Europa Village Wineries and Resort

Moderate house keeping. Cleaning rags left in room, didn’t restock towels, glasses, toilet paper. A little dirty, couple of cockroaches. Fairly nice grounds. Need to pave driveway and parking area. Bump up standards and attention to day on house keeping. Friendly and attentive staff who were responsive to requests.

The road to the inn was a tremendously narrow two lane road but only enough space for one car only. If you met another car, either they had to back down about an eighth of a mile, or you had to back up the hilly road about the same distance. The grape vines were planted right on the side of the road. Not only was it unsafe for auto drivers, but heaven forbid, an ambulance or fire truck.

Our abbreviated stay at this property was marred by roaches and other bugs in our room. The bed spread and pillows had roach droppings on them. Most of the channels on the tv were not watchable due to an error with the properties Dish system. The food I ordered from the restaurant was awful. The sea bass was bitter, the shrimp were very rubbery and overcooked. The wines we drank were subpar at best, which was surprising since this property is a winery. The parking lot is a dirt lot with some mulch, so don’t bother washing your car until after you check out. We checked in at 6p and fled the hotel around midnight after the fiasco we had endured in search of another hotel. Luckily I found one with an available room in the middle of the night. I left multiple voicemails for the manager, none of which were responded to. Instead, I was informed by a front desk attendant that they were not going to refund me for the awful night. I ended up talking to an Orbitz rep, who called the manager multiple times and also received no reply. After exhausting every avenue, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute for the night in question, which they gladly honored. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Beware

This was a beautiful location overlooking the vineyards. The staff was amazing and everyone was very accommodating. So sweet to receive our welcome sangria at check-in. We enjoyed one of our favorite live music duo's and sat by the fire pit after a nice day of wine tasting and live music. We had the best laugh watching the hot tub spray water everywhere as we were sitting by the firepit. The maintenance crew were out the next morning investigating the issue. The only bummer was you can no longer purchase the wonderful pillow spray that was once sold in the boutique.

the nighttime associate Marcy is amazing. Both Expedia and Europa let us down, not only does Expedia not identify the difference between the villas and a grandma looking house off property up a hill that you have to drive through to get there. But we were told about the hot tub and my personal favorite a hammock. Room walls paper thin, I could hear our neighbors talking. Went outside I sat on the 300lb -500lb max 3 person hammock and it was so used and torn i hit straight to the bottom of my tailbone on the metal. I told the women (not Marcy) in the grandma house up the road from the action that this needs to be taken down immediately as a lot of their guests are elderly and then they will end up with God knows what type of injury. She started me she said thank you 30 minutes later it’s still not had been taken down. we went ahead and removed it because we don’t want to see anyone get hurt, went to the front desk at the main village which you drive to in the pitch black as we had dinner reservations. we let them know that we are leaving the property and about the ham situation. They offered me medical attention. I said no I’m OK but it’s concerning that your staff didn’t jump all over that , we then advise we were leaving as Expedia did not differentiate between being on property and off property. The problem is neither side will give us a refund. We were looking forward to going back to Europa and staying in the villas. Not now

I feel like the pictures provided for the Inn are false advertising. It’s like you’re in a hostel and they don’t show those pictures online. You need to drive up this curvy little road that two cars cannot pass through at the same time. They also don’t have an elevator up to the rooms so everything needs to be carried up. The neighboring doors are super thin so you hear everything and everyone all throughout the day. Also because of the rain the transportation system wasn’t working so we had to drive back and forth from the inn to the main winery.

Gravel parking and driving areas hard to navigate with lugguge nd just in general walking. All else is excellent.

Beautiful grounds, have visited before only to eat at restaurants but I was disappointed they did not reserve specific parking for guest staying there. They had a huge event that day n there was no parking, had to keep going around and around. Paying guests shouldn’t struggle to find parking for price we paid per night, they need to prepare better for these events

Staff was super friendly, room was clean. The room looked nothing like what was shown (spacious). Needs updating and the entrance door was French doors which obviously you could see through and see the bed two feet in.

It is a beautiful property. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and clean. We had a very nice stay.

Clean room but needs an adjustment with curtains and opening the door. Cute property

Easy to get to. Quiet. Clean

The location was great. The rooms Were quiet and a good size. The bathroom needed a refresh, very worn and the toilet was not clean. No special touches like chocolates or towel animals etc. for the price. I expected a bit higher quality and a nicer less tired, beat up bathroom. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great.

Room was clean, staff was very accommodating when we needed anything and loved the beautiful setting. We ate at both the tapas restaurant and the deli and the food was delicious and service was great. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay there, the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.

This was such a beautiful place to stay at. It was quiet and private. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. We stayed in one of the casitas. It was peaceful and beautiful. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

The room was very small, no fridge, tiny desk crammed with stuff. And we were way up a hill away from the winery. Other properties in the area offer MUCH more spacious rooms for the same price and convenience of being right on property (so you don't have to drive) Also we were mis-advised on tasting hours when we called in to confirm, and missed wine tasting. We DID like the Bolero restaurant - the food and staff were excellent and that 'saved the day'

Room was cozy. AC was nice and cold making it great for sleeping. Probably one of the most comfortable beds in a hotel setting that I’ve slept in. Grounds were pretty and view from the front at sunset was very pretty. Definitely be back.

Inredible customer service! Huge shout out to SANDY!!! She managed to get us a reservation at their restaurant, Bolero, after I was told when I called that they were completely booked. She made one phone call, and we were set! Thank you, Sandy!! Checking in is also a breeze. You're offered Sangria during the process! The Sangria was cool and delicious. The Inn is very peaceful, clean, and welcoming. The views are amazing as well. However, don't book the room En'vie at the Inn. After a day of wine tasting and shopping, we came back to the room to relax before dinner. Well, the room is right above their laundry room and the noise from the machines is very loud and it also makes the floor vibrate. It's not our first time staying at the Inn and I will stay there again, and again, and again...just not in that room. Dining at their restaurant, Bolero, is a must. The food is excellent!!! Europa Village is a beautiful and growing property. I can't wait for our next getaway! See you soon!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’m really upset at the Europa management. This was supposed to be a birthday getaway and instead it was the worst stay in Temecula. The rooms at “the inn” were below basic, very small, old and outdated with very thin walls, poor insulation and poor ventilation. The location sucks and the inn is separate from the winery and not close by, you’d have to drive to get there with your luggage. The hallway wreaked of Clorox. The shower head wasn’t even operating to full capacity. I could barely sleep because of the noise, noisy neighbors talking til the crack of dawn and the creaky floors at night plus the slamming doors and people yelling and knocking on doors to wake each other up super early in the morning. I lost so much sleep here. We paid lots of money to stay at this “house” and it doesn’t even have elevators or any amenities like a pool or a hot tub. It just wasn’t worth the amount of money we paid to stay at a place like this! I felt like we were staying at an old house. I demand a refund. The photos do not even match the quality of this “inn” it’s false advertisement. It’s a hostel with about 5 rooms, save your money! Don’t stay here. There are plenty of beautiful venues in this area at less than half the price with full on amenities. I’m very disappointed at the management team for not being able to fully assist us in the matter even after complaining about having a headache due to noise and smelly rooms. It’s only right to refund us

Stayed at the Inn for one night. The staff were amazing. The manager, and front desk guys (Tony and Brandon) were very nice. I wanted to love this place so much, it’s so quaint and cozy, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean. This is like staying in a large house, like an B&B. Unfortunately though, the walls are thin and our neighbors were having a get together and were very noisy. At least 2 times, their party guests thought my room was the party room and tried to come into my room (door was locked so they couldn’t). I had to yell “wrong room” through my door to get them to go away. This was on a Thursday night and I was already in my pjs and in bed so each time it happened, it startled me. It was probably one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had. Around midnight it quieted down and I was able to fall asleep. This place would be great to go with a group of people you know (or like a wedding party), where you could rent the whole thing out. But because the walls are so thin, I would probably stay somewhere else if it’s just me and a friend again. The Spanish restaurant, Bolero, is amazing but make reservations and be prepared for it to be packed. Some of the best food in Temecula here. If you are staying at the Inn, beware that the restaurant is not walking distance and you should make arrangements ahead of time for a driver. (The hotel has a golf cart.) The tasting rooms are awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and fun to talk to. And the wine is fantastic.

We love staying at Europa Village. Both the casitas at Bolero and the Inn are wonderful places to stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the property is always well maintained and the service is stellar. All of the staff are warm and attentive. The winery and food at Bolero restaurant are fabulous as well. Nice to have it all in one place. Europa Village is our favorite place in Temecula.

Europa Village Wineries and Resort was amazing. Check in and check out was easy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to get rides to and from the main building in the golf cart along with reservations to the Restaurant without a hassle.

A charming place to stay. Friendly staff at reception and complimentary glass of Sangria was a nice touch. The grounds and surrounding area provide beautiful views!

Property was nice and on the newer side. We loved that we had our own casita. The dining options on the property are great. The service could be better during the check-in process, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

The check in receptionist was rude and transportation didn’t show up when called but the property is beautiful.

it took me over an hour to find my room. i asked almost 10 staff, but no one was willing to show me. it ruined my entire “first weekend to myself ever.” i hated it. i also slept under a vent and feel horrible, room was not as described.- this will be my yelp review.

We stayed at Europa village on Saturday for one night. Overall, all of the staffs we've talked to were very friendly; however, check-in took awhile since there is only one person working as a receptionist. To make the check-in process faster and more efficient, they should have a couple more desks and staffs to facilitate the check-in without making people wait for so long. During our stay, we dined at Bolero and all the dishes were unexpectedly fantastic! Also, their little Italian marketplace was very cute. Before we got to the winery, we expected it to be a chill and quiet weekend. However, when we got to the winery, there were so many people and they were LOUD and partying. It looked like a lot of people in their early 20's were throwing their birthday parties, wedding shower, etc so the overall ambience was more like a day club in Vegas, not a winery. Also, since there were SO many people, there were lines everywhere and we couldn't do any wine tasting. Additionally, when we were dining at Bolero, there were a multiple parties that were being obnoxiously loud so a lady who was dining next to us ended up leaving since she couldn't take the noise anymore.

They charged me a full amount for the room on the day of check in on my credit card. One of the managers said this is how it is done. In essence, I paid twice fpor the room stay. Trying to get it resolved.

We arrived and were told that there were no rooms available. We asked for the manager, who also confirmed that every room was block booked for a wedding. They had a block booking for a wedding and we would like our money refunded. Thank you

If you are looking for a stunning place to enjoy in the middle of wine country, this is it! It’s beautiful & right in the middle of most wineries! We stayed Thursday-Saturday & felt like we almost had the place to ourselves which we weren’t complaining about! Our room was at the Inn which gave us a great view of the entire winery and vineyard! We had Pinot Grigio for our room and it had a nice private patio! We hoped to a few wineries close by during the day & had a blast! The food at this place is amazing so don’t skip the included breakfast! Dinner was also great!! Easy to Uber from place to place! We will be back!

Beautiful area. Cute place . I didn't realize the room i booked wasn't directly at the village, it was a very short drive up the hill. I loved the spanish winery. Breakfast at Balero was delicious.

We liked the hotel was quiet, but disliked that we had to drive or take a shuttle down to the restaurant and winey.

Great location!!

Fabulous property in itself!... One gets to enjoy the ambiance of three different excellent European cultural flavors, foods and wines in one property! Love it!

We loved our stay here! The grounds are beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room itself was so cute, cozy, and clean. We loved having the winery and market so close on the grounds! Our only complaint was the restaurant. We didn’t realize how busy it got and they don’t take same day reservations. We were told we could add ourselves to the waitlist and it would be about an hour and a half wait, well it ended up being 2.5 hours. By then we’d wasted most our our night waiting around. We were told that as guests we were given priority over walk ins but that wasn’t the case. Next time we’ll make a reservation ahead of time but I wish hotel guests had more priority.

Bolero is an awesome restaurant

We enjoyed staying in a casita. Very spacious and quiet, despite the construction going on at the property. The food at Bolero Restaurant was very tasty, but wish there were healthier options.

Very large property for a Temecula Winery. Three different venues, Spanish, Italian, and French. Room we stayed in is a Casita in the Spanish area, you need to take your time and walk around the property. The Boléro restaurant was very good and prices were very good.
