A pousada é muito aconchegante, tem uma cozinha bem equipada com tudo que o hóspede possa necessitar, e tudo bem limpo e organizado. Só não é tão próxima ao centro da cidade, dá uma boa caminhada e outro ponto negativo é o sistema de encanamento do banheiro que não é muito bom, já que a água do chuveiro não escoa direito pro ralo, e acabou inundando o banheiro. Tirando isso, o bairro é excelente, muito silencioso e tranquilo, fora da agitação e com umas casas históricas lindas.

The room was clean and comfortable however I have been forced to leave this review to put straight the misconception that the hotel has a "swimming pool". The photographs of the pool are completely misleading. At best it is a plunge pool and it is without question the smallest "swimming pool" I have ever seen. In general the garden area needs some TLC and a little updating. If the idea of a pool is the attraction here then forget it!

Det var otroligt trevliga tjejer i personalen. Mitt rum var trevligt och jag hade en skön airconditioner som gjorde sitt jobb. Det var rätt lyhört vilket drar ner betyget lite, men har man öronproppar var det inte jättejobbigt. Uteplatsen med pool och olika lounge/chillmöjligheter var också super! Uppskattade också att man fick kaffe och flingor…

Vi hadde fine dager på Blue Castle Guesthouse. Svarte godt til de forventingene vi hadde på forhånd. Fint å kunne ordne sin egen frokost. Og kunne slappe av i hengekøyene etter en lang dag . Det eneste vi savnet var fler glass på kjøkkenet. Forslagene til spisesteder passet oss perfekt. Spesielt La Barra Inka, fantastisk godt. Irene og Tom Åge, Norway

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Castle so much that we booked again the night before flying back to the states. Simple, clean and quaint accomodations. Air conditioning works great in the room, and a nice kitchen with coffee provided (we got some leche at the store). The patio is pleasant with lots of seating and a distant view of the cathedral. Easy walking to downtown, and we found parking both days of our stay. The first day we met Paula who was great. The last stay we didn't see anyone who worked there, but the instructions for checking in and out, getting our key were clear and simple. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

We liked the lovely courtyard with plants and lemon tree but unfortunately we did not have much time to use it. We also liked the common use kitchen and used it for morning breakfast of coffee and pastry. Nice to have a fridge to cool drinks and keep yogurt. However, taxi drivers found the location difficult to find and access on a short one-way street. They had to back down to exit the lane. Also, we couldn't find a convenience store in the neighbourhood to buy milk for coffee and cereal.

La villa est un peu éloignée de la ville mais cela reste faisable à pieds. Nous avions la chambre avec salle de bain et terrasse. Les extérieurs sont très jolis. Le seul hic une salle de bain commune était adossée à notre chambre et nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit la nuit.

Começamos muito mal, tentamos ligação por celular com os responsável pelo (Hostel/?) duas horas de espera para ser atendido uma vez que na descrição do site do Hostel seria recepção 24 h, demorou 02 horas parado em frente com esposa e carro. uma vez que teria estacionamento disponível. Banheiro coletivo. O Hostel alega ter o pacote básico comprado por mim. Alegação esdruxula porque passamos pela Espanha por 27 cidades, 17 hotéis com carro. Por que haveria eu de contratar hotel sem estacionamento disponível e sem banheiro privativo; se a viagem inteira foi com estas condições. Enfim experiência lamentável muito devido sabermos que havia apartamentos com banheiro interno e a reserva não ser da descrição contratada.

this property is beautiful and is in a great location! i highly recommend staying here and the staff is very helpful! the rooms have everything you need and there is a great courtyard area where you can sit and enjoy the view of the city. It is about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area and very accessible. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Banheiro coletivo. O Hostel alega ter o pacote básico comprado por mim. Alegação esdruxula porque passamos pela Espanha por 27 cidades, 17 hotéis com carro. Por que haveria eu de contratar hotel sem estacionamento disponível e sem banheiro privativo; se a viagem inteira foi com estas condições. Enfim experiência lamentável muito devido sabermos que havia apartamentos com banheiro interno e a reserva não ser da descrição contratada.

Nous avons ete a plusieurs endroits suggerer par l’hotel et c’etait a chaque fois une belle experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Castle so much that we booked again the night before flying back to the states. Simple, clean and quaint accomodations. Air conditioning works great in the room, and a nice kitchen with coffee provided (we got some leche at the store). The patio is pleasant with lots of seating and a distant view of the cathedral. Easy walking to downtown, and we found parking both days of our stay. The first day we met Paula who was great. The last stay we didn't see anyone who worked there, but the instructions for checking in and out, getting our key were clear and simple. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

this property is beautiful and is in a great location! i highly recommend staying here and the staff is very helpful! the rooms have everything you need and there is a great courtyard area where you can sit and enjoy the view of the city. It is about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area and very accessible. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

A pousada é muito aconchegante, tem uma cozinha bem equipada com tudo que o hóspede possa necessitar, e tudo bem limpo e organizado. Só não é tão próxima ao centro da cidade, dá uma boa caminhada e outro ponto negativo é o sistema de encanamento do banheiro que não é muito bom, já que a água do chuveiro não escoa direito pro ralo, e acabou inundando o banheiro. Tirando isso, o bairro é excelente, muito silencioso e tranquilo, fora da agitação e com umas casas históricas lindas.

Really nice accomodation, fair for the price. It is up on a hill so not very convenient to walk around the city if you have mobility issues.

Det var otroligt trevliga tjejer i personalen. Mitt rum var trevligt och jag hade en skön airconditioner som gjorde sitt jobb. Det var rätt lyhört vilket drar ner betyget lite, men har man öronproppar var det inte jättejobbigt. Uteplatsen med pool och olika lounge/chillmöjligheter var också super! Uppskattade också att man fick kaffe och flingor…

Vi hadde fine dager på Blue Castle Guesthouse. Svarte godt til de forventingene vi hadde på forhånd. Fint å kunne ordne sin egen frokost. Og kunne slappe av i hengekøyene etter en lang dag . Det eneste vi savnet var fler glass på kjøkkenet. Forslagene til spisesteder passet oss perfekt. Spesielt La Barra Inka, fantastisk godt. Irene og Tom Åge, Norway

We liked the lovely courtyard with plants and lemon tree but unfortunately we did not have much time to use it. We also liked the common use kitchen and used it for morning breakfast of coffee and pastry. Nice to have a fridge to cool drinks and keep yogurt. However, taxi drivers found the location difficult to find and access on a short one-way street. They had to back down to exit the lane. Also, we couldn't find a convenience store in the neighbourhood to buy milk for coffee and cereal.

Great staff, clean rooms but very thin walls and a shared bathroom between 4 rooms on the 1st floor. This was NOT clearly advertised on hotels.com. Parking was horrific as roads were full for 0.5km in each direction. Shared spaces were lovely!

We had a lovely stay here. Room was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Outside seating area very pleasant to be in, lemon and orange trees in the courtyard. Check in was easy and we were able to leave our bags until our room was ready. The walls are thin so you can hear other guests if they are loud at night time but nothing to do with the guesthouse. Kitchen available with fridge space. Set away from the busy center in a quiet neighborhood setting but an easy 15-20 minute walk into Málaga center. We would stay here again!
