The breakfast, location and spa room were good. The trains do come through in the early am and later pm so rooms facing the tracks do have some noise. The spa area with sauna and steam room was nice but the Jacuzzi was not available. Overall the staff was helpful. Good selection of breakfast choices.

It's in a great location very close to the train that takes you to Zermatt. There isn't much else in the neighborhood except a few restaurants. The property is clean. The room was fine. The shower was great! Breakfast was very good. I didn't see any "spa amenities" so I can't speak to this at all.

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of delicious options each morning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging shuttles and transportation. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”
