The location is the absolute best with beach access. There was a comfortable bar outside facing the beach. The breakfast was better than expected. My kids loved the pool and hottub which connected indoor to outdoor.

We loved this hotel! Clean, decorated nicely, the rooms are so spacious. The hot tub and pool were clean and well heated and the breakfast buffet was great! Loved being so close to the water and the bonfire pits and chairs out front were a nice addition.

This property is perfectly located right on the beach, in walking distance of nearby shopping and eateries. The outdoor patios were so inviting with a patio bar, tons of outdoor seating, and lovely fire pits. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. The onsite restaurant was delicious and lovely too! We will definitely be back with our family!

Beautiful hotel. I don't know why hotels insist on putting non locking doors on bathrooms though. Room was clean and quiet. Not enough parking in the parking lot.

Great location but noisy with the cars/trucks pulling in to the parking lots between the hotel and the lake. A lot of racing engines. People were also outside in the hot tub or sitting by the fire pits at midnight which was loud for a weekday.

The location of this property is a gem!! It is in the center of a city park so if you have young children there is extra great space to play on nearby. The outdoor fire pits and restaurant, beach, lighthouses on sea walls were also fun! The only downside for us was our bathroom was not fully clean when we arrived.

This is a wonderful, fairly new hotel right across from the beach. We loved being able to easily walk to the pier and the water. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is immaculate. We enjoyed the view and accommodations very much. Breakfast is always welcome! It was fresh with many options (eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, and variety of milk and juices)

The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. They knew this was an anniversary trip so gave us a 20$ voucher to there in hotel, restaurant. Also they had a bottle of wine for us in the room. The room was updated but the room was VERY dry and bed was as hard as a rock. Terrible sleep. Our skin was so dry after one night in the room. The my did not leave a cork screw with the wine so we had to get one from the front desk, again helpful staff. Breakfast and coffee was very good and diverse. Coffee 24/7 was nice. Food at the restaurant and drinks were all great! There was only 2 towels given for two people having a 2 day stay but when asked for more they were delivered quickly. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Again, service was great all around but due to the bed and very dry air I will not stay here again.

Hotel was amazing and right in lake Michigan. Very clean, staff was super friendly. The breakfest in the am was super good and coffe was actually good as well. There is a restaurant on the top floor and they have great drink and amazing truffle fries. The only downside is the restaurant was directly above our room and when they closed at 11 you could hear them dragging chairs and tables across the floor and it was very loud while trying to fall alseep. All and all hotel was great and had a good stay.

The room I booked was a LakeView studio with king bed. The room I got had a view of the parking lot and a side window of the river. I asked to be moved to a lake view and was assigned a room with 2 queen beds. I feel I had to settle for a lesser room for a grander price

Based on other Hampton Inn's I've stayed at this one, while new & very clean, is overpriced for what you get. Comfortable bed & very good breakfast, but otherwise rather "bare-bones" -- very poor lighting in room, only one uncomfortable chair in room meant for 4 people, no glasses for water (only cardboard coffee cups), smallish towels, cheapest toilet paper, no hotel info other than by QR code on phone. Front desk personnel was very pleasant.

Configuration of King room, patio, breakfast/lobby very well done. Patio with fire pit & bar you can order both drinks & food & music in evening - all excellent with happy atmosphere. Nadine at the desk answered so many questions of multiple people with warmth and a smile. Love the indoor/outdoor hot tub and the facilities were very clean throughout the hotel. On the beach & very close to downtown - great spot to be!

New very clean property. Nice breakfast in the morning. Location was wonderful. The room was very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Outside area and pool area were very nice, even thought I did not use them. Firepits, ample chairs and a great beach view. I could see with a longer stay they would be nice amenities to have. Check in was difficult and I have billing issues because of it. I was charged by Expedia for one night and charged two additional times by Hampton for the room. Currently I have 3 charges for one night and one room. Staff was not very helpful and I am still waiting on a call back for a resolution.

This place was beyond amazing. The staff were incredible. Amy was the best person iv ever met at a front desk. She was helpful and found extra swimming stuff for my son. The overnight staff (don’t remember her name unfortunately) was also incredible. My son was throwing up all night and she came to help get me everything I needed and provided extra of everything without me asking. She brought us water and extra towels to make sure my son was ok. The staff really care and understand other parents. They reassured me that they have kids and that it was completely understandable of the situation. I cannot tell you any other way how amazing they truly are. The place is clean and kept up with. The only thing I did not like is that staff were on the floor with a small brush scrubbing the grout. That is not part of their job. If they want this done then they should have someone else do it and or provide an electric floor scrubber to make it faster. It can take hours and days for them to do this. I was not happy about them working so hard doing this.

Brand new property. The restaurant was way understaffed food was very average. The view is amazing. However at night seems like people like to come down with their loud cars late at night and rev and peak out and be obnoxious. Kept us up. Other then that was a nice place

Is perfect beach access to a wonderful Lake Michigan Beach. Many parks surround this hotel and there are many beautiful walks along the river and piers. Not far from main roads & downtown, but is NOT along the highway or crowded with other hotels.

Beautiful location on beach at pier. Amazing sunset from 5th floor bar. Trailhead for Riverwalk boardwalk into downtown. Staff super helpful with suggestions. Surrounded by park/ playground. Would be great choice fo small kids.

This hotel was beautiful. The surrounding area and views were incredible. A beach bar! A top floor restaurant with yummy food and great views again! It was a very nice room with comfortable beds and a great shower. If only I could manage to go to a Hilton branded hotel that actually had conditioner. That would be amazing. It is always bone dry! This was no different. They were quick to fix the problem though. Staff was great. Breakfast was normal. They have a hot tub you can swim to the outside of. Very interesting. Overall experience was great. The breakfast selection was under whelming and was not filled was out of alot when we arrived at 8am. Would have liked to see some yogurt varieties and maybe bananas that are not green.

only thing i was disappointed with were their egg omelets. the imitation cheese sauce they used was terrible tasting. i suggest just removed it an enjoyed the rest of your breakfast

The proximity to the beach is amazing! The restaurant on the 5th floor was great. We spent a very nice evening on the patio enjoing cocktails and conversations with locals. My only complaint would be they advertise room service but they don't have room service.
