The property was a wonderful experience. If I could have stayed longer in Rovaniemi I would stay here again in a heart beat. The choice is easy. Comfortable beds, best shower I've used in any hotel I've stayed. The ability to use lockers at the property 12 hours before and after stay was welcomed as we could explore the area without concern about the safety of our luggage. Very quiet, the food supplies for breakfast. Everything was amazing. A hotel experience done right.

BEST HOTEL for the entire trip! Impressive huge space with kitchenette, dishwasher, shared laundry machines and all you can eat minibar with cheese, bread, cornflakes, fruits and ever. Salami reindeer meat. Very clean and comfortable stay and staff and manager were really friendly and kind. Free parking for guests and you just have to inform the hotel in advance. Lots of dining options around the hotel too! 👍 highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. I appreciate the ability to eat and snack within my room and have be one the amenities offered. The only thing I would criticize and ot was fairly insignificant was that laundry options wereade the machine was broken. Not the end of the world but it would have allowed me to give it a perfect review. 4.99/5 😉

I only wish every hotel room from now on is as stylish, attractive, clean and accommodating as this one. Loved the e-check in, automated lighting, automated shades, abundance of food provided, free washer/dryer, and overall ambiance. Only wish they offered ice. There are many dining options nearby. Would stay here again.

The Hotel Haawe is an experience in Rovaniemi itself!!! … VERY stylish room and interior !! .. unbelievable friendly staff .. perfectly located (… if you do Safartica Experiences..) in the city centre of Rovaniemi… Cosy atmosphere, excellent breakfast in fridge to start the day perfectly!! .. Sauna in Room (#13 - The tree) .. convenient check in and check out .. enough space for luggage storage .. once we are up north again, we WILL be staying there again !!!

Super schönes Appartement Hotel mitten in Rovaniemi. Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, der Kühlschrank für das Frühstück im Zimmer wird bei jeder Zimmerreinigung aufgefüllt. Unkomplizierter Check In und Out, ausreichend Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel (kostenlos). Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Checkin code was provided via text a day before. There was provision of securely storing our luggage, as we arrived early. The room was spotless and hi-tech. What stood out was the refrigerator stocked with a wide variety of food ranging from fruits, milk, eggs, bread, salami, butter, cheese - the list is endless. And the quantity - plentiful! The cleaning staff were very professional and friendly and ensured that the refrigerator was replenished every morning. The welcome chocolate bars on the bed were a nice touch too. The pillows could have been a tad more comfortable (it was way too soft), but apart from that, we were super impressed with everything including the location. The gorgeous Kemijoki river is a minute or two away, and so are all top restaurants and cafes. The cherry on top was a late checkout request that was happily approved. Thanks to the team. If we ever revisit Rovaniemi, this will be our first choice for staying in the city.

Room very nicely done, lightings very interesting but not bright enough, room is big, huge tub, large in room sauna, very nice, except no windows except a small round hole which cannot be open, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen and refrigerator included in room self served breakfast, don’t have to get up early.

Una habitación espaciosa y agradable. La ducha un poco incómoda, no tiene ni una repisa para poner el shampoo o el jabón. La habitación te la entregan hasta las 4:00 pm y el check out a las 11:00 am. Muy bien detalle el de dejar leche, pan, jugo, queso, jamón, cereal y fruta en el refrigerador. La cama es muy cómoda y limpia. Lo mejor, la ubicación.

Nice hotel with great rooms. We stayed in room 9 and the only downside was the view from the room (backside of the hotel with a view on a messy parking and the backside of other companies) and the lack of chromecast on the TV. The AC in the room wasn’t entirely clear on how to operate it.

I can't rate Haawe more highly, we loved our stay here! I booked this for my girlfriend's 30th birthday, and upon mentioning this to Yolanda on WhatsApp, she was quick to offer an extra something to make it super special. The breakfast options were neatly organised in the fridge (there's plenty too), and included everything from smoked salmon, to eggs, to fruits, avocados, bread, cereal, and lots more. This was also topped up by the cleaners each day, which was brilliant. The accommodation was so well located that we never needed to walk more than 2-3 minutes to any of the tour operators... amazing! Thanks again to Yolanda and the team for an extra special stay.

The room we had was well-appointed and I would have given a higher review except for a bad experience on our final day. I had taken a shower and noticed that water was pooling in the basin. I rinsed myself off and then was shocked to see the entire bedroom flooded (the shower was maybe 1-2cm lower than bedroom floor. I called management right away but it took 25 minutes for anyone to show up. This, after I advise that the room was flooded. I gathered all the towels I could to absorb / direct water back to shower. I spent the rest of the morning trying to pack bags in a wet room. In the end, no apologies (and certainly no compensation) for what is supposed to be a boutique hotel.

This hotel itself was great. Pretty rooms and a good central location. The service was terrible though. There is no front desk on the property, just a little call box outside the front door (which is hard to hear). When I got there, I used the call box to tell them I had arrived. The man who answered said I should have gotten a code from hotels.com, but I did not (I later found out hotels.com's system had malfunctioned). Instead of offering to help, he just told me to call hotels.com. After standing on the sidewalk arguing with the call box for a good five minutes, he finally told me the code to get inside the hotel. If I had to do it over again, I would not stay here.

Lovely hotel ,stayed here twice, both rooms were clean and very well equipped . Breakfast provided had good variety and more than enough food for 2 people. Bathroom was great, had lovely rain shower and nice 'Rituals' toiletries. Although no physical reception, staff were available and very helpful via intercom on first floor. Really enjoyed our stays. Thanks to all at Haawe Hotel.

High quality and new facilities with every you need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable as well. Nice living area. Hotel was close to the city center and walking zone. Bus top was steps away. The river trail to the arboretum was nearby. All around excellent choice for us.

This is one of the best places we've ever stayed in, and is certainly the best value for money. Modern, centrally-located and very well-appointed, everything about this place shone out as positive. We stayed in the Giassa Room (each is individually named). Free laundry facilities, along with the best self-serve breakfast we've ever seen topped things off well. Would go out of our way to stay there again if visiting the region.
