the hotel manager Trieu were great to deal with. Anh helped take our bags up to our room, and even waited for our taxi to arrive to help load up the bags. We had a bit of a miscommunication issue with one of the staffs regarding our laundry, but the manager came to meet us face to face to sort out the issue. The lack of proper laundry service definitely was an issue. And the staff failed to let us know about meal vouchers and discounts on food and shops within the hotel property. But it was a great stay, very clean hotel and very spacious rooms. Walking distance to food and shopping was great.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. Cleaning services always kept the rooms clean and refilled with clean towels everyday. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, and nice city view from the bedrooms. Most of the staff were nice and polite, some of the staff were not as welcoming as others. Some just stand there quietly and not greeting anyone or making any recognition of guest. One receptionist seemed to have a bit of an attitude when talking to my wife. Our receptionist Anh and the hotel manager Trieu were great to deal with. Anh helped take our bags up to our room, and even waited for our taxi to arrive to help load up the bags. Great property. Good location. Staff is good. The only thing they forgot about our anniversary celebration. I mentioned and reminded them again, staff said they will check and let me know but nothing, we chose this location for our 15th anniversary but was disappointed with that. Property is clean and got amazing views. Food is good. Staff is great as well. But don’t promise something you can’t deliver.

The Costa was clean, convenient, great location along the beach, the hotel staff were absolutely accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful with recommendations and insights of the local area. The rooms were huge and clean. We would 100% come back to this hotel. Lastly, the balcony room view was spectacular.

There was no electrical outlet for hair dryer in the bathroom and no mirror outside the bathroom in one bedroom suite...this was so unacceptable. There was one in the bathrom in the studio multi-view room.
