We cut our stay short and moved hotels as the swimming pool had a constant stream of birds pooping in it and I stood in this in the pool. There is no effort being made to control the birds. A real health hazard!

Exquisite attention to detail in their rooms and through out the property. Spa area and indoor pool was amazing, private and very clean. After staying here the bar has been set so high for hotel rooms it will be difficult staying at other hotels. A few suggestions I noticed were: Urba rooftop dining felt closed in and a bit cheap of an atmosphere in comparison to prices they are charging. Unable to see any view from the table unless you stand up. Also, if someone asks for a juice or cup of coffee upon departure due to leaving very early in the morning for a flight, at a hotel with this stature I didn’t expect to be charged 7 Euros for each item especially when I didn’t have milk in my room to use the provided Nespresso machine. That was very petty and distasteful just as I was checking out. The woman actually waited for a server to ring in a bill for my coffee before she proceeded with my checkout, as if they could afford a complimentary coffee to a guest that stayed 2 nights, ate on premise, paid 35 euros to park a car for 7 hours and was hardly on premises (that left a bad impression).

Fantastic location very close to the old town and perfect for couples for a long weekend or a week in Palma. 4-5 minutes from the beach where can also go for running/hiking/bicycling. Boutique hotel with good food and great service with friendly staff! Nice roof terrace with pool/sunbeds. The gym is relatively small but with what you need for a proper workout. The Spa area in the basement is very nice. Can recommend this hotel.

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is beautiful and overlooks the water and there’s a wellness room that’s heated and has an indoor pool/sauna. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Housekeeping rather inconsistent in checking coffee/tea supplies and fridge contents. Chocolates left on bed some nights, not others. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice. Swimming pool/sauna and steam area small but adequate and attractively laid out. Would recommend staying.

Our stay at Hotel El Llorenç was outstanding. The service was impeccable, especially from the concierge team who made everything effortless from start to finish. The spa facilities were stunning, and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and little touches like Le Labo products in the bathrooms added a real sense of luxury. The entire property was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we were constantly offered water and small comforts that made us feel truly cared for. Location is ok. Amenities are not good. Theres a sewer smell. Pool is very small. Service is minimal. Theres almost no room service. They treat the guests in the restaurant better than the hotel guests. I would not come back. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Perfect location within a short walking distance to the centre of Palma. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and a great view over the Mediterranean. The staff is friendly and provides an excellent service. The hotel has a very nice modern interior decor. The standard is extremely good and the cleaning is impeccable. We spent 6 days in October and we would love to come back.

I loved the service, the aesthetic and location. It was walking distance to downtown Palma and was very convenient. Although I didn’t get to spend time in the spa/wellness area, the pool and Rooftop bar was awesome. My only concern was an ant issue in our room. The staff did their best to rectify the situation and I appreciate their attentiveness. Despite their effort, the issue persisted for most of our stay. All that said, this is an amazing property that I would recommend, just hope they can address the issue.

The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was great as well. Location was perfect for staying in Palma!! The hotel has an app that you can download where you can order pillows, bedding, towels, etc along with other services like taxis and concierge. It was about a 15 minute ride to the airport too so it was very easy to get around!

Upscale boutique hotel walkable to old town Palma. Staff was friendly. Nice views from the pool and rooftop bar. Only complaint is the rooms are small. Ours felt like a cruise ship cabin. Be sure to upgrade to a suite if you require more space.

The rooftop was excellent and the staff there was fantastic. The food on the rooftop was also excellent. The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn\'t show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It\'s digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. The double superior room is not worth the money. It\'s s nice hotel but not super convenient. The rooftop was probably what saved it from a lower grade. Also I was charged 35 euro each for breakfast, that was far too high. Other staff, rooftop, breakfast and cleaning were excellent.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was nice, our room had a view of the water. Such a beautiful hotel! The pool was awesome and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We split our trip between this hotel near the water and one more central to the town. It was nice to get a feel for both areas. I wouldn't change a thing.

The staff were truly so helpful and accommodating. I hadn’t booked anything before arriving and they scheduled a catamaran cruise for me in addition to some dinner reservations. They had anything and everything you could possibly need or ask for. I even requested a massage at 11pm for the following morning and it was confirmed within 10 minutes. Loved my stay! Location was great too! I was alone and always felt safe walking around.

El Llorenç truly understands the art of providing exceptional, personalized service. The attention we received throughout our stay surpassed anything we could have imagined. it was, without a doubt, the best service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Alesso, to enjoying a rooftop welcome drink with Sophia. who greeted us each morning with a big smile, every detail felt thoughtful and genuine. Impeccable adult only luxury. Loved the mod cons with the black out blinds. The pool cocktails could have been better and the customer service at managerial end regarding me being locked in their bathroom was unnecessarily convoluted and involved far too much back and forth than I was prepared for on my holidays. However, the setting, location, decor, comfort, all exceeded expectations and I'd recommend, but with a suggestion that management have some extra training. Shout out to Claudia and Alessandro (I think - Italian man) who were exceptional.

We stayed at Hotel El Llorenç for 2 nights and received excellent customer service from every staff member we encountered from the moment we walked through the door. Our room wasn’t ready so we went to the beautiful roof top patio for a drink and a bite to eat. We also ate at Dins which was outstanding. It certainly deserves the 5 star rating as a hotel and will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

El Llorenc is a fantastic small boutique hotel ideal for long weekend stays. It has a great style and theme throughout with a premium feel to everything they do. The staff were very friendly and made the stay even better. The location is very close to the Cathedral but will suit those who like a slightly more leisurely pace as it is not in the city centre - which is a good thing - but everything you need is no more than a 10-15 minute walk away.

Fantastic location very close to the old town and perfect for couples for a long weekend or a week in Palma. 4-5 minutes from the beach where can also go for running/hiking/bicycling. Boutique hotel with good food and great service with friendly staff! Nice roof terrace with pool/sunbeds. The gym is relatively small but with what you need for a proper workout. The Spa area in the basement is very nice. Can recommend this hotel.

Perfect location within a short walking distance to the centre of Palma. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and a great view over the Mediterranean. The staff is friendly and provides an excellent service. The hotel has a very nice modern interior decor. The standard is extremely good and the cleaning is impeccable. We spent 6 days in October and we would love to come back.

Fabulous hotel. Stayed in May for a few days but wish we’d stayed for longer. Friendly welcoming staff. Lovely comfortable bedroom and luxury bathroom. Rooftop pool with views of Palma bay. Nice cafe on rooftop, food was delicious. Breakfast was equally appealing. Location next to Cathedral, great base for walking into Old Town or easy to walk to Portixol along the coast (a fishing village which has some lovely sea front cafes). Would definitely stay at El Llorenc again.

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is beautiful and overlooks the water and there’s a wellness room that’s heated and has an indoor pool/sauna. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Also, located in the old downtown, there are plenty of enjoyable shops within the charming old town, so you can have a great time just around the hotel. The hotel is in a great location and the views from the pool are fantastic. The only criticism is the breakfast, sometimes you only wanted something small but you had to pay for the full buffet which was 30-35 euros each.
