No elevator??? Are you kidding me? Is that even legal? I’m 71 years old, and suddenly I’m hauling two suitcases, up 2 flights of stairs, that weigh over 50 lbs each…. Totally F’d up.

The hot tub was out of service, the pool was green, they said it was from the new chemicals, there was no heat even in the pool area. The wall paper in the stairwells was coming off the wall and either taped or stapled to the wall. There was food left in the refrigerator in our room, not ours...then as we were leaving we found a hat by the far side bed, was not ours, the room did not look like it had been vacuumed either.

The hottub was closed and they didn't tell us when we checked in and asked pool hours. The first room we were given the bathroom smelt like piss so bad we couldn't even go in there. It is an older hotel and it shows! Needs updates, but most of all need a good scrubbing!

If you can get past the exterior condition of this dated building, you'll be satisfied. The front desk was friendly. The pool and hot tub are nice and pool area clean. There is NO ELEVATOR - so be aware of that. The room is well appointed, bed was comfy, shower was good. Breakfast spread was good. Used the laundry facilities and all is good there. Turned out to be better than the first impression!

The first room we got had a broken TV and was not cleaned. There was sticky stuff everywhere, dust, the beds had yellow stains. The second room we got was the same way. They finally moved us into a better room after much complaint but this was nothing special. It was only for a night so we dealt with it but DO NOT stay here.

Room was average for hall noise. Did quiet down relatively early. Room was very musty and bathroom had an odor I can’t describe. Smells like cat urine. I am quite sure it was a strong pine cleaner that was used. I ran the exhaust fan the entire stay and my asthma handled it fine. Breakfast was nice with full offerings. Front staff was prompt and helpful. I did not complain about my room. Sold out everywhere in town.

This property is very old and in serious need of renovation. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, mattress is on a spring frame. There was a noticeable odor throughout the room, and the carpeted floor felt unclean. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this property.

Stayed here for two nights we got a double queen suite and was hoping for an enjoyable experience with the kids and it was down right terrible !! Went through 3 rooms before we got a half way clean one ! Then come to find out there was mold under the bath mat had to bathe my 9 month old in the sink! Very horrible experience I’ve worked in the cleaning field and could tell as soon as I entered the room it was nasty! Was hoping it was gunna be clean due to it was supposed to be all new beds and remolded nope I was very wrong !! Went to the front desk numerous times and complained and was hoping to speak with management and never got the chance I will be calling and seeing about a refund although I’m sure that will not happen , I will never go back here again ..

Broken/noisy fan in bathroom, smelly bathroom and hallways. Hotel is very old construction that has been painted up with new beds, fixtures. Just ok. Small and dark room. Window looked into a brick wall. A/C unit very loud and constantly turned on/off throughout the night waking my whole family. beds were good, pool is nice, & breakfast was good.

What I didn't like is no chair for visitor's to sit only the bed. No desk to sit at to eat food only on the bed. No place to hang up clothes or no drawers to put them in. No hand soap to wash your hands. Some good things are location, easy to get to highways, lots of stores and restaurants near by. Good price and daily breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. Would have liked to have a table and chairs to sit on besides just the bed. That was uncomfortable sitting on if not wanting to lay down. A comfy chair also for people like my husband that have trouble laying flat. .

The girl at the front desk when we checked in seamed like it was her first day. It took 30 min to check in and she made a mistake that could not be fixed until the next day by the manager. Old property but newly renovated and clean. NO elevator. Makes it difficult for us to get to room with 4 suitcases

The hotel had a fresh coat of paint and new flooring but little modernization beyond wifi. Hot tub didn't work, pool ceiling needs redone and vents were rusted out. House keeping walked right in our room at 9:30 AM without a knock or announcement. Had to get out key cards reactivated every morning. Maintenance showed up while i was in the shower due to a "leak" which we didn't report and we were on the bottom floor. Very intrusive in my opinion. Overall just not a great experience.

Staff was friendly however, charged me twice. There was no cable the whole night I stayed, pool was too freezing to use and the hot tub was out of order. I was put in a handicap room and the shower would fill up the whole bathroom floor with water so half of my clothes got wet.

I made a reservation and paid through Expedia, but when I arrived, the front desk clerk demanded that I leave a $100 cash deposit. This isn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking. My wife had $80 on her, which they accepted. When we checked out, they insisted on inspecting the room before returning it. They did indeed return the money, but I felt like I was being treated like a criminal upon walking in the door and I don’t think the property should be allowed to remain on Expedia without disclosing this policy. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed at a hotel. Absolutely terrible policy and awful customer service. I will never return under any circumstances. There are plenty of other hotels in town.

Hotel was nice, and was a real trip saver when we had an issue with AirBnb where they dropped the ball in a big way. Hotel is close enough to downtown so it’s conveniently located. Beds were nice, but the hotel is a little dated. Overall I would stay again!

It was a nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. However our room door had quite a gap around it that let in a lot of light and noise from the hallway. They didn’t have any extra blankets that we asked for. The pool and hot were clean and nice. The breakfast was hot and fresh they really kept it coming. Overall a very nice stay.
