This is a really fantastic luxury hotel. The hotel itself has amazing facilities including a spa and gym, restaurant, cafe/bar and a second bar on the ground floor. We felt so well looked after the whole time by all of the lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble, including getting us milk for our 2 year old daughter at 5am in the morning! The local area is also fantastic and a bonus for us was they had a street party/festival on the weekend we were there, which was very family friendly. We hope to come back and stay again to see more of Munich, as we spent a lot of time enjoying the hotel and it’s facilities.

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und mit sehr viel Stil eingerichtet – Design-Liebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Das Hotel verspricht den „größten Spa-Bereich Münchens“ – das klang vielversprechend, allerdings war der Pool überraschend kalt und leider der einzige. Für einen echten Wellness-Aufenthalt wäre etwas mehr Vielfalt schön gewesen. Die Atmosphäre im Spa war trotzdem sehr angenehm und entspannend. Ein großes Manko waren allerdings die sehr hellhörigen Zimmer. Man hört wirklich alles vom Nachbarzimmer – Gespräche, Schritte, selbst das Duschen. Für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf eher ungeeignet, was schade ist, weil sonst alles stimmt. Fazit: Ein stylisches Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail und großartigem Ambiente, aber mit Schwächen beim Schallschutz und im Spa-Angebot. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Reinigungspersonal geklopft hätte, bevor es ins Zimmer kommt. Es ist wirklich unangenehm, wenn ein fremder Mensch vor einem steht, wenn man gerade aus der Dusche kommt. Beim Check out wurde man nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Diese Aufmerksamkeit wäre schon schön gewesen. Sonst war alles gut. Schönes Hotel

Absolut empfehlenswert. Unser Aufenthalt im Wellnesshotel war einfach wunderbar! Die Zimmer waren nicht nur komfortabel und luxuriös, sondern auch makellos sauber, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Besonders beeindruckend war die Bar oben mit atemberaubender Aussicht, die uns jeden Abend dazu einlud, den Sonnenuntergang bei einem erfrischenden Getränk zu genießen. Der Poolbereich mit seiner Panoramaaussicht war ebenfalls absolut schön und bot eine entspannende Kulisse für unsere Schwimm- und Entspannungsstunden. Diese zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten machten unseren Aufenthalt im Wellnesshotel einfach unvergesslich. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen waren erstklassig und boten eine Vielzahl von entspannenden Behandlungen und Aktivitäten, die uns geholfen haben, den Stress des Alltags loszulassen. Vous avez une chouette boulangerie juste a coté avec de super produit avec des prix abordable. Placé pres du tram vous etes en 15 minutes au centre ville

Die Rezeption war sowohl beim check in als auch beim check out überlaufen. Hier sollte schneller auf großen Andrang reagiert werden. Der Mitarbeiter beim check out war auch inhaltlich überfordert. Aber sonst alles bestens!

We came here because we stayed here 3 years ago and absolutely loved it. This time, we had some issues upon arrival because the reception staff could not find our booking. They did however allow us access to the spa in the meantime - and later acknowledged it was an internal error. They also gave us free breakfast as an apology - which we were delighted about, however unfortunately they appeared to be quite understaffed - like so many hospitality business right now - that breakfast became a bit of an ordeal with orders going missing etc. It‘s a high quality hotel in central Munich with a lovely sauna area (two saunas, one steam room) and overall we would recommend staying here. The second time staying here had a few hiccups but maybe that‘s just incidental.

This is a really fantastic luxury hotel. The hotel itself has amazing facilities including a spa and gym, restaurant, cafe/bar and a second bar on the ground floor. We felt so well looked after the whole time by all of the lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble, including getting us milk for our 2 year old daughter at 5am in the morning! The local area is also fantastic and a bonus for us was they had a street party/festival on the weekend we were there, which was very family friendly. We hope to come back and stay again to see more of Munich, as we spent a lot of time enjoying the hotel and it’s facilities.

It was a little far from the city center, but that was also great. The staff were all friendly, and the room was clean. One thing I would say is that the lights were out, but no one seemed to know.

Tres bel hotel dans un quartier moderne et recent. Les chambres sont top, belles spacieuse et confortable. Seulement le prix du petit dejeuner n'est pas adapté, 44€ par personne. We came here because we stayed here 3 years ago and absolutely loved it. This time, we had some issues upon arrival because the reception staff could not find our booking. They did however allow us access to the spa in the meantime - and later acknowledged it was an internal error. They also gave us free breakfast as an apology - which we were delighted about, however unfortunately they appeared to be quite understaffed - like so many hospitality business right now - that breakfast became a bit of an ordeal with orders going missing etc. It‘s a high quality hotel in central Munich with a lovely sauna area (two saunas, one steam room) and overall we would recommend staying here. The second time staying here had a few hiccups but maybe that‘s just incidental.

Leider war es nicht so perfekt! Heute ging beim Frühstück vieles schief. Cappuccino war kalt , die Bestellung war nach 35 Minuten immer noch nicht da. Andere haben bereits etwas bekommen .. beim Checkout gab es bezüglich des hinterlegten Geldes Probleme. Belastung erfolgte , Gutschrift nicht , soll etwas dauern… Unerklärlich..

Unfassbar schlecht ist die angebotene Happy Hour!! Hier muss zwischen Hotelgästen und dahergelaufenen Außenstehenden nicht Gästen, die einen espresso bestellen um anschliessend 5 Bier und 5 Gläser Wein trinken , den zahlenden Hotelgästen nichts übrig lassen. Sehr schlecht organisiert. Tolle Idee aber sehr schlecht umgesetzt. Im Spa das gleiche. Unterscheidung Dayspa und Hotelgäste. Nicht gut organisiert. Wieso dürfen Kinder nicht nach 17.00 Uhr schwimmen und müssen den Spa verlassen. Dafür buche ich keine Suite. !! Welche Grauhaarigen machen diese Regel?

One of the best hotels I have stayed in - room comfortable - staff lovely. The spa was amazing really enjoyed a swim then sunbathing outside. Perfect quiet location but short tram trip and you were in the centre of Munich.

Such amazing staff with attention to details. From the minute I arrived at the front desk until I checked out, I felt I was attended to in every area. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly, introduced me to a few German delicacies.👌 From front desk check in to room service, cleaning the room, the restaurants/ bar and the spa. I was waited on by pleasant friendly and professional staffs each time. I will be back again and glad I made reservations with you.

⭐️ 1/5 — Very disappointing experience We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had dinner at the restaurant on December 25th. Unfortunately, the experience was very poor. The service was extremely slow, the restaurant was understaffed, and the food quality was unacceptable. The starter was a tiny portion of pâté shared between three people, the tartare was overly salty, and the duck was undercooked. The entire dinner cost nearly €500, yet we left hungry and disappointed. The next day was no better — bland soup, soggy sandwich, and overall very low food quality. This was by far the worst dining experience we’ve had at an Andaz/Hyatt hotel. Sadly, the restaurant ruined our overall impression of the stay. I would not recommend it.
